Have been a long time customer at this place since it started and ever.Since someone drove through the front door this place has gone down.Hill and the customer service sucks and the employees are rude and racist and the owner doesn't care..they have a employee named mariah who came outside from her position from all the way behind the counter to call me every negative profane racial slur you can think of.. The owner message me and said sorry.This happened to you and then blocked me.An you guys don't care about the community.Not as a whole and to me.One racist person ruins it for the whole bunch.If you support that type of activity that makes you racist too.Nobody wants to give me a way to reach the owner.Nobody wants to reconcile this.So I will do everything that I can to expose the racism happening here

Came in 9am and asked if they were open since lips didn’t greet me but just stared me down.After being checked in she smugly tells me to ask her if I had any questions and since this was my 1st time I asked where the vapes where and she starts w I don’t have to be rude and starts talking crazy.Guess somebody lit the fuse

I went in today after taking my mom out for a mother's day lunch. She recommended this dispensary and said she's come here for a while since they have a great selection, cool atmosphere, and some really helpful staff.I recently was diagnosed with a chronic illness and the employee who helped me (I wish I had remembered to ask his name) ended up giving me a first time customer gift that he specifically picked out that would help with the symptoms of my illness.If I go back in and can find the same employee I'll make sure to update this review with his name, as he made the entire experience very enjoyable, he helped make recommendations for my mom tailored to her preferences, made friendly conversation, and the first time customer bonus is a product I've never tried that I intend to purchase again in the future.To the employee who helped us both on mother's day: if you see this, I really appreciate you going above and beyond with the gift. I will definitely be back.Edit (6/4/2025): I have since stopped engaging in medical marijuana for work reasons, but my mom will still be a customer from time to time, I wanted to update my review to specify that the employee that went above and beyond and showed an exceptional degree of compassion was named 'Brandon'.From the sound of the response the owners gave, I'm sure he will get the recognition he deserves for this hopefully, but if nothing else, thanks for making the experience so memorable Brandon.
