First time, everyone is polite, the store is clean and set up very well. It was not crowded when I was there but there was easily room to handle a good size crowd. I'll be back.

Lux is the only dispensary I go to, they are professional, very knowledgeable, their process gets you in and out. The staff is always welcoming and they greet me by name, which means something to me. Sadly, I am horrible with names but enjoy all the familiar faces when I come in a few times a week. They always have great recommendations for different flower and it never disappoints.

Communication there is non-existent 👎🏽👎🏽I am not sure if the staff that are all working there are stoned and can't function properly but whatever it is: Changes from management Need to Take Place. Seriously ,if your business No Longer Accept Credit Cards & Only Cash or Debit .Then all of your advertising & website &it be written on the front door & your Google ads should reflect that decision.As well as all staff that answers the phone need to TELL THE CUSTOMERS That too..Not wait until your at the counter and ready to make payment. Then it's,"Oh no.. sorry ,we don't take credit cards... because of..(Insert any lame excuse here)"👎🏽👎🏽 issa no for me coming back at all. Listen, time is Money and I don't have either to waste. I rather stay in my area verses coming all the way here only made to look foolish and the staff looking at me like I didn't just come to this same place last week and used the same form of payment. Hear them tell it,it went into affect yesterday.today is 3/11/2024

I come here all the time and everyone is always so nice and helpful. I mostly go to Devyn when I come in. He’s so full of energy and is always ready to assist. He also always makes sure to give me a bit of knowledge on my product.Everyone here is very knowledgeable about the products sold here. There’s a dispensary a bit closer to my house but I prefer this one because of the good vibes and the people.I visit enough that I should know everyone by name now LOLThe people here are great.

Absolutely the best dispensary in the south suburbs . Maybe in all of will and cook county. Staff really know their products. Very helpful and professional and organized. Everyone greets you with a smile. There's hardly ever any wait time. And the cool thing is it's minority own. Like Walmart, one stop shop.

Great customer service! I had an issue with a vendors product due to a packaging defective. Manager on staff was Noe, and he really handled the situation awesomely. Product was replaced and my inconveniences were compensated graciously. This place is great! Much appreciated 😉

Very cut and dry experience .. instead of a warm welcoming environment they have more of a here's your product you picked, do you need more products you could have picked. Is not a question that is needed. How about a hello how are you. Another take away point is they're more expensive than other local vendors for the same products. 🙄 probably won't be back. Sorry
