Love this place. The only issue I have is I ordered, and went to pick up, they closed early because of the weather. I drove across town in a shit storm, they never sent a message that they closed early, so when I got there at my pick up time they were closed. Called today to see if they would honor the sale price I ordered . And No they can not do that. So have a deal, take the orders, close early and won't honor the orders that were placed... That to me is jacked up.

Stopped in the Spfld store today to see if they would match a competitors price on an item (same brand, same strain). They looked at me like I jus asked for the keys to the business and the manager made no attempt to explain why they would not match the price. I realize scrubs are prob in there daily expecting deals but I am a repeat customer who was asking a legitimate question. Appatently customer retention means nothinh to this company. Not only have they lost a repeat cutomer but I will be sure to spread the word.

Tonight was my third visit to high profile and I was very pleased once again with the staff and the selections available. I have not visited any other cannabis store since discovering high profile for the first time a few weeks ago. I am currently in a wheelchair and the staff is always very helpful with the doors and navigating inside the store. Keep up the good work and you will keep my business

First time going to high profile today! First time I went in the computer system went down so I had to leave. The second time was easier. Everyone was nice! Little different than what I’m use to! Over all a good experience! The flower I got is pretty darn good! Definitely will be going back! I highly recommend this place! if you haven’t been definitely go! The first two visits first time customers you get $10 off!

If you walk into this place without a smile, I guarantee you'll leave with one. From the excellent customer service making you feel at home with a smile. To the budtender feeling like a brother as soon as you meet him. Very professional with kindness. Now for the excellent product. If you want top shelf for an amazing price, check out their discount days. I picked up the ZUSHI and coming from a cannabis cultivator for Cresco and a THC Connoisseur from Colorado. I'm telling ya this flower will get you levitated at warp speed straight thru the galaxy. Great job guys! Much love and appreciation!

The prices are good but customer service isn't the best. Points expire before a year is up which is a little ridiculous. I've never been able to use my welcome reward of $10 off or whatever it is for first, second and third time visits. They always tell me I can't do it or I can't add it to this and then they say just tell it to them next time and they'll add it to. So don't be shocked if you go there your first time and you can't get $10 off your first purchase. Hopefully you're experience is better than mine* Update: it has been over a week since I reached out to the email they gave me and have not gotten a reply yet. Gone from two stars to one star

Charged my card twice!!! Refusing to give me a refund!! I contacted my bank. Can someone please tell me who the owner is?? The manager has not called me back they stole $128 from my card!!! I contacted you via email and you have yet to respond? I spoke to Regala the third party credit card company that you use at your place of service, she told me she could see the two transactions and told me to contact the store! This is crazy DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE. MY BANK HAD TO FILE THE DISPUTE.

Don’t like the entire process… waiting to be called back like a doctors office and I mean, waiting and waiting and waiting. The discount for first time customers was nice, but it seems like they weren’t very organized, and it was easy to see why there was only one car in the parking lot. Didn’t feel like they appreciated our business, they were inconvenienced by our presence.

Had kind of a bad experience with a product that was not functioning as it should. Although the problem was made worse after the initial phone call, the problem was definitely fixed and I am grateful!!! Very clean and very up to date dispensary and High Profile definitely has the best prices in Springfield above Maribis and Ascend. Highly recommended. I do recommend placing an online order if you desire a quicker trip.

Staff is friendly and will gladly give you recommendations or tell you what they're into. 5 stars for the people but lately there are only one or two staff and it can take some time to get in and out. I don't care much because I just online order most visits anyway. Menu selection is great in my opinion especially for some craft grown I don't see anybody else stock! Prices are not bad at all and seem a bit competitive with the other shops in town. They take a lot of payments like debit, google pay and dutchie(!!!!!) which is awesome.

Went in the store tonight and it was a total NIGHTMARE!! The process for purchasing is ridiculous.We sat out front while they took people back ahead of us.They have a whole system for checking on each other for every purchase. Payment is always an issue here. Honestly I feel sorry for the employees there being forced to do things the way they do.The system that this place is using is not working it took almost 35 minutes for me to make my purchase.It seems like they were up selling a product just to get rid of it.I don’t know about everybody else I really just don’t like the entire process from when you step into the building. The only good thing about this place is they have tons of product. But that’s really not enough to keep me coming back until they clean up their whole buying process because it’s ridiculous.

Why? Why is it so miserable in you're business? I've never been in a such a dreary place. I've seen happier people in hospital waiting rooms which is exactly what it feels like there. Also why is my product handled and then left unattended by so many people so many times? After multiple times in not allowed to look if it's been tampered with and you won't allow me it hasn't been tampered with until after I pay. Also if you offer a discount you should honor it. Im' told first time customer gets 15% off purchase but I have to sign up for a thing have the lady checking me out make sure everything is good and then still don't even get it lol. Go anywhere else than here. You'll have a much better variety and much nicer, happier time with more positive staff.

This place is awesome and has very good selections. There prices are very comparable to other places. Much more affordable in my opinion.. . The staff is AMAZING and will help with any questions.
