Ordered 2 one gram carts on sale and was given 2 half gram carts. Returned to the store to bring up the mistake, and was told that I was charged the correct amount. The manager refused to acknowledge their mistake/overcharge and did nothing for us. Ended up paying a full gram price for a half gram product with no help from employees on their mistake. Will never be returning here again. Poor customer service. Do not go here unless you want to be charged double the price for a product and blamed for the mistake.

Always super friendly inside, usually little to no wait. The ordering process online is easy and there's always great deals. The only time I had an issue with an order, it was an issue with the payment processing host and they were quick to make it right for me once it was discovered. Plus, it's in a great accessible location. Cloud9 is the only dispensary I go to now.

The staff here is pure magic!! I think the door to the back goes to a different dimension & that this place is actually run by fantasy beings masquerading as humans. They are friendly, charming, helpful, give a great education & make you feel like family. Relaxing & Clean. I love the esthetic of design. You can call in your orders!! I look forward to coming back.
