Martha the budtender consultant was very kind and informative and helped me figure out my loyalty email issue and got me on board to collecting my points. Excellent work 4 thumbs up ! I left really happy and then got home and proceeded to get super stoned thanks Martha for being very informative and helpful and I’m loving the deals , keep them coming It’s nice having you guys in the nieghborhood.

This spot is definitely my favorite dispensary! Even though the staff has changed a few times over the years, everyone I've met here is super friendly and always extra helpful with any questions. Unlike some places, the vibe feels really cozy and welcoming, which I really appreciate. A special shout out to Eric for the amazing work hes been doing. I’d definitely recommend Grasshopper Club – not just because of the great staff, but also because of their awesome selection!

I don't know how I just learned of this dispensary, previously I was going to Ascend just down the street. However the brands and quality here are unmatched! I would also like to mention how friendly & helpful the staff was. I tried a new brand (or 2) and could not BELIEVE the size of these buds from Good Green!!! They also offer a rewards program for regulars like me - just had my first visit so can't speak yet to the benefits. I HIGHLY (pun intended) recommend Grasshopper Club Dispensary*Only drawback currently is parking because of construction in the area

To be clear, the personnel are always friendly, engaging and helpful, but I had a particularly great experience with Lanh. I hope I got that spelling right.I was taken aback by how much he knew about this stuff. I value informed recommendations very highly, and he really took the time and made the effort to navigate me to my best choice, while considering my rather pathetic budget. And I appreciate that!Working sucks, we all know it. So when you are good at your job, and you're cool, that deserves some credit. Credit to these folks at Grasshopper Club for just that.Highly recommending this fine establishment for all your weed needs.

I came here last week and the mixed girl at the counter pretended like she didn’t know me because she has a jealous issue. She saw me a few times at the dispensary in the south loop. I come to this location she is highly rude pretends like I couldn’t use my points from the south loop location at this one. When I said I’ll just stop smoking she had this evil grin on her face of satisfaction. Needless to say I will never come back and whatever points I had they can keep. They need to hire people with confidence or teach their employees that customers are not their competition. Teach their employees to control their ego when dealing with their money or they’ll be just like Medmen. Permanently Closed. ✌🏽

Lots of medicinal uses. Must talk with lann, super knowledgeable about all the products, will walk you through any and all questions or concerns. Great experience. And they accept debt now, but of course there's always a ATM in the lobby.

Make sure the sales shown are accuarate, it has happened to me and my friends more than once. I would think it makes a day harder on everyone....But I'm not even deducting a star thats how great this dispo is.

I’m an infrequent consumer who still gets confused by terminology, labels, etc. I need to be walked through products and talk with someone about what I’m looking for. The staff here are so friendly and they’ll take their time explaining anything, answering questions, and discussing options. They’ll even try to find you products that match your needs and are on sale! The music is always great in here too and it’s just a really nice shop. This will be my go to moving forward.

The manager lied on me said she asked me something twice when I was asked once and I came back two more times afterwards spent money with no problem but today the light skin security lady started saying I was banned out something I didn’t know about then I asked her how she said I kept being asked I told her I was only asked once the black security guard man would tell y’all so they kept acting rude I snatched my id and left I’ll take my business elsewhere since the manager lied on me!! I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person she ran off she’s running off your customers making up lies!!! I came everyday spent $50 or better but now I go to the one on Roosevelt the workers are nicer and they have better deals!

Best dispensary in the neighborhood but their debit card system has been down for weeks (the past three times I’ve visited in the past two weeks it’s been unusable). Has resulted in a lot of ATM fees as I was expecting to pay with a card and it’s a huge hassle to hit the bank first. Not a great experience.

As for the store, it’s as clean and as professional as it gets, and located conveniently to public transit. It’s also an independently owned store and I’d almost always rather shop local when it makes sense. Only complaint is the prices, but welcome to Illinois. It’s like that everywhere!
