The store front that you enter into with the security person that you check in with was clean and professional. The security guard was very presentable and personable and made the whole process of registering with my ID very easy and comfortable. As I was registering in the foyer and one of the employees came to check in for work. His name was Adrian and I met him at that point. After I finished registering and went inside the storefront I was highly impressed by how symmetric organized and clean it was. Much to my surprise when I needed assistance Adrian was there. He assisted me with what I wanted at an affordable price. The whole process was very good. I would recommend this store to anyone.

They were out of the gifts for the guests that were there for their first time so he went out of his way to accommodate me with other product that they had there at the store which was helpful as well. I enjoyed my first visit there and I will shop there again in the upcoming weeks, it's a very nice place!!!

Joel was very helpful, coastal actually needs to update their website because the daily deals are definitely not correct. When I asked him about it he went ahead and updated me on the new daily deals. He was very friendly asking how my day was going. Very nice guy.

The last time I was in a dispensary was when I worked in one of the first dispensaries that opened back in 2005- so everything has completely changed . I loved the fact that she knew my name without me telling her. Her customer service skills are amazing. Her product knowledge is deep and vast- and she was fully able to answer any questions I had. I felt very confident in my purchase and also I felt very confident in her recommendations.
