Bad Experience:Ordered a vape through online order system. Went to pick it up at the allotted time, but despite reserving the product, they claimed to be “sold out.” Customer rep offered what they claimed to be a comparable item, which had 10% less THC with a 40% increase in price. Rather than price matching the item I reserved, they attempted to upsell me with a worse product.No resolution or even an attempt to resolve their own error. Felt more like a scam to lure people in decent pricing only to upsell them after the fact.They treat customers like suckers.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Will NEVER buy from here again. Unless of course I want to be ripped off. Bought an infused pre roll from there 1g total weight and when I brought it home it wasnt even the size of a 0.65g preroll. Then ordered another a couple of days later, figured mistakes happen and give them another chance and also to let them know what happened, but when I showed them the pics of what I received the only thing I was told was that the manufacturer(Theraplant) has been having “issues” with their “cards” not representing whats in the package. That was after they tried to imply that maybe I ordered the wrong one which was debunked bc I had an actual pic of the preroll AND container that proved otherwise. So this time I asked if I could see it ahead of time to make sure Im getting what I paid for, which I was told no but I could check it outside and if there was a problem to come back in. Ok, sure, what are the odds,right?! Nope in my car I pull out something that is closer to 0.4g. So I go back inside and told them what happened. They tried to play some games when they looked at it by saying, “Hard to tell I dont have a scale here.” Too which I said “Its not even close!” Then they said they had to get the manager. Ok I said and waited. She then came out and tried to give me a song and dance about it weighs more bc its infused, etc. etc. Oh yeah and I must point out she didnt even look at it. Plus, I know how density works. I know things that are more dense weigh more,but it doesnt double it! I ve bought 1g infused Prerolls many times and they are always much larger than I received. Also keep in mind I ve already been told the manufacturer has been screwing up and shorting people. She then stated she d talk to the pharmacist. She came back and said sorry but since they dont package they are not responsible for the error and I d have to call the manufacturer. Seriously?! We all know that wont do any good and since when is a business set up where they cant make right with a customer at the point of sale to give them what they ordered and paid for? Is there any level of corporate responsibility to their customers? I was never offered anything to make up for it either. Not even points on their rewards program. I understand that there are a lot of regulations on this particular industry but find very hard to believe that when a customer is getting blatantly ripped off right in front of their eyes that they have no maneuverability to rectify the situation. They lost a regular customer and I would advise to go to the dispensary the street. Used them many times and NEVER had an issue.
Giovanni was great he really took the time to listen to my needs. Made sure he gave me the right product for my psoriatic arthritis. Will definitely be coming back.
Each time I went to this dispensary it has allways been a good experience until I went last weekend. So let's explain this first, most dispensaries I understand do not let you open the products in there dispensaries so each time I wait to go outside to check and I don't even leave until I see that I got what I paid for. So last weekend I get outside and open my pre rolls and see the bud is all scattered around in the case as you all see in the photo, that was from a pre roll that looked like it wasn't rolled properly. So after I notice the problem I walk back in thinking at first they should have no problem giving me a refund since they gave me what I purchased damaged which came from them that way and at first they took a bit and I just got off work and just wanted to get home and they took there sweet time and all I wanted was a pack of pre rolls that I paid for being what I paid for, this girl comes from the back, not sure if she was a manager and acted at first like she wasn't going to return them and even said WE NORMALLY DON'T DO RETURNS, yup you heard that right, they did a return that one time and charged me again for taxes on the new pre rolls they gave me even after I paid allready, they let me keep the original pre rolls ontop of the new ones but the way it made me feel was like I was lying or something. They need to have a serious talk with there staff. Doesn't matter if there products came to them from a vender, I purchase directly from zen and expect to get what I paid for. I don't suggest anyone going to this dispensary again like they say they don't normally do returns for something you buy from them damaged or defective. So very sad, liked the place, not anymore.
After seeing the store wide 10% off sale I placed an order and when I went to pick it up I was greeted by a warm and helpful staff. After picking up my order I was pleasantly surprised that a senior discount was included. I now have a go to source.
