Expensive. No cheap carts. But the ones they have the perished in general, are all of moderately higher quality, so don't expect a $15 cart here
Thank God, my card was locked. The customer service was horrible. Told him I’ll be right back. I had to ask him how he was doing. If you don’t wanna be there don’t work here. He was the older gentleman too.
I was recently in Sacramento from Utah. This was the closest dispensary to my hotel. Kiefer's knowledge on products and strains helped me find what I needed. My first experience here was worth every mile.
Crack The Bag Open!The long haired yt dude has forgotten my stuff a few times!I just had to drive from rancho and battle heavy traffic to get my half an Oz which he forgot to put in my bag.Crack the bag open in front of them and make sure u have everything! Ive been a customer the past few years but im Legit never coming back bc of this. Smh

Selling carts that taste like reclaim (honestly reclaim tastes better!) and don’t work. get they were cheap but to sell defective carts and say there is no return or exchange and all sales are final shows the lack of integrity this business has. You should not be selling defective carts that you know are trash! As you see in the photos, black has accumulated at the bottom of the cart.When I went walking out the guy at the front desk hollered at me and said to poke holes in the cart because they are old…wait a minute so you just sold me an expired, faulty, disgusting cart!? Why would the bud tender not recommend something else or let me know this before I spent my money?Spoke to the manager and he said all sales are final, he agreed and admitted they know they are selling defective carts. I reiterated it a couple times to make sure he was really saying what he was saying. But he was straight up that they know.Stray far away from this shady business. All the other reviews saying this place used to be great, but has gone down hill, are not lying.I’ll travel the extra 30 min to Stiiizy where I know I’ll get good product and good service.
This lil shop is definitely a hidden gem... the staff is very friendly... large selection... and the prices displayed in store includes the tax... great atmosphere... and I've never had to wait or stand in line... Two Rivers is just an all round a just a great shop!!!
My first time experience here was not the best to say the least. My husband and I cane in on July 4th for a particular product. They came across as decietful, the employees seamed annoyed. When we got into the actual store and past the front entrance we had absolutely no clear indecation of where to go. we asked the 3 employees that were standing behind the counter about where we go to order and were ignored. after about a minute wait some lady finally came out from the back and offered to help us. My husband started asking about where the product was and thats when we noticed the after tax 10$ price difference. we asked them about this because on weedmaps that particular product was 10$ lower after tax. she seam annoyed and made excuses and claiming the online pricing was wrong. that asside I felt rushed and more then half of my questions were ignored or dissmissed. so in general I would not reccomend this as a first choice location by any means. id rather wait outside of mainstage on a bussy night or pay more then give these people my bussiness. its not even about the price in general its about the fact they had a price discrepancy, and they made no attemp to take any sort of responsibility or resolve it, on top of that they were completely rude and we felt like we were being treated as a nuseance. I looked back to see if anyone else had similar experience and it seams this has been going on for a long time. Check google reviews, fb, insta all of it and youll understand.
Very nice looking shop with a few good products. The St. Ides drink is Awesome! Unfortunately most of the time there out of those drinks when I go. The same with the other few legit products they almost never have.
First time in Cali. Glad I stopped by, I got some nice flower and a couple prerolls. Since I was a first time patron I got a FREE! preroll as well! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, I highly recommend checking it out. However, I will admit I haven't been to any other dispensaries in Cali yet so I can't compare.
I started going to this dispensary awhile ago and have enjoyed it. The employees are awesome and the building is well kept. However I’d be aware as I received a product that was defective. I kept one of the two receipts that was given to me as I always do and went the next day to return the product. I waited for 20 minutes only to be told that I had the wrong receipt as they wanted to see the other receipt that shows the product I bought. I was a bit disappointed as I went back less than 24 hours and was confused as to why they can’t see the product on their system. I tried to contact the GM and was told they weren’t there even though the shift manager said they’d be there at that time. I understand it’s their policy but it was a honest mistake to keep the other receipt, an explanation would have be great. It says a lot about the management and customer service.
Absolutely love coming here. The staff members that work there are very nice they make you feel at home they help you out in any way that they can and I would most definitely recommend this place to everybody that I know
I have been a loyal customer because they have a friendly staff and good deals as well as a variety of products. It's unfortunate that my first review of this place has to be one of distaste with their customer service and their return policy. I was sold the wrong product by mistake the day before shortly before closing. When I returned home I had realized they sold me the wrong one and the store had already closed. I return the next day less than 24 hours before making the purchase and tried to exchange it unopened and they refused stating the return must be made the SAME DAY. I find it a little hard to believe this is a fair or functional return policy especially because I have returned damaged products in the past next day with no issues. As a company I feel they should be a little more attentive to their loyal customers and therefore I will no longer bring my business there.
The staff is always super kind, happy and friendly. They have A++ customer service. I love the products, always good low price and high quality products!! I get my flower, edibles and wax from there! Also brought a few nails love them for my pieces! They have bongs and pipes as well. I highly recommend! I travel around 15-25 mins to get to this location! Worth every trip!
