I've been a regular recreational buyer since they started selling in August. They offer dozens of edibles and vapes, I think they sell about every leaf product that they can cook up. They've even added a few new strains.It's a business, they wanna make lots of money. There is always an upward price creep, $80 quarters became $45 eights, now many of the eights are $50, especially the newer stuff.Check the menu before you go, look at the daily specials, normally the discounts are 10-15%, enough to offset the states "cut" added at checkout. Occasionally they offer targeted specials saving 20-30%, that's when I buy.Sussex county modified their dispensary location map which will hopefully allow a little more competition. More selection, better prices.I have as yet not found a product they sell that has smell or taste, I haven't tried all the "concentrates" they sell, maybe I'll find something that has the goods. I wish that they sell "BUDS". You won't find any sparkle in your bag, they rub, tumble, shake it all off to make other products. Please sell some buds that haven't been stripped.

Today was my first visit to The Farm. I knew exactly what I wanted before I entered thanks to their user-friendly website. Everyone was very nice & friendly. It's a quaint, home-y, little shop that I definitely recommend!

I love this place from walking in until out the door customer service was excellent. And the product help so much. The prices are great also. And if you have issues with body aches and can't walk all the time they have a drive thur, for anyone also just order online. This is my go to spot. I told so many people. One more thing I like how after you use their products that you don't feel drowsy later. However their products do last a long time in your body.

Best part is how fast you can be in and out unlike a decent amount of places that make it feel like your waiting in a doctor's office for a hour. The product is sub par and over priced. Many times the flower has been so dry it practically turns to dust with any amount of pressure, even just picking it up. They REALLY REALLY like to advertise Airo which we all know just wants to be the apple of carts, they are the most expensive, you can only use exclusive airo batteries with the airo carts and they are all $70+. That might be one of the scummiest things a company labeling themselves as medicinal could do but I guess thats just the medical world these days. If you have a closer store near to you save your time and go closer instead. The only place that hasn't upped all vapes to $60+ before tax is Far & Dotter in Maryland, the wait might be a little longer but the prices and product are worth it. The only good thing about this place are the employees. Scrolling all the reviews it seems a lot of people are pointing out the same thing about the product being sub par and prices higher then the product will get you. All responses from the owner are "sorry about your experience" or something like the response I got.

I’ve been a medical patient for some time now. This place is close to home and the drive thru is convenient. When I do go inside the lobby, the place is clean, easy to navigate, and purchasing is easy. The staff are always friendly and the loyalty points system is decent. Prices are a little high, but I benefit from discount days as a veteran, so that evens things out a bit. My only little qualm with them is that ever since recreational sales took effect, their product selection has suffered a bit. They used to have more variety, especially with flower and concentrates, but the quality of the product, whatever I decide to get, is generally pretty good. Overall, they’re a nice local dispensary.

3rd visit since they started selling recreational. Opening day, I gave them a 4. Second visit was not a good experience, nothing with system worked and product was VERY sub par, dropped them to a 2 star. It's a 28 mile drive to Kent over in MD., so I gave them a third chance today. System worked today, much less BS getting in the door, preorder worked. I was in and out in 5 minutes. As easy as buying a pack of cigarettes.Still minimal selection and overpriced. Thats likely to never change, there is no incentive to loosen the retail store requirements. With such limited competition prices will not decrease, it's like buying gas, everyone charges the same. These guys really offer no discounts for anyone but medical, nothing about senior, or vet. There was a line on my receipt about loyalty points, but I've seen nothing on this site about how they work. It's 2 miles from home, it's like convenience store pricing. I give them a 3 cumulative, primarily because of price. Even with daily sale prices your still talking near $400 an oz with tax. So deal with it or spend hours on the road.

Been Medical customer for some time, definitely changed when Recreational added. Do not like app now as it lets you order more items then they will sell you at the store when you arrive. App even sends texts & email to confirm your purchase. But if it's an on sale item, when you arrive they inform you of this limit then try to switch you to a more expensive item(s) to purchase. Old fashion bait & switch.

I enjoy coming in to pick up my medicine! The staff is always welcoming and personable. The whole crew is incredible, but a special shout-out to Paula. Before I come up, she already has a new recommendation for me that is tailored to my medical needs. I miss the specials and discounts that medical card holders would have, and the variety of strains seemed to be more... various. I will see they have some strains at other 2 locations that are too far away for me to drive too.

Nice looking building with clean surroundings. Entrance is based on ID verification through a door camera. Then you ID is checked upon entrance. Not too.much in the way of greetings or thank you for choosing our place. Clean inside with touch screens that are extremely small. Staff did tried to help with the navigation process. Purchase issue is when you use a card or cash. Using a card attaches a 3 dollar service fee. Staff was really difficult when asked to explain the process. Not the most inviting place and kind of left feeling like I would go elsewhere.

I like that they genuinely care about your needs and will suggest different options and answer any questions you may have. Plus I love the rewards program and weekly discounts they offer on products. So I looked online this morning to see a special running from 10:00am to 1:00 pm. Thought it was strange because it contradicted the add online saying the same special was 3:00 to 6:00. So I called on phone and left a message at the Felton store. No one called me back to clarify the hours. So I drove to Felton and the worker then told me the special was from 3 to 6. No I’m sorry no apology for waste if my time. Guess the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT does not apply here. Very disappointed in your costumer service. Get it right. Or at least apologize for wasting my time.

Last October/November I LOVED this place!!! Not so much so now. Actually not at all now. I’ve had every flower they’ve sold there since Oct 2023. Which pretty much isn’t that many different strains. And they always have the same stuff week after week anyway. At the time when I would go there it was A LOT cheaper. And also it was the closest dispensary. So it was convenient. The flower was ok at best far from anything great. But now with the prices especially for the quality…Nahhhh hard pass!!!! And definitely not now when it’s a dispensary with Higher Quality flower, wayyyy cheaper prices, better point system, more of a selection, AND they deliver….. plus it’s close the beach. Sorry Farm! Step ya game up, lower ya prices, do SOMETHING! And you better do it soon cause at this rate I don’t see yall being around too much longer

The price point is extremely too high! Take a look around at the competition, better deals, point systems, and more product! Wait till legalization takes place and that 15% is added to every sale. I'd rather take the drive and do my homework and hit a dispensary with plenty of product, reviews on said product, insentively priced, and smokes great.

Went in today as a new user. Looking for recommendation on what to use for pain. Was sold 20mg. THC capsules. Wife looked this up and found that was way too much for a beginner. Called to speak with manager who confirmed that was too much, however would not refund my money. Out $50.00 because salesperson did not know what they were doing. It's really scary to think they are giving people really high doses that they might not be able to handle. Wanted to support a local business but will not be going back!

Super nice, helpful. Only go 2 places. This is my main spot. HOWEVER. As a former grower. The product is good. It needs to cure longer. It is about 10% too moist when I get it. Doesn't burn to a white ash. Cannabis needs 30days MINIMUM at 62-65% humidity to cure properly. Buuut like I said before. I'll be back. Every week. For at least a 1/2.

There has been 3 occurrences this has happened now, but I don’t understand how hard it is to grab something someone asked for. 3 times I paid for something I didn’t want or ask for. Of course they tell you to check your items before you leave but I don’t see how it’s that hard to do your job correctly. Another problem was I found HAIR in my medicine. I don’t know what happened in the past few months here but the service has been awful. The Farm is at the very bottom for Delawares Medical Cannabis. I’d highly recommend going an extra 10-20 mins out of your way to go to Fresh Dispensary, they’re the best to go to.

My husband has a brain injury and needs help at times, I always tell him to take his time and explain your injury in hopes customer service would be maybe a little extra, well I guess the woman behind the counter is just working for the money not the service that is helping the patients, as some people do, she decided to make fun of his disability. Of all places, how mean of you and what is to say of the hiring standards for this company. You young lady caused more anxiety and a further drive for him.Please be nice to all people. Budtenders are knowledgeable and pleasant. Service was very good and all the products listed were in stock. Not much here in the way of accessories as is typical.The flowers are nice, properly dried and cured unlike some of the other area dispensers. Nice smooth smoke and good effect. The prices, after considering specials etc, area on the high side of average for the area typicallyAll in all it is nice to have a dispensary right in Kent county so for a lot of us the convenience factor will be very welcome.

Orders can be on a walk-in basis or placed online. Next, verified via text to you, then they advise when it's being filled and a final text saying Ready For Pickup. (Which can be earlier or later than your time slot as long as you receive your final text) Extremely convenient drive thru window for those days where we don't want out of our PJ's. Large selection of products from flower to brownies and cookies. Staff is always kind and double checks your order.

Started going to the farm when another dispensary ran out of the THC pills that's what I use everyday. When calling the other dispensary they couldn't tell me when they would get them in. So even though the farm was more expensive I had no choice I needed those pills. Well let me tell you I love this dispensary product is top notch, the employees are amazing, it's a great experience every time I go. We need the farm down bridgeville way .

I like supporting local owners and everything, but I expect a minimum of service. The website is more informative than going inside, but there are several gaps. If you try to order from the website for pick up . . .well I tried on three different occasions and they are zero for three. Don't ask me to go inside and conjure up a memory of what I ordered online because I am not a pro at this stuff & I do not feel like sharing personal health information with the less than helpful staff. If you don't already know what need you are going to be dissapointed. You can't see product in the dispensary. I wish them luck but I am going elsewhere.

Over-priced and business hours do not match. Tried placing a order around 5 and could not due to order shut off. They close at 6!!!!! You will not have these issues at the other Delaware shops and prices are way better for same quality if not better. Will not be visiting this establishment again 👎🏾Update..... I tried to place the online order at 5:15pm and could not select a pick-up time so I called and Ashely told me if I could not select a pick-up time then online ordering was shut off. 45 minutes before closing and I could not place a order. And I was parked outside of the establishment. What should I have done then?

One caution I would advise others is. When using the drive through check your order Every Time. I accidentally opened the wrong strain at home not paying attention(I just assumed she gave me the right one) I had ordered online. So they couldn't exchange it for the correct strain, due to state law. Understandable. Unfortunately though that didn't change the fact that I paid my only monthly medical amount for a THC free strain that does nothing for my PTSD. I am without my meds this month. I was apologized to but zero care was given about my unfortunate lack of medicine due to an employee error. I wasn't even offered a discount on future purchases. Nice place and people but their mistakes can cost you more than money. So this is why I shared this. I still recommend them.

Went in today as a new user. Looking for recommendation on what to use for pain. Was sold 20mg. THC capsules. Wife looked this up and found that was way too much for a beginner. Called to speak with manager who confirmed that was too much, however would not refund my money. Out $50.00 because salesperson did not know what they were doing. It's really scary to think they are giving people really high doses that they might not be able to handle. Wanted to support a local business but will not be going back!

Super nice, helpful. Only go 2 places. This is my main spot. HOWEVER. As a former grower. The product is good. It needs to cure longer. It is about 10% too moist when I get it. Doesn't burn to a white ash. Cannabis needs 30days MINIMUM at 62-65% humidity to cure properly. Buuut like I said before. I'll be back. Every week. For at least a 1/2.

There has been 3 occurrences this has happened now, but I don’t understand how hard it is to grab something someone asked for. 3 times I paid for something I didn’t want or ask for. Of course they tell you to check your items before you leave but I don’t see how it’s that hard to do your job correctly. Another problem was I found HAIR in my medicine. I don’t know what happened in the past few months here but the service has been awful. The Farm is at the very bottom for Delawares Medical Cannabis. I’d highly recommend going an extra 10-20 mins out of your way to go to Fresh Dispensary, they’re the best to go to.

My husband has a brain injury and needs help at times, I always tell him to take his time and explain your injury in hopes customer service would be maybe a little extra, well I guess the woman behind the counter is just working for the money not the service that is helping the patients, as some people do, she decided to make fun of his disability. Of all places, how mean of you and what is to say of the hiring standards for this company. You young lady caused more anxiety and a further drive for him.Please be nice to all people. Rant over as nothing will be done.

Budtenders are knowledgeable and pleasant. Service was very good and all the products listed were in stock. Not much here in the way of accessories as is typical.The flowers are nice, properly dried and cured unlike some of the other area dispensers. Nice smooth smoke and good effect. The prices, after considering specials etc, area on the high side of average for the area typicallyAll in all it is nice to have a dispensary right in Kent county so for a lot of us the convenience factor will be very welcome.

Orders can be on a walk-in basis or placed online. Next, verified via text to you, then they advise when it's being filled and a final text saying Ready For Pickup. (Which can be earlier or later than your time slot as long as you receive your final text) Extremely convenient drive thru window for those days where we don't want out of our PJ's. Started going to the farm when another dispensary ran out of the THC pills that's what I use everyday. When calling the other dispensary they couldn't tell me when they would get them in. So even though the farm was more expensive I had no choice I needed those pills. Well let me tell you I love this dispensary product is top notch, the employees are amazing, it's a great experience every time I go. We need the farm down bridgeville way .

I like supporting local owners and everything, but I expect a minimum of service. The website is more informative than going inside, but there are several gaps. If you try to order from the website for pick up . . .well I tried on three different occasions and they are zero for three. Don't ask me to go inside and conjure up a memory of what I ordered online because I am not a pro at this stuff & I do not feel like sharing personal health information with the less than helpful staff. If you don't already know what need you are going to be dissapointed. You can't see product in the dispensary. I wish them luck but I am going elsewhere.

Over-priced and business hours do not match. Tried placing a order around 5 and could not due to order shut off. They close at 6!!!!! You will not have these issues at the other Delaware shops and prices are way better for same quality if not better. Will not be visiting this establishment again 👎🏾Update..... I tried to place the online order at 5:15pm and could not select a pick-up time so I called and Ashely told me if I could not select a pick-up time then online ordering was shut off. 45 minutes before closing and I could not place a order. And I was parked outside of the establishment. What should I have done then?

One caution I would advise others is. When using the drive through check your order Every Time. I accidentally opened the wrong strain at home not paying attention(I just assumed she gave me the right one) I had ordered online. So they couldn't exchange it for the correct strain, due to state law. Understandable. Unfortunately though that didn't change the fact that I paid my only monthly medical amount for a THC free strain that does nothing for my PTSD. I am without my meds this month. I was apologized to but zero care was given about my unfortunate lack of medicine due to an employee error. I wasn't even offered a discount on future purchases. Nice place and people but their mistakes can cost you more than money. So this is why I shared this. I still recommend them.
