I visited this location for the first time today. I was helped by Lisette. I wasn't very knowledgeable about many of the products. She took the time to explain and answered all my questions. Her friendliness and patience made my experience here an amazing one. The amount of accessories and munchies they have is pretty awesome! I will definitely be back!!

This dispensary has great products! Staff does a great job at displaying their deals on certain products. Johnny was able to provide more information on various items like carts, flower, and wax. He was able to make suggestions on products based on my liking and preference.

Came here to just pick up from the dispensary like normal, and last week was my birthday, and I wanted to redeem my birthday points. Long story short, Anita was so helpful in getting my points back, and figuring out the situation. She was so nice and went above and beyond. I used to love coming here and was my favorite spot to shop until I found out recently that they changed it so that now you have 90 days to use your reward points. I can't shop here frequently and usually don't spend a lot because I don't make enough money so I've slowly been building up my points hoping to get a big reward at the end. Last time I visited I found out I had 2 weeks to use my points or they would reset to zero. So sadly I used up my points even though I wanted to keep saving them. Sadly they also lost a customer.

Be careful with you points they take them away I was out of the state for a few months I come back and now I have no more points. So an advice shop some other place where they don't steal your hard earned points.. like CURALEAF, STARBUDS OR CHITIVA. They respect your business not like acend .....

I absolutely love this location, BUT the bud tenders always seem like they have no knowledge of any flower or concentrate, it’s like none of them have ever tried any of the dispensary’s products. As a medical user it’s a tad disappointing cause I have to try everything before actually finding what best suits me, and honestly it could be avoided if they’d be able to recommend anything. They don’t offer your specials or let you know if you have any rewards.
