I will be boycotting this dispensary after hearing about current and former employees treatment. As a former customer I’m appalled by the recent allegations against this dispensary and the other dispensaries they own including Sparked Dispensary. I was first made aware of this on TikTok by Tessa420 on TikTok. I was also made aware that this dispensary is not 100% employee own, I’m appalled by the actions of the owners of this dispensary and I encourage others to do your research before shopping here, especially when you can find better prices at literally every other dispensary in Chicago, even though they add the taxes to their website. Update: Also it seems like the owner of this company is an alleged supporter of Vladimir Putin or looks up to Vladimir Putin.

This is my favorite dispensary in the city. Every single person who works here are the nicest human beings ever. Prices are super fair and honestly way less then dispensaries on the northwest side where i’m by. Love this place!

It was my first time and it was very cool but I purchased two joints one for me and one for my friend and when I got home to look at it there was nothing in the case it was just the label and case with nothing inside very disappointing how do you forget to put the joint in the cartridge

This was my first time visiting, and I had heard great things from others, so I was genuinely looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t go as expected. The employee I interacted with (ID: 2c6f61) didn’t seem interested in helping and came across as annoyed when I asked for assistance. It left me feeling a bit unwelcome. I’m still open to returning, as I’ve heard many positives, but I hope for a more helpful and friendly interaction in the future.

Great atmosphere, clean displays, and super friendly staff make Dispensary 33 a fun option especially for those plodding around the western part of Randolph Street looking for something extracurricular.Things can move a bit slow for the checkout - atms are available, but having cash ready helps move it along. And there’s a little arcade if you want to pass the time.Overall, worth a visit for the vibes!

Lol the cashier removed the sign about the sale they were having through 7/7 as I asked about it then proceeded to tell me not to worry about it and charged $113 for one cart. The same cart is $54 down the block. Same brand same size same flavor.This place is a dumpster fire.

Really nice new dispensary, love the lay out! I do have two issues with this place though... I was the ONLY one in there other than staff and it took me 10 minutes to get my order. It was 2:30 on a monday.. I cant imagine what it would be like during a busy hour/ day. The workers were blantly just having a discussion in the back where they prepare the orders and quite literally taking forever to bring out four boxes. Lastly the guy packaged my concentrates on their sides... big no no. They should always be face up so the product does not get all messy and all over the jar. Easy things this place can do to be better to their shoppers!

The pre roll I got looked small for 1G and it turned out to be packed so tightly it didn't pull well. I've been to better places in the city so it really isn't worth going back. Plus it's more expensive than all of the others I've been to so far.

Horrible visit 😪 , brought some freinds out of town to visit city and decided to stop by the shopAfter getting back to hotel pre role still sealed was empty we are 1hr away from shop and no way to get someone on the phone. Sucks to spend so much money and get ripped off

I went up there for a deal they had advertised online buy two get one free on the cresco 3.5’s tried calling know one answers I do the preorder drive up there and of course there out of the free 3.5’s and the clerk says “Yeah that’s crazy.” I recommend calling first but on my first go around zero stars.
