Megan was friendly and really helpful when I came in for my pre-paid order. It was close to closing time, but she was very patient with me and also was great in answering my questions on how pre-paying works. Such awesome service is one of many reasons I keep coming back to Ascend!!

Worst dispensary experience I’ve ever had. Went here for concentrates, left with melted soup dissatisfaction. Wax is stored in the open, but I was assured they were recent arrivals and would be fine. It was not.Not only that, but I left with a double charge pending on my account, from their own error. When I asked for a receipt for peace of mind, they said there wasn’t any.

The best store/ location of the "Ascend" dispensaries, which are really nice chain of what my soon to be extinct "baby boomer" generation would call a "Head Shop". The staff is certainly one of the best, if not the best of any of the "weed" shops in the entire nation (that I have had the pleasure of visiting). Kiersten was extremely helpful and her interaction with me was wonderful and made it almost effortless to decide what I wanted. She really knows her stuff. She was knd and great patience with helping me decide. If all dispensaries (really all retail)stores had a staff as helpful and attentive (in a really good way), the world would be a much better place. If you partake in a 420 lifestyle, this is the place to definitely check out. It can be for you, like it was for me, an amazing "pot shop" retail experience .... 😉

Very nice place to go. They check you, and you go to the kiosk and put in what you. Go in the back, and they call your name when it's ready. Very fast service and very easy process. The employees there are very nice and very knowledgeable in the products they sell. What I love is there's no pressure you can take your time and ask as many questions you want. They don't pressure into buying and they do give opinion on whatever products they have used. I will definitely be going back there again.

Just not a friendly spot, always want to change the time that you’re allowed to get your last orders even when their website to place orders isn’t working it’s just really annoying to go here. Really poor interactions with staff tonight

They have many locations but i always go to the Ellicott city location since it's the closest one to me, I go every other week for the past 6 months and I must say that everytime I go everyone is so friendly and very welcoming. They have a great flavor selection of vape cartridges. They always have good deals for bundles at least from my P.O.V I truly recommend the Ellicott city location.

They close earlier than the hours say and lock the doors so customers can’t come in. The lady on the phone said it’s my fault for not knocking on the glass loudly enough?? If you wanna lock up early ok but update your hours so people don’t waste their time.Also lady on the phone was very condescending when I tried explaining how crazy it is to lock the doors of a business and expect customers to bang on the door to get let in. Not even a doorbell lol. I think theyre just lazy and closing early tbh

Nature's Medice is one of the best MD dispensaries I have been to. They are very fast and professional. The waiting area is very comfortable and they don't keep you waiting long at all (you can also order online to skip the line at busier times) . Theresa took care of me and was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. They have a great selection, and everything is out in glass cases so you can browse at your leisure. Great place, they make you feel at ease and know their stuff! They deserve all the stars!

I don't get to go here as much as I'd like. There are 3 dispensaries between me and this store. I like it here, not my home store so I dont know the employees yet. Great displays and people are there to help. Customers can walk among the buds and wares to look closely. Other places are step up to the counter type service. These budtenders are on the floor with you and once you have made your selections, you go to the counter pay and leaveThe website is not mobile friendly as far as my experience. It freezes and locks. Drop downs don't appear etc. Makes it very hard to order. I will try again in case it's just at a bad time.

Wow this place is AMAZING! I've been to about 20 different dispensaries so far and this is definitely one of my favorite. The selection is amazing everytime I go. The staff is also very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Also there is very rarely a line when I go and the few times there is a line it's usually still pretty quick. My friend recommended this place to me and I'm really glad I went. Definitely worth the drive!
