The entire staff I interacted with was golden Ponyboy! Only people over 40 will understand that reference. I had no clue that you can’t buy a fat juicy nugget with a credit card, so I had to run to my bank to acquire some cheddar. They saved my order behind the counter until I returned , I thought that it was accommodating and very nice of them! All the staff were super chill like dat as the kids say! Went in for a late October gift certificate for an upcoming Xmas gift for a friend. Told they don’t have them except for holidays. I said that’s what it’s for. An early Xmas gift. We can’t ALL see each other right at Xmas. She says they only sell gc’s at certain short periods of time. What a business plan. Guess I will find someone else who wants my money.

As I was entering the store, diamond was handling a situation with a customer that needed to leave. He had brought me into the conversation.For reasons that are unknown, I noted to him that I was a disabled combat veteran and twitch.He replied he was the same. Your team's professionalism led by diamond herself was superior. Being a prior veteran, I told him he needed to stand down in hopes that this would help de.Escalate the situation. When I went to check out diamond, have to be the person that assisted me.And had informed me that this is the second day in a row into which this occurrence happened with the same individual. I was thanked for my help. Not just from her, but from the staff as well. One of the tales of good leadership is when those that are working for them stand behind them unwaverly. This is quite evident at this store. You have a good team leader and an excellent team surrounding her. Pardon meDiamond goes above and beyond good is not the right word. She is the kind of person that you would want in charge. Call him under fire and handled herself with nothing but professionalism.

For a business built on selling potentially addictive substances, adding more layers of engagement feels negligent at worst, and tone-deaf at best.Rewards-tier lines: confusing, poorly marked, and ineffective. At this location they don’t shorten wait times, its not needed.Employee review texts: unnecessary. The staff are already personable and professional. Forcing surveys feels fake and corporate.What made this location great was its authentic, counterculture vibe. These changes erode that and put added stress on the employees who make this place worth coming back to.

The only reason I can see for going anywhere besides this dispensary, would be if you just simply enjoy paying more somewhere else. The vibe at ascend is great! The vibe at the competitor, that we all know who I'm talking about, is similar to sitting in the waiting room at a proctology appointment.

i went here religiously for about a year and loved it... recently the staff has gone downhill quite quickly... i walked in and ONE other customer was there yet there were 7 people huddled in a circle at the counter just staring at me.......... when i took a step forward the first one to address me told me she wouldnt help me LMAO it was so weird... not really sure how i used to love going here and the budtenders would be nice and every once and a while even spark up a conversation.. now i get stared at by middle aged men and women who act like high school bullies........... its just really weird now and needs some work or some people need fired ngl

Me and my boyfriend go here and don't get me wrong it's normally 50$ for a 1g cart , we haven't been in a while and were about to go and was looking online and they increased tax if it's over 25,%THC it's automatic 17$ plus the normal state tax for a 1g cart they want 92$.... Not ever getting out business again

Your employees are really lacking in the customer service department. Learn to greet, smile and speak up ! And I shouldn't have to ask where to go stand or ask how to check out. Same thing, the one downtown, you walk into a room and 8 employees standing there doing nothing stare at you like they hate you. Hire some people with class and not dregs.

Don't order online and expect them to have your product in stock. If by chance they do and it's a sale item; I assure you it won't be on sale. So save yourself some money and take the time to drive to Michigan or just hop and skip to Maribis. At least at Maribis they are friendly and honor there prices. We ordered 7 grams of shake and only received 3.5 grams.They didn't have our order right in the first place. Had to send it back. So you can't open it until you get home. It cost $126. So frigging mad. Never will return. Lost long time customers! Will go to Maribis.

I’ve always loved Ascend because their website is super easy to navigate and I’m able to even search by weight which makes it so much easier than scrolling like some websites. I was just in recently for some products and got lucky when I saw an amazing deal and was able to get it at a lower cost than I would’ve anywhere else by a landslide! Also got some amazing flower at insanely good price for the kind it was. Had a friend tell me of people getting upset they couldn’t find the same deal and getting mean and just downright rude, isn’t this stuff supposed to mellow you out? I most recently had Trisha check me out, and she was kind, mellow, and informative. So far, pretty much everyone here has been wonderful. Highly recommend. 🙂
