Terrible selection. They shut door 15 minutes early which is completely fine but if you come in 10 minutes prior to that they will sit there and talk shit to eachother about how disgusting people are and how they don’t tip . Very terrible staff that work there , I might’ve left a tip if they weren’t blatantly talking shit while I was shopping . Will definitely not be returning I’ll stick to Jersey

Please get rid of those in-house disposable vapes they are terrible! We have purchased about 4 now and every single one is horrible quality. They barely work and the part you puff from constantly gets clogged. Literally the worst pens I have ever tried. Please get some quality pens in your establishment because the in-house ones are a total waste.
The selection is pretty good with what they have however, the employees are rude rude rude. Especially the skinny older lady with brown hair. I hate getting her because she’s always super mean even though I I am as nice and bubbly as can be. she always makes me feel bad about what I’m ordering. I tried to get delivery one time and they were so nasty to me because I didn’t understand the rules they weren’t explaining it to me. And I missed a 10 minute window when they were trying to deliver.I’m never going back to this place again.
So I wanted to wait a few months to leave a review. I've yet to see you guys do a promotions, discounts, customer appreciation, specials or anything to intice someone to want to buy. The state already puts a 15% cannibas tax on top of the purchase. And the selection of items is bare minimum always. Delawareans can easily go to Far & Dotter, Frosted Nug, or Twisted Hat. Who wants to really travel out of state every week. But I refuse to pay triple for stuff. It's sickening. I hope you guys get it together.Excuse me... Vets actually get discounts once a week. But this is Delaware. Your business isn't going to survive just giving vets discounts and being fair with them with the prices.
I love the people who work at Thrive. I've been a customer for about 6 years now, and continue to return because they make it such a comfortable experience. It's expensive regardless of where you go, so I choose to go where they feel like family.
Had a very undesirable experience at this dispensary. Was greeted at the front with a strange security door in a very tight hallway (uncomfortable as hell). I then had to hand my id through a jail style window/slot system and wait for another security door before entering the building. When I entered I saw three groups of customers each being helped by a budtender, while I was directed over to an iPad to order (meanwhile there were two employees sitting on their phones directly in front of me). I had to speak up to ask for help ordering, and when I did get help the bud tender was very condescending. With how rude she was with helping me order I decided to spend my money at another dispensary that wasn’t uncomfortable and uninviting.
The prices are still the same as when I was a card holder. Great selection of items. Fast process of ordering and checking out. All of the workers are extremely helpful and nice!
Had my first visit today at Thrive and the experience was awesome. I ordered pick up but you do have an option to shop around. My budtender was awesome and very informative. Thank you for a great customer service experience!
Airo half gram vapes are $69 after tax here. That is $140 for a gram of distillate floor juice! I HOPE YOU ENJOY FUNDING THE OWNERS NEXT BUGATTI EVERYTIME YOU SHOP HERE. I just paid $22 in NJ for the same exact Black Mamba vape! Maryland truly does distillate grams for $32 some days. If you shop here, you must have so much money you don't even know what to do with it. The dispensary hasn't made a single change or expansion since they opened 5 years ago. Same products same strains nothing new no drive to bring in new products because there's no competition. Inhouse junk distillate vapes, not a single live resin or rosin vape. This place is a great of example of how ruined and delayed the market is here. Go to NJ or MD for a much better experience. Avoid at all costs. This place is ONLY there to make as much money as possible. You are quite literally buying the owners next Bugatti. Do your research on prices for the same SKU's elsewhere. Do not support price gougers. Theres not even lines at the DEL stores after 50 years of waiting for stores to open that should tell you everything you need to know. You can literally walk in and walk out in 7 minutes because no one is even going. NJ/PA/MD had hours-long lines for months after they opened.
I just came back from the Wilmington site and I encountered the most rude worker in all the years I have been there. Short girl, brown hair, pomytail. I got my code, she said it was invalid and the text came from the wrong place. Last time I was there they had to move because the machine was not working correctly, nice and informative workers. I informed her other workers moved to another machine and it worked. She told me "expect this going forward." What kind of answer is this? Terrible customer service, I have chronic pain so even just standing that long was torture for me.Do better First State.
For 5+ years I have found First State Compassion to be consistent in quality of product and service. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It's always a pleasant experience. The compassion discount is also very helpful.
We only have like 6 options if you have. MM card, same deals same prices at all the dispensaries. Hopefully things will change once rec options open.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I like the specials that they have. It's also nice that they have a waiting area and don't make you stand in line.
Every time I go into FSC I am treated like family. They are wonderful at education and answering questions. The quality of their product is outstanding. I always have a flawless experience with them. I will not go anywhere else! Larry was one of my First friends and one of my favorite Budtenders!
The staff is very friendly and very helpful if you have an issue. There concentrates are pretty consistent,but imo they just need more varieties of them is all because the quality is there.
The staff at the facility are always kind and helpful. I cannot always find the products I like in stock, but suggestions are given to try in place of, never disappointed am I. On-line ordering live and easy to do. Never a long wait anytime I go.

It’s hardly never the actual weight please fill prescriptions correctly I know you have more than enough flower to fill those orders even more than prescribed and still make a profit- I’m just saying
I love FSC! They have an extensive collection of strains, edibles, tinctures, and accessories. They also offer a loyalty points program which helps reduce the price of your purchase. AND they consistently have multiple deals and discounts. There are 4 different dispensaries in my area and FSC is the only one I truly frequent.
How does this place have 4 stars? Absolute joke of a dispensary with low quality flower and lower quality carts! I would not recommend this place or its products to anyone. No way their THC percentages are accurate and they never fill the carts to the top! (See picture for reference) anyone who rates this dump over 2 stars has obviously never been to a legit dispensary and never had quality products! Save your money, don't support these phonies!
35% for veterans but 0% for cancer patients and survivors. Only if your terminal. The very people that got mmj passed, cancer patients. But no discount for them? 35% is huge. Should do the right thing and credit the money spent during chemo and radiation. Have forms for more than terminal. My doctor said she could t fill that out as I'm not dying. Just feel like it. To bring appropriate form. But there is none.Such a steep discount for vets and none for cancer is just insulting to those that you owe your very business too.
I love to give credit where credit is due. So first I would like to give major credit to Larry, Ricky, Steve, Buck, Wishers, Leif and the extremely nice girl that works up front to let people in and out. These people are the reason I keep coming back so unfortunately I know a few of them are leaving soon and I think I'll be going to a different dispensary if that's the case. I would leave a five-star review however there's a lady named Michelle that works here and every single interaction I've had with her she has been rude she has said some stuff that I don't think is appropriate, I actually heard her speaking negatively about me and laughing little did she know I was standing right by the door to get let in and I could hear everything I understand we're all human we have bad days maybe two maybe even three but this is a constant with this lady and I'm not the only one who agrees. I've tried speaking to her myself and she is very defensive, condescending, and honestly she has embarrassed me on a few occasions. Within the past 6 years I've only left two bad reviews ever for a company and it takes a lot for me to do that because being in sales and customer service myself I understand however there is a serious problem with this woman so with this review I wanted to start it off with the amazing people that keep me coming back so I wanted to start off with a positive however Michelle is probably going to be the reason I don't come there anymore something needs to be done about her. You can ask anybody that works there I'm friendly outgoing polite I get along with everybody except this lady I almost feel as if she purposely tries to ruin my experience so if you guys are okay with losing customers I don't mind putting the word out about her until this situation is resolved I will not be coming back and it is unfortunate because I really like everybody else that works there and like I said I am not the only person who has complaints against this lady I would love to give you guys a five-star review but unfortunately she's preventing that. The security guard inside he is very racist, he yelling me because I'm trying to get price of the people. This need to change because he is very nice with his people "Black"
It pains me to say that I have been discriminated against numerous times by the office manager in Wilmington Betty she has been confrontational with me in various situations. She banned my account without my knowledge, and then I was told that I was sent a letter, which, in fact, was false. I have reached out to the Lewes location a few times and no one has returned my phone call Savannah was supposed to return my phone call on two occasions, but she never did. I had spoken to Savannah on two occasions, and she assured me that Haley the regional manager would reach out to me. I have gotten no response from Haley or anyone else at both of these location the CEO Mark needs to be made aware of how the patients are being treated in the Wilmington location or needs to be a customer service box placed at the Wilmington location so that he can know exactly how patients feel when they leave the Wilmington location. It is unacceptable that patients are being treated in such a way by someone who is supposed to manage an office location and is aggressive and confrontational as well as rude. She uses her authority over patients and it’s disheartening. If you want a good dispensaries that treat patients with respect, then you want to go to The Farm on route 13, Columbia Care on Concord Pike or Fresh dispensary in Newark. Anyone that I have spoken to that have gone to this dispensary in Wilmington have all said the same thing about the office manager or even the staff… they are terrible and she allows certain employees to have her same energy with patients and I heard from Savannah that this is common not the first time they hear complaints about Wilmington. She said she always gets phone calls at the Lewes location for patients in Wilmington, and nothing is being done about it nothing… NOTHING. Avoid the negativity and further distress weigh out your options. Better is out there that cater to your needs and provide comfort to your mental. Don’t spend your money where people can easily treat you like trash.
They need to fix the discount infrastructure. It should compound with my veterans discount, not follow a hierarchy of whatever the best discount would be. Very disappointing. You have mostly fixed your stock issue now fix your business practices asap.
I really like the vibe of this place. The selection is always on point, super knowledgeable and friendly staff, the edibles are all tasty and prices are decent compared to some of the other dispensaries. 10/10

I always forget names but the gentleman at the door George is great. The gentleman that's usually at the front desk goes above and beyond. Bear is very interesting to conversate with. I wish I Could give special recognition to a few employees unfortunately I always forget names always forget names so all in all I will say this is the best dispensary in New Castle county with the most reasonable prices, frequent sales goin on, neat contests, loyalty points and the product is always great and there's many options to chose from in all categories.

Between Wilmington’s 2 current dispos you’ll be better suited at First State. Their cheese was some of the better dispensary weed I’ve seen. First State cares enough to put your meds in a plastic jar and not just a plastic bag like Columbia Care (CC’s is bone dry and flavorless by the time you get to it). The flower selection is decent and the quality is actually not bad even considering the cost. Yes it’s still pricey but all in all a solid dispensary. They also have a rewards program and a discount to offer based on your earnings if you provide them your 1040. Here’s where my tone changes a bit; I’ve only had 2 visits and all of my 8ths (3) were exactly .1 off. As much as they have some nice first visit discounts and a rewards program it seems like they’re fishing some of that from not giving you all of your meds. If it weren’t for the sleazy .1 skimp they’d get 5 stars for sure. I usually would be open to giving them the BOTD but all of my 8ths weighed exactly the same amount. Lastly I don’t think a multi million dollar pot operation would be using a lab grade scale that’s not calibrated everyday. That could be costly. Well deserved 4/5.

Where is the Variety and Consistency in the Flower Selection? Its simply unacceptable to continue to to take the stance of to say "You have to wait for mother nature and what the mature time is for a plant". We know that. Thank you. But the reality is you are a DISPENSARY! Why do you continue to operate with a "Business Plan of a High School Pot Dealer"? Why are there barely ever 1/4's and never 1/2 ounces? We Disable War Veterans certainly would appreciate the discount in price. Would it be possible to add a "Packaged on Date" on your product like other Medicinal States do? or at least disclosure of what its gown in as other states do? We understand how many card holders there are in Delaware and the lack of Dispensaries (And most certainly the lack of competition) but please remember when you first opened you bragged about the quantity of grow rooms, why aren't they functioning at capacity? In all fairness the other Dispensaries have also not lived up to the expectations of those of us with a Terminal Illness or a debilitating disease. But it would be refreshing to see one Dispensary Step up an own it and if not provide the actual product we need at least stay away from the canned responses and set the example. As the first Dispensary in the State with two locations you still can make a difference if you so choose. You can pioneer the way for the others to try to emulate your legacy in the field.
