John the manager and Cindy the staff member were amazing!! This place has better prices than any other dispensary around!!! Even with my medical card discount! The tax and their discount center prices still come out lower than anywhere around! I had a small discrepancy and called the customer service line and was assisted by Maya. She guided me to the email to send to the Tinley Park location and had me alert the manager of the email when I arrived at the location. Right away, John came out and helped me handle the small issue. That just goes to show they handle their customers with immediate respect and care to see us return. I'll be coming back as always. They have my continuous support!Thanks to John, Maya and Cindy for your support in my situation! The staff is so much fun here, high energy and great people! Lex is another one of my favorite gals that works there! I love her personality! There's nothing but good to say about this place. I love it here!Prices are awesome as always! The pic attached shows I paid for 14 grams and it came out just a little over. They are on point.There's always a line because they are a great business. The good news is they keep it moving. So worth the wait!

I went to this location with a friend on 7/21/23. The staff were super helpful. It was kinda busy the day we went, before the day of a concert in town, though. It ended up taking 40 mins from walking into line to leaving with purchases. The prices are super reasonable. I picked up a variety of decent priced treats that day. I would definitely recommend checking this place out sometime.

This place is incredible! I can’t wait to see the company grow and flourish. Employees there were incredible. Prices were great. Most variety I’ve seen in Illinois! Proud to live near. Such a great establishment.

Since this Ascend came to town it is incredibly fair with pricing. Been going since it opened and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful whether it be with helping me pick out what's best for me or suggesting some of their favorites (they always succeed in what they suggest.) Today I went to ascend and realized I was having issues with my loyalty rewards balance. After giving me 5 star service already, Jackie and Brian went above and beyond to correct the error and make sure I left the store happy and ready to get high.
