Same comment I've never seen this store have less inventory than I did today. The employee was playing it off that they were changing rotation or something to that effect. I think they're about to go under they can't claim to be the biggest and best store in the state anymore. Sad it was great before.

So I've been passing this place as I take my husband to work. We both got really excited to see what a "superstore" was all about. It's like a kid thinking of Santa at Christmas... just for 420. We get in to get our IDs checked. I have the DL and my hubby has only an ID. Mine checked all good cause I just renewed it this year in July. My husband's doesn't expire until 2028 so it's an old format of the ID. The guy literally told my husband if it wasn't for seeing the itty bitty signature under his picture, he wouldn't have accepted it. My dude... that is a LEGAL ID with no cracks, tears, etc and current. You have to accept it regardless of how old it is.Then we get inside. I was like cool let me transfer the money from savings to checking so I can use the ATM. OMG big mistake. I felt like I was back in school and getting reprimanded by the Principal and about to serve weekend detention. Not even nice about it.Then we pick out our product and go to be rung up. I had never seen it weighed the way it was and then was told the wrong price. No biggie as it was corrected but it was still just....The experience was a huge let down and the hubby and I will stick to our regular dispensaries. We feel at home there and here.... I felt like I was visiting my ex in laws. An experience that makes Pennywise look like everyone's best friend.

I love this place but the quality has tanked the last month or so. Either they need a new purchaser, or they’re getting ready to sell. Either way.. the best dispensary around is tanking. They no longer have the largest or best selection. Hardly any bud in stock, emptying shelves, employees leaving.. writing is on the wall. The owners are devaluing their brand and they don’t seem to care.

Wrote a review about how I was shorted .5 but just wanted to mention that this owner responds to every 5 star review and ignores the problems. If you look through the reviews not a single unhappy customer was left satisfied or helped once voiced their problems

I was shorted a .5 because he didn’t reset his scale. There was also a big fan blowing directly at the scale weighing our weed. When we called we were told to not smoke our weed, drive 25 minutes back, they would weigh the weed and give us .5 if it was short. Not gonna drive that far for a .5 I don’t advise making the trip either. There are far more friendly places who care more to do it correctly. I’m very disappointed with my experience this time and don’t plan on coming back.

No longer live in Colorado but I remember coming to this place a few times a week. I’m from Chicago where weed is illegal so this place was a dream for me. If I remember correctly they have over 150 different strains of weed and their prices were pretty good. I lived on Winona street so it was within walking distance to me. If I’m ever out in Denver again/Arvada (I don’t know exactly which town this is in)I’ll for sure visit!

I love this store so much!!! Everyone is always so nice, and welcoming every time. They end help me with suggestions for better deals, and know what they are talking about. Would never think about going to any other dispensary. 10/10 x100!!!!

Friendly staff with a large selection of cannabis products. Clean, well lit store with a nice counter setup. Bud tender was able to answer all my questions. Cash only with two ATMs available. Easy to access off 44th Ave with good parking.

Horrible customer service experience today. I am absolutely speechless. Never going back to this business ever again! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!Can't even meet acquaintances out of convenience only to be told "We can't sell anything to you" even though I came here on my own terms ON MY OWN VEHICLE. Waste of time and gas. You have lost a repeating customer for good!

Don't recommend if you're a veteran. Used my retired military ID at this store before with zero issues, just drove 1.5 hours to get here just to get turned away at the door. My ID is a VALID military ID but not good enough for them. Every store I've used it at accepts it, went to a store 3 doors down and got served immediately. It's a shame because I've had good experiences with the associates at this store before.
