I love this dispensary.....everyone is totally friendly.They make sure to take care of med patients.I can honestly pay the same price (if not less) with my med card on certain flower, as compared to other stores. These guys offer 30% med discount which makes it worth it.... I also like how the menu price is tax included, making it much easier on the customer to figure out what I'm actually spending...without having to go through the trouble of putting it in the cart to get the total....I've always had a good experience at Lyfe.

Really mystified by Don's poor review. I visited Lyfe for the first time on Friday and shopped their specials menu exclusively. The prices were actually very competitive and reasonable. The store was clean, well organized, and well staffed. The cashier was a pleasure to chat with and was familiar with the products being sold. The receptionist at the entrance was delightful, too. Given the quality of service and product, one could expect to pay higher prices.

Second time at any dispensary and I found my new place. Every lady there was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Even saw an old friend. I felt comfortable and really felt that they listened and cared. I will probably be a regular there a couple times a month. I was approved for a cannabis card from my physician. She recommended I try Lyfe dispensary, she said she had other patients who had had positive experiences there. So I went there and was greeted by a very nice gentleman whose name happens to be Melvin. Melvin immediately made me feel welcome. I had no idea what I was looking for or really even wanted and he worked with me to come up with Something that would be a good fit for me. Everyone there was super nice, but I feel like Melvin went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable being there and also guiding me down the right path for my needs. They also have a discount if you have a medical use card. I would 100% recommend Lyfe to someone who needs help getting started and also to the experience ones who know already what they like.

Nothing special. You don't get anything for being a first-time buyer like most dispensaries. No one tried to talk to me about the products, recommendations, or any deals they might be having. It was a very simple transaction. I expect more from dispensaries considering how expensive they have made the market. The prices here were slightly better than other places I have been to in illinois but nothing compared to michigan prices. Even with any deals they might have going on, it is still at least double the price of it's value.

Let me start with this, there is a common stigma around dispensaries..I’ve been to many, in multiple states. Most of them are a bit intimidating, in and out the door without casual, human conversation and connection. This is by far the most comfortable, welcoming atmosphere I have ever been to. I always have a bit of anxiety going into places like these not knowing what exactly to expect. This place instantly relieved every bit of worry I had. From the ambiance throughout the store, the aesthetic, the employees, even the dang cabling throughout the store, it’s very well thought out, and very, very well executed. Nonetheless being locally owned! every bit of it is absolutely unique in its own amazing way. Blake helped us out on top of just casual wholesome conversation. He was the most welcoming, knowledgeable, respectful, human I’ve talked to by far being in any dispensary. I highly recommend this place to anyone. At least just to go experience the ambience/aesthetic of this place, it is truly amazing and changing the game entirely for dispensaries all around the country. Thank y’all so much for being such kind, genuine, people that have a clear understanding of the word “sonder”.

And I could either get the “sale” price or have my taxes “Paid” for but not both. So that is 1000% false advertisement. You are NOT paying the taxes for medical patients you are only giving a discount on full price strains and it can’t be combined with anything else. Don’t lie and mislead people. Your prices are extremely high and to not have any REAL SPECIALS is a little crazy when Sunnyside is right down the street for seriously almost half price.My boyfriend went to get some of Kaviar that was 2 for $80 or something like that so of course that a pretty good deal (This was the weekend of the grand opening) He goes in knowing what 2 strains he wants happy to check out a new dispensary only to be told he can’t mix and match strains even though they both are Kaviar 3.5grams HE HAD TO BUY THE SAME STRAIN TWICE!!! So once again false advertising. I was willing to deal with higher prices because I care about the experience while getting it and LYFE passed the vibe check BUT they did not pass the logical place to shop check.Hopefully in the future once they are more established and get a better understanding of how to market and not mislead customers they will do great. But as of now good luck and I hope you have a serious talk with whoever runs that department!

Lyfe is an experience, not just a dispensary. Excellent staff from start to finish. Our guide, Lauren, was so knowledgeable and helpful. With her guidance, we found exactly what we needed. I was looking at lighters while waiting for my order and asked my friend if she need a lighter. I grabbed one and then told her it was the kind of lighter you can’t use with arthritic hands. The store buyer overhead our exchange and cared enough to talk to me about just that little thing. I gave her a demonstration and she was grateful for the insight. I left with great prices on my order thinking, everyone in that store cared about getting it right for ME. It felt personal. I think you should give it a try. Decent prices, not a bad selection, however no notice that they are cash only until you get all the way to the register and you try to use a card. Which is extremely annoying, and their atm is a $3 fee which you're now locked into unless you want to leave and come back.

Lyfe is an experience, not just a dispensary. Excellent staff from start to finish. Our guide, Lauren, was so knowledgeable and helpful. With her guidance, we found exactly what we needed. I was looking at lighters while waiting for my order and asked my friend if she need a lighter. I grabbed one and then told her it was the kind of lighter you can’t use with arthritic hands. The store buyer overhead our exchange and cared enough to talk to me about just that little thing. I gave her a demonstration and she was grateful for the insight. I left with great prices on my order thinking, everyone in that store cared about getting it right for ME. It felt personal. I think you should give it a try. 10/10 from the staff, ambiance, product quality, displays, and variety of accessories. I will absolutely be a frequent flier. It’s so much more inviting than any other dispensary in Rockford. They honor my medical card and closer to my house. I was helped by Ryan and Keyanna (please respond with proper spelling so I can update -so sorry) and Alena. All were so sweet and helpful I 100% will be back soon. Everything went smooth and I’m very happy with my experience. They gave me a goodie bag with a really nice t-shirt with their brand on it. 🍃 They are currently cash only but had an ATM in the lobby. Very excited about the Grand Opening.And the woman at the check in desk was wonderful as well. The woman who treated me once checked in gave me a tour and was very informative and helpful. It’s very clear the owners hired the right staff for this establishment and can’t wait to see the variety they bring to Rockford.

Decent prices, not a bad selection, however no notice that they are cash only until you get all the way to the register and you try to use a card. Which is extremely annoying, and their atm is a $3 fee which you're now locked into unless you want to leave and come back.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Lyfe Dispensary. This was my first time shopping for products in an Illinois Dispensary. The people there were incredibly approachable, making me feel welcome and at ease from the moment I walked in. The innovative educational kiosks were a standout feature, providing interactive learning experiences that inspired a deeper understanding of their products. It's clear that Lyfe Dispensary is dedicated to not just selling, but also getting to know and educating their guests, which I greatly appreciated.
