Now let me be clear, the staff here has a vibrant greeting and easy going staff that directed me exactly what I needed/wanted. Shelby is the one who got me what I needed and couldn’t have asked for a better employee to shed some knowledge on the cannabis industry! Awesome place!

This used to be my favorite, go to neighborhood dispensary, but unfortunately, I will not be giving them my business any longer last night. Last night, My girlfriend and I went out to have a celebratory dinner together and were dressed up and feeling confident. One of the bud tenders (also a woman) casually referred to my friend as my mom. This comment was completely out of line, women should never assume these things about another woman especially when related to such a sensitive topic such as age. This comment changed the whole trajectory of our evening and my gorgeous friend went from feeling confident to defeated in a matter of seconds. In a world where men are constantly scrutinizing our looks and making snide remarks, it is our job as women to lift each other up. Unfortunately this woman failed to do so last evening. I just want her to understand that the words she’s says have an impact and I hope she chooses the words she uses more wisely next time.

Not going to be returning, terrible customer service. Didn't seem like any sort of option to even look at the flower. Under-weighed everything I purchased. Extremely transactional no heart or warmness what do ever. No chance this company survives.

Just another garbage business that used to be amazing, now it's nothing but a cash machine for the owners. The staff has been nothing but kind and wonderful, and it's disgusting to see how they get treated by the new management. Not to mention more than doubling the prices in some cases. Let this business die before it spreads.

I want to start out by saying I've been shopping at this location a while and it's been fantastic. Up until today. I selected a product but unfortunately I'm a day away from payday so I asked to see what was available that was a little less expensive. The bud tender was completely rude and embarrassed me for wanting something less expensive. Then rudely told me theres no manager even if i wanted to speak to one.when I seemed upset by this. I just wanted my product and to leave. Then she informed me that since they won't hire anyone she had to also go retrieve it. Honestly it blew my mind . I've been in the service industry for a long time and I understand we are human we have bad days. But it's totally inexcusable to treat people like how she treated me.

I've been shopping at this spot for years and it was great, but recently it changed from being a Lightshade to Fired (what kind of name is that?). They used to have great deals all the time, but those are gone, and the selection has changed for the worse. Gonna find a new spot because this place is definitely not worth it anymore

Everyone was super helpful and nice! They carry a lot of 7/10 products, don’t try to upsell at all and really listened to what I wanted! My bud tender knew what he was talking about and was really nice too. Will be back on our short trip here!

New management got the 1 star. Once my favorite dispensary in the area, now an actual joke.Staff get 5 stars, they have always been professional and kind and they still are!What’s my beef? Three options for flower! 3 that’s it. No more high quality strains and good deals with options from shake to popcorn to top shelf stuff. Now they have 3 strains. Two 1% thc!They also stopped taking debit cards and chose to rip you off with an atm with jacked fees.I hope the staff can find new jobs soon as this place is going out of business soon.

First, this is my neighborhood store. It's closer than a couple of my other usual haunts and open late (945 Sun-Thu and 1045 on F/Sat). Bonus points for that. Small but adequate parking lot. It is recreational only, no medical. ATM on site and they take debit/credit.Second, I only buy 3rd party products. The one big knock on LS is that their in-house flower (rebranded Equinox) is notoriously not great. They've failed multiple tests and had recalls because of that. My experiences are pre-pandemic and not great. This is why they lose 1 star.That said, I've had great experiences here. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Service is generally quick and everyone knows what they're doing. No money issues or issues with the wrong product being given. You can order online for priority in the line but this requires uploading your ID to their ordering website.The range of products is good. They've got most of the top flower (710, GDL, etc.) and a variety of options at different prices for all shoppers. Concentrates, carts, edibles, etc. They also offer discounts on most of these products for medical card holders, veterans, seniors, and industry workers (15%).I've also had exceptional customer service. One incident I had a broken flower jar and the store replaced it, no problem. Another was less of an incident, but due to work and demand, I was missing a 420 deal. They reached out and hooked up an order so I could purchase as part of the sale. Unasked. Just offered to help ensure I got my medicine for a good price.4 out of 5. I'm able to get flower at reasonable but not amazing prices. I'm treated kindly and in an orderly fashion. It's close by, and the staff is great. Special thanks to Krista!

Best dispensary on my Colorado trip. Blueberry Pie strain was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Most strains lean hybrid over Indica though. Decent Parking lot.
