By far my favorite dispensary been coming here since the very first week they opened. Don't miss the lines back in those days but it's always been very worth it even then. The staff has always been kind and helpful. I like the inside of the store. The selection is always great you will be sure to find what your looking for. If your new to it they will be helpful to steer you in the right direction. Looking forward to my next visit as always!!

Yesterday I bought a product. When I got home, I discovered it wasn’t working. I tried to exchange the item but I didn’t have the receipt, so they wouldn’t even do an even exchange. Despite the transaction having been less than 24 hours prior. The associate was patronizing and unhelpful. I emailed corporate to file a grievance and they were even less helpful and downright rude. When you are one of four dispensaries in a tiny town, you need to operate with a focus on retaining customers. I will NEVER go back to Curaleaf. I’d much rather support small business owners anyway. Super disappointing.

Probably the Worst customer service out of all the dispensaries in town. Have been enrolled in their rewards program since it started in the Spring, visited the dispensary about 3 times a month since then and still don't have any rewards. Always an excuse.....they have the wrong name, they forgot to ring it up in the rewards program etc. Today I visited and after my transaction they reported I still have no rewards and this was after discussing the issue with the budtender and him getting help from anonother budtender. My advice, support a dispensary that cares about their customers. Always a great experience at Haven. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Have been a loyal customer since they opened . I have been purchasing bundles of different strains of flower for $20 per 1/8 th . Without warning overnight the price went up 50% . That is a huge increase for same products . The managers could not come up with a legitimate reason only stating different vender ( but yet it wasn't recently packed nor was it a different co.).NOT A GOOD WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.

Hopefully you get that website fixed cause pretty sure that’s not cool anywhere for anythingAlso the watermelon gummies didn’t taste as much as watermelon more cherry. Surprisingly cause curaleaf typically decent (commercial) product, these aren’t that good flavor and texture are off. Not sure about dose as have a higher than average consumption rate, but not what I was looking for. End of season batch, I’llStock up at another dispensary before I come back next time.

Neither product works at all. I would highly recommend NOT visiting this location as working "products" are what you would likely come here for. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Price at 1/8 of smalls for 45 is not bad. The bud was a lil dry, and had gone through heavy processing but was a far better deal then anything else I have gotten. The bud tendered did not lie or try and up sell me. He showed me the dates and info I asked for. And spent some time chatting about the flowerpot. Will most likely go back, even if the buds not the best quality, the price is so much better then the other 2 shops.

I've gone to curaleaf probably a dozen times. Excellent vape selection! Uku and select elite are some of the best vape carts in the state. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They have regular sales on their stuff with vapes as low as 35 bucks sometimes. Got one complaint, and that is that along with many companies I've had a couple vape leaks but it's 2 out of about 30 I've bought. If. U have a medical card u can get curaleaf bud for cheaper at verilife lol

Terrible service. Arrived at 8:55pm, showed 3 pieces of ID - health card, drivers license and passport. By the time the guy at the front was good, the guy from behind the counter yelled at him - “feet need to be in the door by 9pm” - Apple Watch still said 8:58...looks like if someone wants to bail on a shift early it doesn’t matter if someone has a sports ankle injury or not.

Between all of us, spent an easy 4 digits and was some of the worst product I’ve ever spent money on. 0/15 of the prerolls purchased were consumable, all were too tightly packed to burn or smoke. Great spot. Very professional, they check IDs at 3 points: at sidewalk, entrance door, at point of sale. My first visit I waited in a decently long line outside in the hot August sun (a Saturday afternoon). They helped me pick something but couldn’t make medical claims so it was tricky. I did my research and ordered again the next day, this time online. I went right in, skipped the line, was given a seat to wait a few quick minutes until they had someone available to check me out. Saved me like an hour! And as someone with health issues (POTS prevents me from standing long and sun mixed in is worse) I’m really thankful! Great place! Can’t wait to come back. Also I’m a total newbie- this isn’t my “usual” kind of spot and I’m shocked I’m reviewing a place like this but whatever works! Thanks for being welcoming and educating.

Unfortunately I was too busy to get down there again. But still - check your edibles for safety seals before you leave the store. Apparently the MA law does not allow returns. The MA law should prevent the issue in the first place.

I paid $20 tax on $100 which is extremely excessive. But probably my fault for not checking.Please be aware medical marijuana patients pay a tax at these facilities. That is a huge increase for same products . The bud tendered did not lie or try and up sell me. He showed me the dates and info I asked for. And spent some time chatting about the flowerpot. I've gone to curaleaf probably a dozen times. Excellent vape selection! Uku and select elite are some of the best vape carts in the state. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They have regular sales on their stuff with vapes as low as 35 bucks sometimes. Got one complaint, and that is that along with many companies I've had a couple vape leaks but it's 2 out of about 30 I've bought. If. U have a medical card u can get curaleaf bud for cheaper at verilife lol

Great spot. Very professional, they check IDs at 3 points: at sidewalk, entrance door, at point of sale. My first visit I waited in a decently long line outside in the hot August sun (a Saturday afternoon). They helped me pick something but couldn’t make medical claims so it was tricky. I did my research and ordered again the next day, this time online. I went right in, skipped the line, was given a seat to wait a few quick minutes until they had someone available to check me out. Saved me like an hour! And as someone with health issues (POTS prevents me from standing long and sun mixed in is worse) I’m really thankful! Great place! Can’t wait to come back. Also I’m a total newbie- this isn’t my “usual” kind of spot and I’m shocked I’m reviewing a place like this but whatever works! Thanks for being welcoming and educating.

Unfortunately I was too busy to get down there again. But still - check your edibles for safety seals before you leave the store. Apparently the MA law does not allow returns.
