Love this place. they have a lounge in the back of the dispo where you can hangout and smoke/consume the products that you buy in the store. All staff members are super friendly and helpful. the lounge is open from 11am-9pm, they always have chill music and good vibes. Mike is also a great staff member

One of the budtenders was so kind and helpful. She gave her honest opinions and recommendations. However there was one staff member with long black hair that was making me extremely uncomfortable the way she watched me while I gathered my selection. She asked me 2× if I needed help as I selected an item, stepped back, and continued to stare. She was adamant about keeping an eye on each of the items I picked so I placed it on the counter so I could continue to shop with ease. Then she left me alone. I would much rather have the tender grab my items if that's how treatment will be conducted.-It's not a great concept for an open layout to be offered if you can't provide some distance. It was a very uncomfortable surveillance, I felt she was profiling and discriminating. I most likely will not be returning due to this experience. With so many dispensaries to support it's not worth it to subject myself to that type of behavior.My visit was 10/30/25 around 8:30 pmSecurity was even friendly with an attentive demeanor without hovering while I shopped. Thank you to the nice lady budtender that checked us in and provided recommendations. Thank you to the security and gentlemen that checked us out. Even the lounge attendant was way chill. It's unfortunate that the one worker conducted herself in such an ill way.

This place has so much variety and has lgood sales and they have a lounge area in the back. You can smoke and chill out and relax in the back. Great people, very helpful & super friendly. Love this place, it feels like I’m in Amsterdam.

The lounge is clean, comfortable and quiet with lots of space to relax alone or with multiple people. I would absolutely host a personal event here!

My family came to lovely SF for my son’s top surgery and we stayed in a nice flat off Geary. Urbana was my husband’s and my go-to for the entire two week stay—products were super, the folks were all friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the little hangout room was essential since we were staying in a non-smoking place. Shout outs to all the staff front and back! The readers from Memphis will miss y’all!

Stellar experience at around 10am on Saturday, June 6th.. Went in with some old friends. Guard was pleasant checking us in and complimented my outfit. Forgot to ask his name. Was approached to see if we needed help but we knew what we wanted. We were rang up promptly. Forgot to ask name as well. We went into the lounge with our preroll. Natalie immediately approached us to offer water, tea, etc. Set us up with an ashtray and made it clear to ask her if we needed anything else. Even checked back in with us after our pre-roll. We wanted a group picture and approached Kayla. She happily offered to take our picture with all of our phones. Stelllar job by staff all around.

I’m an avid smoker for decades and a true cannabis connoisseur. I’ve just about visited and purchased from every dispensary within San Francisco. My go-to spot for all my cannabis needs is Urbana on Geary St., I go there 3X per week. Folks there are knowledgeable and nice. Their sale prices are competitive which I find often cheaper than most dispensaries. Good prices & good customer service = shop here.

My husband and i Came here for a conference and this lovely establishment was amazingly enough right in front of our hotel! How lucky!! We won an amazing glass piece from a local artist in a raffle and couldn't love it more. The lounge is the most amazing part! Perfect plane to chill and smoke and catch up on some work or play some games!! Must stop by here if in the area!!! You will not be disappointed. They had some amazing infused blunts that were heaven. The top shelf sativas were really good. If they have the infused stiizys those are a must try!!

Delivery is always a toss up. If you pay cash expect to always have to ask for your change, and to always pay a different price than what's on your receipt.I paid for a 1g Mezcal Sour that wasn't delivered. They told me they'd put a note saying I would have it delivered next time. I checked online, saw it was in stock. I added it to my order and the delivery person, "Christian", said it wasn't in stock. Please stop hiring liars or fix your inventory system. I suppose I will have to go in person to get my missing, already paid for cartridge.

I used to love this place but it changed, they have some shady people working now. This girl overcharged me $35, tried to blame it on 25% tax and told me that she had trouble printing the itemized receipt, instead she gave me the gave me the ATM machine receipt that listed only the total amount. I had to go back to get the itemized receipt that clearly showed that I was overcharged by $35. They tried to tell me that the special price didn’t go through, but the discount was around $25, not $35

I've been coming here for years. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The product selection is extensive. You will have multiple options for each category of product you are looking to purchase. As mentioned before, the staff is highly knowledgeable and can assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Lastly, the lounge in the back is NICE, and it is free to use. You can reserve a booth area or sit at the communal tables. There are games to play, a large screen TV, great music, among many other features!Competitive pricing and in-store deals that change frequently. The Richmond district is lucky to have this business!
