I'm a huge fan of trying different dispensaries. Unfortunately I will not be back to this one. They Did not have product that was listed on their website. And the lady who served me tonight 9/7/24 Was extremely rude and very unhelpful. This is the only dispensary that me and my husband could not share rewards at. And the lady got disrespectful and started acting like I was dumb. My visit took almost thirty minutes.

Repeat customer. Staff is ALWAYS friendly & helpful. They usually move the line fairly quickly. I have yet to get the wrong thing. I stopped going other places, it's nice that you get rewards.One time the seal was broken on a container, and due to the laws, you can't bring product back, so it's a PITA to try to do a return/exchange bcuz you have to go through the manufacturer. So ALWAYS LOOK AT YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE YOU LEAVE - they show it to you, so if you don't notice something is wrong, it's your own fault.

This used to be my favorite dispensary but I’m highly disappointed and was lied to. Their Black Friday ad claims to have $0.01 products while supplies last. The ad was vague so I emailed them and got a response from Frank saying I can purchase the daily allotment of $0.01 products, which would be over 35 total products. I waited in below freezing temps for over 45 minutes to be told I need to make a purchase at full price for this deal and can only receive a singular $0.01 product. I showed the email and asked if I could at least have one of each. They said no and just apologized for the “confusion.”

Usually I have a great experience. today as I purchased my super shake and drove home I realized upon opening the bag and pulling the container out it was open already and the seal was gone. I quickly called and was put in touch with a call center unfortunately. They say fill out a form and wait 48 hours. Well I just spent 130$ for a product that's supposed to be sealed. My advice to all shopping that this location is to double check your orders as they have somone working who is opening product. I'm not very happy with this experience today.

Everyone here is friendly and helpful, but the minus-one-star is is ridiculously long and slow. (Disclaimer: I haven't been there for a few months, so this may have been remedied.) This was the only place I could find the one balm that works for my feet (I'm a medical patient), so this was hugely frustrating. I live near Rockford, where dispensaries are divided into medical and recreational in separate parts of the buildings. This one doesn't do that, they apparently aren't licensed as medical, so if you have bad feet or other medical issues, you're standing for a long, long time on your bad feet waiting for the stuff you desperately need. They do give a discount for medical, so make sure you bring your card.

Posted 50% off online then like 5 minutes before my scheduled pick up they called me and said it was a mistake and that they wouldn’t honor it. They always do this where I place an order and go directly into the dispensary within 20 min and they say the product is out but they have other more expensive items for sale. Feel like that’s part of their strategy to drive more business is just to post good deals and tell people it’s not available when they get there. Got so normalized nobody realizes it’s a scam. Closest dispensary is like another 30 minutes away so what are people going to do after they drive all the way out there?? Great scam

Slowest dispensary I have been to. Hate that this is my local dispensary. There is no sense of urgency when their line is to the door or out the door. Yes, very nice people but gotta move the line. Today, with 5 registers open it took 25 minutes to even get to a register. Middle of the day too! Every employee chats up customers like they are old friends. Which is fine, good customer service but when the line is out the door you have to speed things up and this store has no ability to do that. The lack of parking is not their fault but not being able to get customers in and out in a timely manner is. Every time I go here, I expect to be in line for 15-30 minutes regardless of the time of day, number of employees or any other factor outside of slow service. Also compared to other dispensaries, they have the worst rewards program. Unfortunately I will be going back, like I said I am stuck with this as my local dispensary. Should have also shared that I've been going here for over a year now. So this isn't a one-time thing like the other negative reviews on here. Even when the store is empty, it takes you 15 minutes to get in and out.

Love this place, except for the woman in the cat eye glasses that was there when I went today. She was on door duty. Clearly she wasn't ID trained like bartenders and bouncers are.WARNING TO THE TRANS COMMUNITY: This woman will talk to you using the name on your ID.Everyone else has always been great. She's a total pill though.
