My experience with Aaron at Hatch in Wheeling was the best experience I've had in the 1 year I've been going there. He sat and explained things to me , NO RUSH, totally chill.I spent about 15 minutes with him, and my dog, I would go back to him! Some of the other salespeople are very transactional, he was like a brother you want to hang out with and catch a toke.

Sean was great! We stopped in real quick on a trip. We were from out of state but he made us feel right at home. He was very knowledgeable about everything and he even double checked to make sure what I was getting was a strand I preferred. Don't know if we will ever go back to Chicago but if we did we will stop in again.

Great place with wonderful helpful people.They helped me get everything I needed and were very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions.I visited the dispensary 4 times and every time was greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude.Today I made a final purchase before leaving Illinois and was helped by Jiyja who was, like everyone working there, nice and very helpful.The dispensary is very clean and with well organized display cases.They accept cash only but have a handy ATM in the store.Definitely made my visit to this part of Illinois a treat.Highly recommended!!

I guess his name was Michael... he seems to be a prosumer caught up in the americannabis wave. talking/sharing was easy bc he was casual, confident, and calm. the speedy gonzalez type doesn't really satisfy me as a shopper in need of assistance. neither does the daffy duck type. cool and ideal is how i'd summarize my visit

I usually go to Sunnyside but will have to start coming to Hatch a lot more often. Mark made the experience enjoyable and not just transactional.
