HORRIBLE DISPENSARY WITH EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANY OTHER SPOT!I went in the store to make a purchase as the cashier is ringing up my purchase. I told him before ever touching the products. I wanted to swap one for a better one. He told me that that cannot be done and I must take what I had picked. (They still have it in their hand). I told them I do not want that product and I would like my money back or a better product. They would not do either of these and forced me to purchase something I did not want. That particular day I spent $140 and was trying to return a $45 eighth for a $65 eighth. This company was dead wrong and what they did and so unprofessional, they couldn’t even admit it.

The store is located towards the back the shopping center.This was my first time coming to this dispensary and I was very pleased with the services. This store is VERY PROFESSIONAL! You area always greeted by the security guard and the receptionist that checks you in prior to physically entering the dispensary. When its your first, you get 25% off, which is really convincing in purchasing a lot of items. I suggest you review the website to know what is in stock and what you would like to order. The employees are very knowledgeable about the various products along with makes good recommendations to satisfy the customers needs. I will come back to this dispensary in the future.

They were quick to convert from medical-only to recreational. It looks like they discontinued their curbside pickup option, which is a shame but understandable with the increase in traffic from recreational users.Decent selection, but could be better. It’s difficult to find one product and get it reliably week after week, as the brands and strains change so frequently. Variety is nice, but having a few ‘staples’ would be nice, too.Customer service is hit or miss. It’s usually very positive, but there have been plenty of interactions that felt rushed, and budtenders who didn’t feel like answering any questions about the products, instead just pointing you to the menu book (which only lists names and prices, no information about any of the strains).Prices are decent.

Prices are more reasonable than expected, so I'm glad to pay for the consistency. Clean premises, quick walk-in service, and appointment options. My wife recently called them before leaving to go get her medicine. She has a medical condition and only certain gummies have been helpful to her so she called explaining that she didn't want to drive 40 minutes if they didn't have what she needed as it's happened before and certain gummies have caused her to have panic attacks. The person who answered the phone checked and said we have what you are looking for but in a different flavor. She said great can you hold them for me and I'll head down to get them I'll be 40 minutes. The girl said sure not a problem. Now as I said she has a medical condition so she can't just take anything or it could make her problems worse. She drove the 40 minutes to get her needed medicine to discover upon arrival what was supposed to have been held for her was not. This is not the first time this happened. She came home with a different medication and of course it didn't work so well for her. She said well when I got there the girl that works there really liked that brand to do she bought what they had left before I got there. What?? The whole purpose of the phone call was to not waste a trip. Terrible customer service clearly these people do not care about people just money. How rude and unprofessional it is to treat people that way. Not everyone goes there to catch a buzz some people actually have a medical condition and need help.

HORRIBLE DISPENSARY WITH EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANY OTHER SPOT!I went in the store to make a purchase as the cashier is ringing up my purchase. I told him before ever touching the products. I wanted to swap one for a better one. He told me that that cannot be done and I must take what I had picked. (They still have it in their hand). I told them I do not want that product and I would like my money back or a better product. They would not do either of these and forced me to purchase something I did not want. That particular day I spent $140 and was trying to return a $45 eighth for a $65 eighth. This company was dead wrong and what they did and so unprofessional, they couldn’t even admit it.

You area always greeted by the security guard and the receptionist that checks you in prior to physically entering the dispensary. When its your first, you get 25% off, which is really convincing in purchasing a lot of items. I suggest you review the website to know what is in stock and what you would like to order. The employees are very knowledgeable about the various products along with makes good recommendations to satisfy the customers needs. I will come back to this dispensary in the future.

They were quick to convert from medical-only to recreational. It looks like they discontinued their curbside pickup option, which is a shame but understandable with the increase in traffic from recreational users.Decent selection, but could be better. It’s difficult to find one product and get it reliably week after week, as the brands and strains change so frequently. Variety is nice, but having a few ‘staples’ would be nice, too.Customer service is hit or miss. It’s usually very positive, but there have been plenty of interactions that felt rushed, and budtenders who didn’t feel like answering any questions about the products, instead just pointing you to the menu book (which only lists names and prices, no information about any of the strains).Prices are decent.

My wife recently called them before leaving to go get her medicine. She has a medical condition and only certain gummies have been helpful to her so she called explaining that she didn't want to drive 40 minutes if they didn't have what she needed as it's happened before and certain gummies have caused her to have panic attacks. The person who answered the phone checked and said we have what you are looking for but in a different flavor. She said great can you hold them for me and I'll head down to get them I'll be 40 minutes. The girl said sure not a problem. Now as I said she has a medical condition so she can't just take anything or it could make her problems worse. She drove the 40 minutes to get her needed medicine to discover upon arrival what was supposed to have been held for her was not. This is not the first time this happened. She came home with a different medication and of course it didn't work so well for her. She said well when I got there the girl that works there really liked that brand to do she bought what they had left before I got there. What?? The whole purpose of the phone call was to not waste a trip. Terrible customer service clearly these people do not care about people just money. How rude and unprofessional it is to treat people that way. Not everyone goes there to catch a buzz some people actually have a medical condition and need help.
