I didn't catch their name, but they were masculine with pinkish-red longer hair and gaged ears, maybe a zero gage. Great atmosphere, I’ve watched the people help so many confused customers get the help they need. Getting the correct strain, dose, and application is very important to the medical patients. The employees at nuera east people are there to help with those requirements, wants, and needs. I’ve only know of one manager “Jordan” as long as I’ve been going there. That says a lot about the stability of the atmosphere.

The website just will not work right, you enter in a city and place an order and find out it's in a city two hours away, then you change the city and find out what you preordered isn't available in your city. This week I called just to find out how much something was because yet again the website was not working. I was told by the lady at the front desk that because she was the only one at the desk, that she could not help me. I just needed to know how much money to bring. I asked her if was possible for her to just give me an average of what the price is for a certain product and she then said sorry I'm not going to help you today and proceeded to hang up on me. I wish management would listen to this call. I understand if the worker was overwhelmed, I don't know if she was just having a bad day but this was simply bizarre.
