Definitely will stop in again sometime. Good prices, plenty of parking & easy in/out with the big parking lot near a traffic light.

Absolutely the worst management I've ever dealt with in my life. I had been a committed customer for almost 2 years, and because of a misunderstanding, and me asking for further explanation, along with a contract info for Consume's Customer relations, the manager told me I was "No longer Welcome back"! Absolutely unbelievable to be treated this way!

I hate to rate this place so low but man for one they dont have any slections. on top of that the selections they do have they're taxing on it. The same stuff you can go get for 20-25 an 8th in Carol Stream. I ended up buying two pre rolls first pre roll was rolled so tight it wasn't hitting. I had to break the joint and put it in the bowl the weed looked like bricked weed super tough and brown. The second joint they didn't stuff the joint all the way so I had a space in by the filter. Also the joint taste super harsh the flower was super dry. Go to zen leaf or altius that's in Carol Stream or bisa Lina you might have to drive a little but I promise you'll find great deals

I love this store and the products. I was in yesterday and was half paying attention when she was reading back the items and realized I received a couple things were wrong and one was missing. I’m not sure if the girl didn’t clear the cart or if she added things from her side. She was so high I’m surprised she could even function at work. The way she talked to me afterwards was very rude and unhelpful. I like the store and it’s convenient but because of this employee I will never come back.

Don't go here I'd you have a punched driver's license!!!My FL driver's license has a hole punched in it because I moved back to IL and updated my address. My DL itself is not expired, it's what I drive on, it's what cops have told me is technically legal BECAUSE IT'S NOT EXPIRED. I never even received my updated license from the DMV because it simply never arrived via snail mail. I've never had this be an issue at a dispensary however, not once ever and in multiple states. Until today. I know the workers were just doing their job but kept saying my DL is expired, I kept saying that it's not and ultimately I wasn't allowed to go in. But Verilife had no issue, neither did Sunnyside, Zen Leaf or Nuera with my punched license. So save yourself the hassle, I guess it's just "their policy."

First time checking out one of these stores. Stopped out of curiosity with my adult daughter. I'm from a different generation & man have things changed! I'm from the days of "nickle bags" & "lids". I can't consume due to federal restrictions, but planning to retire soon, and will imbibe if only to get back to a longer sleep pattern. The staff was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. It was fun being there & interacting with them.

Prices are great for the most part. Organization is not. There is no point in having a pre-order line if you prioritize servicing customers that order at the counter. 4th in the preorder line and I waited at least 30 minutes. Not even a "sorry for the long wait". If you need to go during the day, make sure you plan to spend some time here. Waiting.
