Lost my business. My vape product tasted horribly burnt. I used two puffs at different times to check it. Brought back and refused to replace. I also emailed the maker and no response. So I threw money away. Won’t go back.

Check your products before leaving the register. Often times the vapes/dablicator/carts could be broken, cracked, non functioning , or just straight up missing half of the product. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR STUFF AT THE COUNTER. If you go home and open it sometimes they won’t refund you because “all sales are final” Policy.I was able to get a Cartridge exchanged a few weeks ago for being leaky, but that isn’t the case every time this has happened. I hadn’t opened it until days after purchasing it because I was saving it, but next time I will be opening everything at the register to make sure it’s all good.As someone that spends 200- 300$ a week to manage a disability , I understand how frustrating it can be when you spend so much and get a defective product. It makes you feel robbed. But if you just check it out at the register, it will save you a whole lot of headache having to negotiate an exchange later.

The staff are absolutely unprofessional and rude. It was my first time ordering and not only were they impatient but they gave me the wrong product. I immediately come back in for them to replace it and the blonde lady with glasses was rude and refused to replace the product. Never spending my money here again and shame on the company.

Molly sold me a cracked cartridge and refused to replace it. I had glass and wax all over me this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with it. I get the same strain same brand every single time and will be filing a complaint to the health department. Don’t recommend going here. They don’t value their loyal customers.

This is a wonderful place with lovely and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking decent business hours, you can pick up in store or I prefer to call ahead and have it ready for when I get there

They would definitely be a 5 star place if some of their products were reasonably priced. You can go to local competitors and pay about 30% less.Otherwise, it was always super nice in there. The people I've interacted with were absolutely wonderful. It's in a very convenient location with plenty of parking.Really just a shame about the pricing.

Friendly and helpful staff! Prices are a little steep. Love the gummies and the Time Change flower is my fav. thus far. So happy we have legal medical weed in Louisiana now. Now if only they get on board with recreational😶🌫️. That may be why the prices are cheaper out West🤔

I live 5 minutes or less from the Covington location but this Willow has better prices and sales. Everyone was super nice. I wanted to try something new. The tech (I wish I remembered his name) answered my questions on these new GO Block vapes. He was dead on how he described the effects. They know their stuff. I like my peeps in Covington, too, but I am glad I met everyone. I highly recommend this location.

Great service but terribly overpriced! Coming from Chicago, a big city with legal med and rec, I expected prices in a small city to be more reasonable. They are literally double the amount! For med use?! Pricing needs adjustment. Seriously. It's greedy and shows no care for the people, only profit.

Clean, friendly service, & great quality products. Very easy purchasing process. However, they’re way overpriced. All products are almost double the $ for what places like Colorado, California, or Las Vegas charge for similar products. But it’s way better than dealing with shady street vendors.
