This place was TERRIBLE. Went out with my family for a “fun night out” after grabbing some dinner.. We were very excited to try this new place out. Right when we got into the lounge, no one even bothered to say hello, but we bought desserts and coffee and were all ready to go in. However the staff, (who now decided to talk to us…were all very rude) then proceeded to tell all of us that apparently their manager Pablo stated we were too intoxicated to even enter the dispensary side now...mind you we had just got done eating and we’re not intoxicated.Not only did we not get our experience, but to be treated like an “alcoholic” in my thirties was not what I had my mind for the evening…..There is a bar in this place too so I’m a little confused on the whole concept of “not being drunk” - how do you determine who’s “drunk”.We were genuinely excited to try this place. But in my opinion customer service is important if you want your business to survive. Which, I would put their customer service at a 1/10. Hence why we will never be returning! I am good going to Rise.Honestly this place is trash, if you to be treated like trash then come here!

This is a review of our Lounge Experience only and it was our first time visiting this dispensary.A friend was celebrating a birthday and said he wanted to go here and enjoy the smoking lounge and have lunch, he made a reservation for Saturday afternoon and we were off.We get there about 20 minutes before our reservation and the host asked if we were there for the event, we said no but we had a reservation. We had ample time to pick out our smoking materials because the online portal seemed very strict about making our reservation on time.After our selection we are escorted to the lounge - which was FILLED with people who were there for a hosted event a speaker at the end of the room giving a presentation. The door person said "I can seat your party, but not all the same table" we immediately said "no thank you" and exited the lounge.The problem for me is if the dispensary was hosting a special event, why did their reservation system allow us to make a reservation in the first place? Shouldn't the lounge have been "closed" to those who weren't partaking of the event?We basically bought product we really didn't need to buy and our afternoon of "fun" was effectively ended before it even began.Doubt we will return.

Best consumption lounge to date. It’s modern, clean, comfortable, and people/staff are very friendly. Bit of a drive from the city you may hit traffic but worth the trip. Bakery items are not infused but there is a nice selection of stuff at the dispensary onsite that you can choose from. There’s rules to the place but when you run an establishment like this there must be rules to follow (no combining cannabis and booze which can be dangerous for some people, no bringing in outside gear m, etc) perfect spot to pregame before strolling through the botanical gardens or before dinner at one of the nice restaurants in the area.

Wow! Just left this place and everyone was so freaking nice. From the front door person to the bartender in the amazing bakery (Cake balls are crazy good.) One person in particular Pablo was insanely knowledgeable and developed a quick rapport with us super fast. We ended up leaving with more than we intended but happy to help support this business that clearly has key employees who care about the success of the location. Key features: consumption lounge!! (What!!? it’s beautiful!) super friendly staff who know the product back and forward. Also great product itself. One last thing…this place needs to be a destination. It’s so unique..marketing marketing marketing! Invest in marketing!! Also, give employees business cards so I can intro my friends to Pablo. He’s clearly an asset to company. Keep up the great work and continue to improve.

EVERYONE was Wonderful!!. The dispensary is awesome and the beauty (with long black hair, tall, thin, inked) helped me pick the perfect product. I had never had an infused beverage but it gave me alot of options. Great nosh in the cafe, everything was delicious both small plates and sandwiches. Outdoor space was perfect for a easy slow Sunday, sitting with old friends and new. Will definitely stop in next time I'm in town

My boyfriend and I visited Okay last week for our first time. We were very impressed with the inviting environment and the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The lounge is super comfy and clean, and provides everything you need to have a great time including water, bongs, pipes, papers, and plenty of games for entertainment. There was also food available to order, but we only got cake pops from the bakery, which were absolutely delicious.Usually I’m never the one to write a review, but we found out the establishment is new so I thought it was important to say it was the highlight of my birthday, and we’ll be returning hopefully soon.

Had a load of fun here! The lounge is comfortable and the equipment was clean. The food and drink are delicious too! Pictured below is the Cosmos cocktail being served! The bakery has a really nice selection, and the staff were SUPER friendly! It was definitely worth the drive. Thanks for making my birthday celebration special!!!

I had an amazing experience here at this dispensary. I sat in the lounge and consumed some top shelf cookies. The staff serving the lounge were attentive and super nice. The cafe/bakery was delicious and has gluten free options. I'll definitely be back again soon to enjoy the patio before the summer ends. If you're thinking about checking this place out... just do it!
