Me and my boyfriend’s first time here and had the pleasure of Lisa helping us out check out selections on their menu. She was so chill and kind about everything and took her time to answer our questions. She had us both laughing and pretty much made our experience there very comfortable. We bought some flower and prerolls she recommended excited to try it out. Next time we’re around we’ll be sure to come see her again!

I usually love this place, but I’ve noticed that the front desk woman hasn’t returned my greetings for the past month, which has felt increasingly awkward and unprofessional. A few weeks ago, I was dealing with a personal issue and came in feeling sad and extremely overwhelmed, but I still made sure to greet her. It seems she may have taken my mood personally, because since then she hasn’t acknowledged me. My withdrawn, spaced out mood literally had nothing to do with her.It’s upsetting because, in a customer service role (which I myself do for work), a person’s momentary emotions shouldn’t affect how they are treated overall. I hope management can address this, as it impacts the quality of experience for anyone who just wants to visit and feel welcome/ buy the things they need here.Think I’ll go to shangrila where they’re always nice for now but thx. My money is precious to me and I can’t ethically spend it at a store where I am treated this way.I tried to broach this subject with the girl herself- instead of acknowledging and apologizing, she smiled and laughed which was very cruel.

A bit pricey and no deals ever. Very corporate and feels like they only sell big MSo products. I will stick with NY cannabis shops. Better quality and farms.

Maria, Mollie & all the staff members are great people and very friendly! Every time I come in they greet me with kindness and always offer me the newest deals and brands. Love their service!!

Unfortunately, I have to change my super positive 5* review to just a 3*. Midday on Friday they had over 6 people in line inside the store and 2 more waiting outside. There were only two people working and they literally must have been so high they were talking and talking and talking to their customers and everyone was super unhappy with the service.

The reward system they have is nothing short of insulting. Having to spend $500 just to get $10 is compeltly and utterly insane. You’re already getting robbed paying these insane prices, and they make it impossible to reap any benefits from the rewards program. It’s a complete and utter joke, I have no idea who runs this dispo.

Saw some similar posts defective carts and they definitely need to do a quality check. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because I purchased another cart previously which worked. I came in to do a return and was told I needed to get the container that it came in. Totally fine, went home to grab the container and when I went to return it was told that the cart also needed to have the original sticker on it.. like why wouldn’t you mention that the first time around? Needlessly wasted my time and definitely left a bad taste. I’d recommended going elsewhere. Now I have a completely full and completely useless cart.

Pre roll selection is honestly garbage… being from NY, the whole state of CT needs to step up their pre roll game. The taste is garbage and you can tell no one is using premium bud. Have a massive headache almost every time especially the pre roll packs. Pretty disappointing honestly. Flower bought separately is decent at best.

Awsome staff, they go above and beyond to make sure you are are knowledgeable about the product your purchasing. The Norwalk location is a little small, but has ample parking and there is rarely a line inside. Overall, had a great experience, and would recommend this store to anyone.

Fine fettle is the greatest dispensary in the state of CT! Customer service is always TOP NOTCH. Dawn and Haley are the epitome of fantastic customer service. Not to mention the great rewards I receive for being a loyal member of Fine fettle! 5 stars!!

Super clean and staff is super friendly!!! Went there and they had a system malfunction, Dawn the GM handled me and my membership quickly and happily. The quality of the disposables are super potent, everything labeled perfectly. All of the staff I met (roughly 5 team members) have great knowledge. So happy to have Fine Fettle local now instead of going out of town. Prices vary but that is mostly on the State of CT BUT they do have good deals and menu changes often. Will be back soon 🙂

Great place to grab some stuff. Quality products. I do wish there were displays of flower u could smell, look at etc. but understandable since it’s a small space and other reasons it may not be set up like that. Dawn was really nice and helpful.
