Extremely disappointed , I bought a disposable cart that was leaking on the side, the manager refused to replace it, he claimed it “probably touched by someone with wax on their fingers”Avoid at all costs, this dispensary had poor quality products and even poorer customer serviceThe only photo I could get was the rude manager telling me to get lost and “too bad” that it “just happens sometimes”

I love this dispensary! I first visited in April 2023 and it has been in my constant rotation (try to show love to a couple spots in the city). The folks at Nature's Care are so sweet and knowledgeable! I've never had issues with getting the correct price like some other reviews have said: my bud-tender always reviews the order, the cost, and how the ATM fees/change-back play into it. The variety of product, array of weekly deals, and the good vibes keep me coming back.

I honestly don’t know why this dispensary doesn’t have higher ratings, this is hands-down by far the best experience you will get shopping for marijuana over-the-counter in a dispensary in Illinois and might I say the entire Midwest other dispensaries need to take notes how this operation is ran from the security to the greeter as well as the bud tenders the managers, the entire staff are pleasant! As a customer, they offer the best loyalty rewards program, and if you do not have enough points to redeem money off of your purchase, you always can ask your bartender, and they always provide additional discounts when asked they figure out how to help you save. This location is also very pet friendly and they always have samples from brands. That will come inside the shop and give away giveaway freebies. When it comes to the bartenders, knowing the knowledge of the strands, they are very informative on the product selection. I’ve never spoken to someone and asked about a product and they did not have the personal knowledge about the product. They try what they sell and they know what they’re selling you. Never once did I feel unwelcome never did I feel like my safety was at risk. The location is very small. They get you in and out. They don’t make you wait very long. It’s an overall great experience the best dispensary I’ve ever been to and I do not say that lightly. The entire staff is nice,

This place has their systems down on 4/20. Not once did I get an email that they are down and not to come to the store. But I found out by showing up to the store only for them to tell me at checkout that I can’t receive any product. I wasn’t offered any discounts, deals or anything but “come back later”. Not what you want to hear when you are on a time crunch.Since I touched on their systems. Let’s talk about the rewards. I’ve spent a few thousand dollars at this store and unless you link your bank account, you won’t receive rewards. I’ve asked multiple times as to why I haven’t seen any rewards and it was always finished by an “I don’t know”.Also if you order something on the website and it processes. There is no guarantee that you will get your product. I’ve been told multiple times that they are out of something that I ordered. It does not make sense to my as to why they would leave that option available to order.Personally if you made it this far. I’ve tried to give them chance after chance and I continue to get the shaft from this store. If I were you I would go somewhere else. It’s just not worth the headache.

Frequent errors on system, products listed that are actually sold out. Inaccurate pricing. Breaking point was having the cashier pocket my $8 atm change (after unnecessarily running up the transaction)

Have been coming regularly for a few month now, and it’s been great! Had an issue for the first time today with a product which was clearly defective and I was taken care of by the manager. Good products, easy to get in an out of quickly, and great service!

I had a great experience here. The selection was great, but the highlight was that the staff was very helpful and accommodating while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. Also seemed very convenient for online pickup as several regulars passed in and out while I was browsing.

I had an issue with some old thc concentrates product that dried out, the store replaced with the same amount but in a better tier of quality.Innocent’s Margalope is my favorite strain of 2023.

Horrible customer service. Tall Hispanic manager was incredibly rude as was the short haired minion that was at the door. I've spent thousands of dollars hear and I will never spend another dime. All because your horrible staff are rude and on a power trip. The owners should invest more into quality employees.Side note - the black guy manager was friendly/professional.Still not coming back.
