I am a medical patient. The only downside of Snap Canna is not being able to use my card. Taxes are horrible. The customer service has been outstanding! Nate and Katie are my favorite. However, everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable. I would refer this dispensary to all of my friends and family.

Since they opened I have been a regular customer. I've been waiting to write a review so it's actually informative and meaningful. This past week I had an issue with a product I purchased. I asked what I needed to do. I had to take pictures of my receipt and product labels and explain the problem in an email. I the spoke with the manager Ericka and Connor. They were very nice. Ericka told me she would make sure her quality control worker watched for my email. Rachel called and apologized for the problem and let me know it would be a couple days before she got back to me. I know there's a process to everything so I thanked her and waited to hear back. It only took a couple days and Rachel did call back and let me know they had a goody bag for me. That it would be equal to or greater than what I originally spent. When I went to pick it up Rachel once again apologized for the inconvenience and thanked me for my patience and understanding. They really do take care of their customers.

Being from California, most of the dispensaries I have been to in Illinois remind me of The Carter apartments in the movie New Jack City. Just cold and impersonal but Snap is COMPLETELY different. It reminds me more of the warm and inviting dispensaries back home. The staff is AWESOME!! The selection is really good and affordable. Definitely recommend visiting if you haven't been!

First time was great, had many choices of flower. Now I went to order online and they got 3 choices of flower. But there shop in elk grove has like 30! Stores need to be consistent and have same flowers offered as other stores in same state. Keep more in stock and I will return.
