I stopped by this dispensary for the first time today, and I’m honestly impressed. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has a really calm, welcoming vibe. Their product selection is huge—flower, concentrates, edibles, you name it—and everything is clearly labeled, which made browsing super easy.A special shoutout to Annie, who helped me out during my visit. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions without rushing me. She asked what kind of experience I was looking for and recommended a couple of strains that ended up being perfect. It’s rare to find someone who knows their products this well and genuinely enjoys helping customers.Overall, great atmosphere, great prices, and exceptional customer service. Had my first experience coming in for a purchase last night -I'd like to say first off how very courteous the staff is here , and its high time (pun intended) that a business has come along with more than competitive pricing, its already hard enough in this state with taxes on consumers.The revamp from previous business looks wonderful, bright and airy , prompt service, great prices ....what more can I say besides come in and see for yourself!

Cool staff, they gave me an awesome discount for signing up. Awesome pricing as well but I feel like the pricing is because the product is sub par. I bought 2.5gs of ozone live budder and it was terrible…I did three dabs to be sure but yeah not good. The flavor is not pleasant, it makes the most interesting sound I have ever heard budder (or any concentrate) make when you scoop into it. The top layer of the budder kinda harden a little and the rest underneath was creamy, I mixed it like you would a dip or yogurt lol. I wasn’t expecting much because it was only $94 otd for 2.5gs ($69 after the discount!!) but damn, I can’t even smoke this it tastes so bad :/. I saw this location is closing but they have multiple other locations, I would imagine quality control would still be a priority for a brand like this.

Sara, Mike and Nichole will be missed. They are the reason I traveled to this location only. I hope you’re relocating them to a different store. Without them, the store doesn’t function. They say they offer a 15% discount to medical card patients. I was denied even though it was honored there before. There are no discount policies to be found anywhere. I asked where is the policy and they had no idea. People were rude. Cashier rolled her eyes and scoffed at me.Some lady worker was so annoyed apparently she wouldn't even give me a bag. A little passive aggressive I say. I tried to give them business before they shut down this month but now I know why they are shutting down. Bitter employees maybe? Not my fault. Hire better.

I just went to the sparked in streamwood. I pre ordered online and when I got there they were out of the product I wanted to purchase. The people behind the counter were on top of it. They replaced my product with a different one . A better one. With no charge to me. I just wanted to say thank you for being awesome. This place was convenient, but between the poor customer service and bait-and-switch pricing, I can find somewhere else. Can't believe some stoned punk tried to get $60 outta me for a vape that was clearly labeled as $28, not including the supposed $10 credit I had. Taxes NOT included in prices. Mathematics NOT possible by staff.Worse, it seems this particular dispensary has ruined its goodwill with other local shops, so when you got bad PR from employees and the public, you can't expect to last in a bloated market. As someone on disability with limited income it was very easy to figure what was within my budget. I still will remain a customer, location is convenient and staff always great but it is the reason I give only 3 stars instead of 5

Well, there has to be one and I guess I am the guy. Prices are explosively high here (Yes, I know they include the tax) but still with a 1st time $25 off I still paid more for a 1/2 gram than I normally do. In Addition, I don't like the order process. You pay, get a receipt and wait at a window for your product. Now while it came quickly, there was only one other customer. When I pay, I want to leave with product in hand. Employees were friendly.

Ive been helped by Sarah, Alec and Olivia and each gave me a killer recommendation on strains to try next and were mad knowledgeable. Coming from the days of a true medical dispensary, I didn't have many expectations. But I was pleasantly surprised. Finally a place with people that know terps and genetics, super genuine and the place feels comfortable. All reasons to come back so I had to leave a review. Thanks for being around
