I haven't shopped for weed anywhere else since this store opened. The prices are absolutely unbeatable! All the products that I have been getting lately have all been super fresh too! Simply Herb has been having some really great strains lately. The staff is amazing!! You can tell that everyone is really doing their best to make sure that customers have a good experience.

This is THE place to go for all your cannabis needs. All well known brands have a diverse selection from edibles to flower to concentrates and the prices are the best you will find anywhere. The staff is friendly, lines move quickly, win/win. Jim and the whole crew at ascend are knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this dispensary for anyone, from a first timer to the prohibition rule breakers!

Everytime I come here I get through the line pretty easily. There’s never a wait in the lobby but you might have to wait a few minutes in the back depending on the time you come. Staff is super friendly. Their system for getting your products is efficient. No complaints. Prices are definitely reasonable and better in the area. I typically order online.

Don't buy those infused SHINE prerolls. They make it seem special for 9 bucks. You will get ripped off. They marked it as one gram yet give you way less. The container was taped with regular tape. I can't return it anymore. Sucks to suck.

Good prices and always something decent in stock, but preordering should have a separate line and goes quickly.15-30 minutes is too long of a line. I’ve been there 5-6 times and always waited for a pickup longer than 15 minutes.Also, the constant compliments budtenders give every single person to butter them up for tips has to stop.Ringing someone up should NOT be a tipping job. Don’t tip a cashier. Jeez. Hey drug industry that is booming: pay your employees more and stop making them rely on tips. You can afford it. You sell drugs.

Since they opened, I have not gone to another dispensary. Not even once. The prices here are too good. The staff are always very cool, genuinely friendly, good spirits. I have witnessed a few customers being weird and watched the staff really handle it well. I'm sure this place will continue to be successful and busy. Thanks for the great prices and service. I love Ascend and am happy to bring my business here. 10/10 walking out with a smile every time.

John the manager and Cindy the staff member were amazing!! This place has better prices than any other dispensary around!!! Even with my medical card discount! The tax and their discount center prices still come out lower than anywhere around! I had a small discrepancy and called the customer service line and was assisted by Maya. She guided me to the email to send to the Tinley Park location and had me alert the manager of the email when I arrived at the location. Right away, John came out and helped me handle the small issue. That just goes to show they handle their customers with immediate respect and care to see us return. I'll be coming back as always. They have my continuous support!Thanks to John, Maya and Cindy for your support in my situation! The staff is so much fun here, high energy and great people! Lex is another one of my favorite gals that works there! I love her personality! There's nothing but good to say about this place. I love it here!Prices are awesome as always! The pic attached shows I paid for 14 grams and it came out just a little over. They are on point.There's always a line because they are a great business. The good news is they keep it moving. So worth the wait!

I went to this location with a friend on 7/21/23. The staff were super helpful. It was kinda busy the day we went, before the day of a concert in town, though. It ended up taking 40 mins from walking into line to leaving with purchases. The prices are super reasonable. I picked up a variety of decent priced treats that day. I would definitely recommend checking this place out sometime.

Since this Ascend came to town it is incredibly fair with pricing. Been going since it opened and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful whether it be with helping me pick out what's best for me or suggesting some of their favorites (they always succeed in what they suggest.) Today I went to ascend and realized I was having issues with my loyalty rewards balance. After giving me 5 star service already, Jackie and Brian went above and beyond to correct the error and make sure I left the store happy and ready to get high.
