Been coming here for about a year. I recently bought a pre packaged quarter and it looked a little short when I got home. Weighed it and sure enough it was almost a gram short. Mentioned this the next time I was in and was told they would “bring it up to management”, didn’t offer me anything to make it right. I didn’t say anything else at the time, but now I just feel like it wasn’t handled right. I’ve spent a lot of money here, and I’ve gotten discounts and free pre rolls practically thrown at me at other dispos for no reason other than being nice. But when I have one issue here they offer nothing to make it right. Why would I want to come back here after this experience? They have decent product, but there are plenty of other dispos that I can go to. I’ll be avoiding this place going forward based on this one experience and would recommend others to stay away.

They're bud tenders don't know what they're talking about.They have to look up the strains. They are rude. They never have what i'm asking for. They have limited strains for med patients. They cannot accommodate any med patients. They never have set prices. Never any manager on-site that knows the answers to my questions. I would not recommend being a med patient at this center. Or even purchasing rec. They are profits before patients. When their shipment comes in all the workers take before the patients get any. BUD'S ARE VERY DRY!!

The shop was fine, the bud tender was nice enough. I just disliked the deceptive payment practices. My cart was $36 bucks which is fine. But they have to round up to $40 for their cashless ATM withdrawal, which then incurs a $2.50 charge on top. Budtender didn't mention it at all until I asked why. Then they couldn't take my card. Put a really bad taste in mouth that they would pass merchant service cost onto the consumer. I won't be back.

Kaya is ok, but their online order system leaves much to be desired.The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but when I make an order, I expect it to tell me when a product is sold out.The signage is creative, but I passed it dozens of times, assuming it was a spa or something.The parking lot can be tricky. I suggest driving a smaller vehicle.

Over the past 6 months, this place is such a pain. From the Id check, that takes wayyy too long. Too the purchase, just a long stream of them telling you you're wrong, you can't do that, we can't accept this. Bunch of scumbags in this place. The atm and card purchase options here is a scam.

I’ve been going here since Lakewood went recreational but didn’t really start going here again till the end of 2022 after moving back to Colorado. Trevor is always so helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I have, among other friendly faces I’ve talked to there, the whole team gives off a vibe like I’m back in the comfort of my own home. They always laugh at my jokes! They’ll always have my business with the way I’m treated here.

I usually don’t leave reviews but had to say something about this store. I was hesitant to come in the other day because I had never been to this store before, but am I glad I did. Sheridan helped and he was awesome, he was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions (I probably asked too many) but he answered every single one with thoughtfully. I’ll definitely be coming back.
