Prices are great for the most part. Organization is not. There is no point in having a pre-order line if you prioritize servicing customers that order at the counter. 4th in the preorder line and I waited at least 30 minutes. Not even a "sorry for the long wait". If you need to go during the day, make sure you plan to spend some time here. Waiting.

This is the place to go if you live in the DeKalb/Rockford area. They have a good selection and a lot of helpful employees to point you in the right direction. Michelle was very helpful to me and gave me a suggestion on a pen to reduce my anxiety! If you’re thinking about it, deciding between two places, Go here!

Where do I start??? This was my very first visit here...Man, was I impressed!!! The staff are sooooo knowledgeable compared to other places I have been...They were on point with what I needed!!! Been trying to get some relief for quite some time and nothing really worked as I wanted it to...This place is amazing!!! Highly recommend!!! Sign up for their rewards!!!

Good Bud shop the employees are great and its always nice to stop in. The only downside is the music in store is terrible I mean absolutely dreadful and doesn't go with the setting. I feel like I'm in Forever 21 shopping for clothes with my wife. Trying to buy some dank weed not cry to Adele while waiting in line.
