Purchased a MY POD today and was hyped that it worked with a stiiizy battery. Went home put it in my battery noticed it heated up and when I pulled on it blew up and my mouth and burnt my lips. Def lawsuit coming after this.

Good CA Dispo.I’ve been coming here since January 2024 this place is a MECA FOR PRODUCTS! they have so many brands and product styles of cannabis it’s breathtakingThis place is LARGE! LEGIT! GREAT!Prices are great as well. They have something for all budgets even at the lowest costOne thing I could say is flower products could be a little fresher but beside that it’s GREAT!

I placed an order online through weed maps. They would not honor the price that was given to me through the app. They would not sell me the amount of infused joints I requested. A young woman helped me. She said, according to new laws she didn’t know about, they would not sell over a specific amount. After trying to be helped by a manager I was told to hush by the same women. I would not recommend your time, money and energy to a very unprofessional, unfriendly, disrespectful dispensary.

I had to return a cartridge that didn’t work. The attendant was nice enough, but the Manager was a real jerk, no personality. Didn’t say good afternoon or even commit to a smile. I asked if I could exchange for a different brand and just pay the difference, but he refused, said it had to exchange for the exact same product no matter what. Unheard of practice by the way.Worst Customer Service.EDIT: The exchange Cartridge ALSO didn’t work, I returned to the store this morning. The Cashier (I think also a manager) a nice young woman, very polite and helpful, helped me exchange for something comparable and she waived the difference for my inconvenience. Thank you.
