Employees are very kind + helpful! 😊👍Unfortunately, inventory online at this store is not updated often enough. I ordered an item that was out of stock but said it was available on Weedmaps, drove all the way to Zen Garden Sac, + found out when I got there that my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. No notification text/email was sent letting me know about the status of my order. I was able to choose another product with a really nice employee's help, but it wasn't as "good" as what I had ordered + the whole situation was kind of disappointing as a customer. Overall, not the greatest first experience, but I'm willing to try again for a better experience at a later date.

Bait and switch business. Read the detailed reviews. They are well aware of the issues with advertised specials and online orders. Prices aren't being honored as advertised or the item purchased does not match the product received. They're hoping to lure people in with free items and lower prices hoping people will still make a purchase because they came into the store. Good thing there is a government entity where you can report this. Submit yours!

I was told you could buy 3 and get 1 cart for free, I did the math before I went it should have came out to around 55 dollars. The girl rang me up for 75 dollars including the discount for being a first timer. So I didnt get as many as I wanted and she seemed to be rude towards the end by just throwing the bag into my hand when giving it to me. Kinda weird. Earlier I called to and had to ask Diego twice about the brands and thc content just to name a couple he wouldn't even do that. He said we've got alot. That doesn't tell me what percentage range they are or price range..I wasn't sure if I wanted to come here, unfortunately I did. I dont understand why it costed much more than what I came up with. Including the discount. Not cool. I wont be coming here again.

This place is so unprofessional and lying on people’s names!! I went in (Northgate location) and the lady scans my ID. She then tells me and my friend( from out state) we are both banned. I asked the lady how are we both banned. She says we “stole from a tip jar” (Need to remind you my friend has never even been to this establishment) and she NEVER even scanned his ID. So he mentioned it to her and she finally scans it and then say he’s clear to go. I ask for a manager and no one was available. Security tells me that he will let me see the footage of me and some random guy supposedly “stealing from a tip jar” I wait 10 min and he finally comes back and say the cameras doesn't go back that far. I have only been to this place once for an online pick up order for my disabled mother! Which was back in March 2025. When I did come in I was ALONE, I stood in the online pick up line and the lady came and brought me my things. So I’m soo confused how you guys just picked a random person to lie on their name and just ban them. Just unbelievable!!

Wow, used to be my favorite spot, great people and prices. The experience I just had has put me off of them for good. I was told by an employee a week or so ago that the puffco items would be on sale for "710 day", turns out there not but the way the guy behind the counter handled it was unacceptable. Then when he confirms that they are not on sale, he throws up his arms and walks away to the next customer.Does anyone have a good dispensary to recommend?

Came in for the $10 Sluggers 5-pack I saw on Weedmaps. Unheard-of price, and I was hyped. Same location, same listing—I showed proof.But instead of honoring it, I got gaslit and told it must be another location. Staff tried to verify but had no internet, then told me it’d be $18 more… then $16. The manager tried figuring it out, but I ended up paying extra just to avoid a scene.After leaving, I got reception, pulled up the listing again, and showed it—clear as day. All they said was “okay” and did nothing to make it right.This isn’t about the $10—it’s the principle. You made me feel like I was in the wrong when I had your own deal in front of you. Sloppy communication and a bad experience.Not coming back. Hope y’all tighten up.Weed was good though juts a bad personal experience.

I have to find me a nice professional place to spend my money. I have a shop of my own and I strongly believe that great customer service is everything, the staff should be able to smile and greet everyone who walks through that front door. I didn't get that walking in, There's a female staff member who never works constantly frowning at paying customers, creating an unprofessional environment. All staff members should make every one feel welcome to spend their money. The owner should pay close attention to who they choose to hire perhaps. I AM going to have to spend my money somewhere more welcoming calm peaceful professional setting. I can't do hood, ghettofied and ratchet folks. I love to spend my money peacefully, just not there anymore. After 2yrs I must on to better service.

This is my go to spot. Haven’t deviated since I moved to the area. It gets incredibly busy! Ordering online is HIGHLY recommended if you’re going on the weekend. Some of the staff/security can be just plain rude about nothing, but for the most part a solid spot.

Try to help me with my freezing caveman website because I am medical marijuana out of Louisiana and had it done in no time and when I came to pick it up Zoe, outstanding customer service, an asset to the establishment no doubt. The selection of products is typically great but the service is consistently terrible. They never give me a bag they are not aware of what inventory they do or don’t have products are mislabeled, I paid 55 for a “hash hole” that was just a 2g flower joint. Could be an awesome spot just needs to tighten up all the details. Worth a stop if your looking for top shelf concentrate or flower just maybe check your bag or jar before you buy to make it sure it’s the right strain and not a year and a half old

Massive selection, many staff operating, great lighting, and helping staff. I have never had an experience where I wasn't personally assisted by a staff member and found what I'm looking for. The deals are very good as well. Although the location the shop is in is less than ideal and I have had trouble finding parking and having to deal with unwelcoming individuals outside the establishment. Everything inside the business is perfectly nice and fine though.
