Bummer this is Logan Square’s only dispensary. For an “outlet” their prices are still high compared to other dispensaries. Their rewards point system is also nothing to get excited about. I recommend shopping elsewhere.One plus- one time a worker was so high that they gave me $30+ extra in change.

I went there Sunday evening on July 7, I was helped by an amazing person, but I didn’t catch a name, but they were wearing a mask.I explained that i need pain relief, and a high that hits you in the head, and melt your face off. My cart was emptied , then filled with absolutely perfect choices!I got 4 eighths and every single one was amazing. My favorite is Carolina Honey, so good!!! I wish moca had personal shoppers!!!

I have lived in Logan Sq for about two years and have used this dispensary since day one. I cannot say enough about the staff here. This dispensary has the best people working for them. The rec prices are good for deals and probably the least expensive in the city. And every single person working gives great customer service. Everyone is so nice so chill and if there is any problem at all they will do anything to make sure it is corrected. In a world where good customer service is no longer the standard, these guys are raising the bar on what the standard should be.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now, always had a great experience even when I’ve gotten defected product they’ve taken care of me. From the customer service (Maya) taking care of me and getting me a credit within a couple hours. Thanks to Rob I believe was his name for taking care of me with some new flower and allowed me to apply my credit towards it. Can’t recommend this place enough from prices to customer service they do a great job!

I always have a great experience when I get to Ascend. I'm a medical patient and they always get in quick w no issues. Xavier always takes great care of me and has taken care of me the last couple of times I've gone. I also love the Ohio location. In a pinch they're quick even tho they don't do medical, they're still great. When I was recovering my knee surgery and had to come in in a wheelchair, they were always so nice. Quick n accommodating. Ascend never disappoints. And the reason I keep coming back outside of the great customer service, are the prices. I work across from a very popular dispenser but I always choose Ascend because they always have the best prices. I get more bang for my buck there n they have a really great discount program for medical patients plus they have a great points rewards program. Luv this place.

Great experience. From the time you walk in your greeted and helped. Once inside, just look for one of the cashier's, most likely they are already waving you over and answer any questions or concerns while your order is being filled. Pay and your on your way. Enter on Milwaukee and exit on Fullerton. Lots of parking, I just rode my bike lots of bike parking.

Been going here for a year, there are better pricing and Quality at sunny side.. Don’t be fooled by the marketing, it all bull! Plus the point system don't work, you don’t have access to any of it , it’s a joke and now no medical discount because ”we are a discount store,” they are not … prices are the same.. do a little research..big pass!! Save your self and time, it should be a good feeling leaving a dispensary but it feel like you are going to a pill pushers.. Should’ve kept it in the hand of the dope man!

If you haven't been in a while, check it out!The staff is friendly, the selection is dope, they just got done with some major renovations that totally transformed the place. They also have some great prices! Not always, but when they get their shipment or whatever tons of high quality eighths for 25-35 after tax. Med patients and newbies will like that they've recently expanded their lower thc selection. They're also significantly more efficient. I used to prefer Sunnyside bc of their efficiency, but this place been getting me in and out for the past couple months. Don't go on Friday evening (to any dispensary really).Shout out to X, CJ, there's two guys with long hair that look nothing alike, one with an undercut and glasses and one with a ponytail who I really fw, the whole staff really! Great vibes everytime 🙂

They did not have enough product selection. I use edibles.It’s not the prettiest dispensary. I am not their for the aesthetic.

I want to take a second to note the excellent customer service I received from Jason N & Mike on my last visit on 10/22. They diagnosed my account issue and found points I believed I had lost all within 5 minutes. In an environment that can be very busy and hectic , the staff always seems to make everything work smoothly while remaining attentive.
