No type of customer service at all no reason to be considered a bud tender if they have no knowledge of what they are doing. Also they are not a medical facility anymore I had asked a worker and they said they did not want to renew the license which isn’t an issue I understand that not every dispensary is a medical one and there’s certain taxes and fees applied when not at one. The one thing that I was dumbfounded on is that Jenny (2223IQ) the “Bud Tender” said my total was 18$ which I found weird that it was a whole number with no change so I expected 2$ returned to me but when I got my change back only a 1$ was given to me. When I looked at my receipt it showed my change was 1.56 which I wasn’t really upset over just annoyed and then I asked her where my change was and she told me that they don’t give change and they either round up or down which just sounds like the biggest scam possible because my change was 1.56 so why woudnt they just give me the 2$? For me it’s about the principal and the fact that she had just laughed about the situation but with all the customers they receive and over a certain period all those transactions that are being held back with any change adds up. They’re taking advantage of a situation that can be easily solved or they can adjust their own pricing. Big rip off here prices aren’t great bud tenders lack experience and customer service.

Went in because they had some good deals on the website. When I went in they claimed the price was different. Showed them their own website and how some product was priced. I don’t know any establishment who would price their stuff on their website different from in store especially when you can do pickup. Even asked if they’d honor the price of course they can’t let go of a small price difference even to make a sale. Not a good way to do business. Just buy your bud in Michigan like everyone else instead of getting ripped off. Namaste more like nah ima stay away.

The owner and her daughter are some of the most disrespectful people I have ever come across. They are horrible to their workers and have no respect for them whatsoever. The owners are barely there and expect their employees to do everything for them. Worst dispo I have ever been to, these employees deserve better. Get it together.

Really great service, staff was so friendly and helpful. I came in here with my mom not really knowing what we were looking for but they took such good care of us. The staff is super knowledgeable about their product and do a great job catering things to your needs. Will be back next time we are in this area!

I've been to my fair share of dispensaries, but Namaste Dispensary really stands out. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff that made me feel comfortable and at ease. They took the time to listen to my needs and made thoughtful recommendations, which I really appreciated. Jay also was the best bud tender and with his friend Charles they made me feel so welcomed and at home!

Do not support them, they screw their employees over who have way more knowledge about the industry than they do by suddenly cutting their hours and pay and that is how they lose any shred of a quality business experience they are able to provide their customers! I only give this place 1 star because there was no negative option.-5 stars.I recently worked this dispensary and was extremely disappointed.The prices are outrageously high, and it’s clear that the owners have no idea about the cannabis industry. They are inconsiderate and unsympathetic, showing no understanding or care for their customers or staff.While the staff is outstanding and tries their best in so many ways, it’s heartbreaking to see how poorly they are treated. They get no respect from the owners, which really affects the overall atmosphere. I used to really enjoy coming here, the staff was dope, the discounts were solid, and the past couple months it's been new people that don't deal with my stoned over talky banter the same way and the whole vibe isn't the same. Your weed maps is a joke and I've given you so much time to sort it out before making this review but like another reviewer mentioned your menu is RIDICULOUS online both for pricing and organizations/filterings sake. Used to be open late but can't decide your hours. It just isn't a good look all the way around the longer you've been open, the less function you seem to have.

Spot was easy to find but when I went in something just gave me weird vibes about the place . I’ve been to many different dispensaries but this one tops it in the weird vibes category. Staff just seemed very odd but it was a last minute in the area grab so it worked for that at least . I picked up some prerolls from Aeriz and they were reasonably priced.

Used to be an incredible place until they started over-packing the pre-rolls. I bought 3 and couldn't even smoke them, they burned down and no matter how hard I tried to smoke it, nothing was coming out. I had to cut them open and re-roll them in my own papers so I didn't completely waste my money.I don't understand. This place used to be amazing, the staff even used to be nice but I guess they got rid of the good ones. :/

To piggyback off another review, this store should be closed for conducting illegal practices with its staff. Requiring finger printing without consent, handwriting their checks that were shorted multiple times, the list goes on. The entire store is a joke in and of itself. It's a dispensary, so what's with the hookahs, tacky yoga studio and cheaply made over-priced purses and bracelets? I'm surprised they're still open. Employees are great and don't deserve all that they put up with. Also this is a RECREATIONAL dispensary, so the amount of banners with crosses on them up and down East Ave is so misleading.Not to mention the selection is terrible. Owner only wants Women and Minority Owned brands, not giving two cares about quality. It's all about stroking their egos. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

They say they hire you then they make you pay for for fingerprints government check up and they will only reimburse it if you make it working after 3 months???? They'll rip you off firing you after a week making up stories against you! They are managers and owners not following the law and Illinois as an equal opportunity state that they happen to be free to make fun of any hardworking citizen to fire for no explanation. The government is being sued for not supporting our hardworking American citizens. Do not shoot this company you will be humiliated once they hire you and make you pay for your finger prints an make you pay for your uniform and no reimbursement. We need more supporters just please share what happens when you apply. They will steel your money making you pay government fingerprints to be hired???? Horrifying!!!!

Stopped by on Saturday 10/7. Huge event. Got to chat with vendors. Made my way into store to pick up a few things. Was impressed with the cleanliness and overall vibe of the store. Very little wait in line. Michele helped me and was amazing. She helped me find different products to try. I highly recommend Namaste. I will be back!
