Great staff, super friendly and great to chat with. This store needs to have more staffing. I’m often sitting in the waiting area with 4 other people, it’s by far the slowest of all the Iowa stores I’ve been too. Also, you guys need to come up with a rewards program. I end up going out of my way to go to your competitors because they give rewards and discounts. Would rather give my business locally.

I have chronic Lyme which really messes with my sleep because of muscle and joint pain. My dr got a medical card for me to try some cannibis for relief. The folks that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. However the help that they can give you is limited to the few products that they are allowed to sell. After you have gone through the effort and paperwork to get your first license, you have to renew it every year for an extra $100. I can't blame someone who needs this type of help but has to go to another state to get the help that you need.

Have to give a shot out to Sydney. All staff is amazing but I have to say, that she's business but at the same time gets to know me and my conditions that I'm looking for help elevating. She does research and SHOWS. She helped me find a good strain for my migraines (which is priceless!) and some of my other ailments.Your awesome Sydney!!! keep up doing that research. It's what the ppl need.

Great quick service. Ordering online ahead of time let's me know if what I need is in stock before making the drive! Edit 9/3/24 Just saw the change that orders cannot be taken until the store opens. Takes away the convenience. Edit 9/10/24. Back to early ordering! Very responsive. Back to 5 stars!!

I’ve been going here for well over a year, every trip has been pleasant and informative. The staff are very knowledgeable with every question I propose so much so I look forward to my next visit to try out a different product. Now that they have their own line of products it’s even better, their wax is way more effective than the Batch brand and I’m looking forward to trying out their new line of cartridges. I highly recommend the 20mg THC Comfort tablets for anyone suffering with chronic pain and anxiety. I take one every time we are going out shopping or to any type of event. And again, I wanna tip my cap to the staff, they make you feel comfortable, they know their products and are very personable. I can’t wait to be a part of witnessing their growth and service to the community.

These ladies have been so helpful in the last year or two helping me find products that really give me freedom to live my life feeling my best. Most of these products are predominant in thca. THCA Turns into Delta-9 when heated Aka "consumed" they are Basically selling Delta-9 products with very little ACTUAL THC. This is False advertisement and it needs to be Recognized. We they Consumers are Being Lied To. You can buy Delta products over the counter at the gas station WAY CHEAPER and you know EXACTLY What Your Paying for instead of it being sold as Real Concentrate and actually being Delta-9 products that are misleading and sold as marijuana Concentrate. I'm a Very DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER THAT WONT BE BACK AND WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ADVISE.
