Had plenty of great experiences here until I ran into a problem that was incorrectly listed on their website. The website and receipt listed the packages of edibles I got as 100 MG, but when I got home and looked at the packages, they said only 50MG. Even the receipt said 100MG. I called back and the store was able to give me a loyalty credit that didn't quite cover the amount of money I lost on the transaction.My satisfaction thus is currently a 4/5, and I hope next time I'm able to give y'all the star back.What gets me is I was incredibly explicit about what I wanted took extra time in-store, and still got home less than satisfied. Hopefully next time there won't be any confusion at all.

This place is great awesome products to choose from some great deals but the website needs work. They always say they can’t find my order or what not & it gets canceled way before the time I have scheduled for. Otherwise the store front is great very clean everybody is knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is one of my new favorite spots. The staff are very welcoming. You walk in and your already on an adventure thinking your at a gas station or something. Then they open the door to the freezer except its not a freeze, its the entrance to the back of the store. You get in and out very fast. Also love that they offer journeyman drinks. Come check this place out now.

My first impression when I walked was…ok this place gotta cool theme…but then I walked back into the shop and was instantly transported to a Berkeley, CA vibe. I just loved the feel of the place and while only picking up an order I placed online, my eyes were wandering the store and admiring how well it was put together. Solid prices but more importantly top notch products and welcoming staff. Also, love that this place is so close to where I live!

No complaints, I've been there a few times now and never had to wait for service. Staff has always been kind and helpful and given good suggestions. I appreciate that you can pay with cash or card. I've been to a few dispensaries, and they have all been 100% cash only. Good sized menu with lost of options, quality products.

The art of customer service has been lost over the years, but coming to High Haven is a friendly reminder that kind people are still out in the world. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable - Miguel and Daisy are exceptional associates. I deal with anxiety and depression, and they always put a smile on my face. Not to mention the decor is neat and gives a comfortable ora. Thank you!

Best and coolest dispensary I have ever been to. Staff was awesome all around, but I was lucky to get help from Jake my first time. Gave me great recommendations and was super kind. Not only was the customer experience perfect (might even have the best prices in the north),, but they are independently woman owned. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else if I can help it.

This place is hands down the best dispensary that I’ve been to in Illinois. I love how they buzz you in through an ice door, such a cool concept. As soon as you walk in, it’s such a warm and welcoming vibe. Jake & Julia’s service and personality were THE BEST!!! They were so helpful and personable that I will definitely be back soon.

I am a med patient but I would come here instead of medical dispensaries just for the service , understanding, and customization of service. Best dispensary in IL!!
