This was once a great dispensary to visit. I enjoyed the friendly staff and good weed. Then, out of nowhere, the discrimination against me occurred. So, Friday is 30 percent off. So I go on Friday, then staff there started being very rude, for no reason. I decided to buy 4 eighths that cost 18 dollars each. That adds up to 72 dollars. So the rude staff, told me, that I can't get the 30 percent discount because it's not over 20 dollars and it doesn't qualify. Well, that's a lie. I spent 72 dollars total. That qualifys. I was discriminated against for no reason, from a staff member, who is usually very friendly and great. First she showed me a bunch of horrible weed sacks. So I didn't want that bunk weed. So, the point is, I was discriminated against for no reason. I have always been very polite to that staff member, and she was always nice and polite too. But, for some reason, that day, she decided to be very rude and then proceeded to overcharge me and made up special rules so I wouldn't get the 30 percent discount. I spent 72 dollars and was charged full price, on 30 percent off Fridays. I am highly disappointed and hurt by how I was discriminated against by that particular staff, for NO REASON. I really liked this dispensary and I was going to give a huge 5 star review. But discrimination against me for no reason, is horrible. I have been nothing but very nice and polite and very fond of that staff member. She has always been awesome. But, then she turned very rude and discriminated against me for NO REASON. Unacceptable. Why? 1 star. 🥺

Bought a disposable, got home, and it was completely dead. I had to waste a 15-minute drive back, and the second woman at the counter gave me nothing but attitude. She talked to me like I was clueless, asking if I even knew how to turn it on, when the thing was obviously defective. After she finally realized it, she swapped it out. I asked for compensation for my wasted time and gas, and she promised a $5 credit that never existed. The whole vibe was rude, lazy, and unprofessional. This place is a joke. I’m not coming back.

I was ganged up on by a skinny girl a bigger girl because they took my comments toward their system change as personal attacks. I asked for multiple items and pricing as I always have. Bigger girl got frustrated when she got confused by my comments toward the system and Got super defensive. Told me I was “taking to much time and complaining to much” after she left me to go get the right price for products I asked for before. Then she tried to kick me out and not sell to me. I was assisted by I believe nicer woman.

She made us feel comfortable, never felt judged for the lack of knowledge that we had plus she was looking out to make sure we got the best bang for our buck, overall a Great experience I’ll definitely be backUpdate: I went back & had another Great experience this Time Celeste M she helped find something to help my pickyness 😂 plus got me on a new brand that is so Awesome ! I always come here and it’s amazing , every one is so nice and friendly even the security is really cool , I wanna take a second to recognize a staff member named Leanna G she was really helpful with explaining to me that the cake pod disposal came with more and it was a better deal then the current weed vape I’m using now , she not only recommended a good brand and saved me money but she was really nice and very kind. I’m looking forward to coming in tomorrow and grabbing one more of those cake pods thank you Leanna !!

In all honesty, I’ve been coming to this place since it opened, and unfortunately, I have seen the decline just from the bud tenders. The lack of care, the lack of enthusiasm. They don’t even hide that they’re just trying to take our money. The owners are great though… it does suck that people that work for you, can hurt your business.

I went in this place and they said it had the best prices and bragged about some shop way out somewhere I’ve never heard of, which was odd.My wife and I walked out with nothing at all, then went around the corner to a shop which had mostly everything we were searching for at great prices.Stop Advertising Nonsense Deals!

Drove from Temecula to get the ol' bait and switch.1. Prices are advertised as 'out the door' but this doesn't seem to be true. Tax was still added to my order after the fact.2. 1st time customers get 30% off. Except they don't tell you that this doesn't apply to anything under $15.3. They had the wrong order bagged up for me when I got there. Glad I caught that before walking out the door.4. Did not honor their online sale price. Kanha was advertised as $12, but was charged $15 at the store. When I called they told me it was because Weedmaps accidentally applied an automatic discount to my order, but this wasn't true. It was their advertised sale price, it had nothing to do with a Weedmaps discount.Gave these guys a try because it seems like they had good deals and prices....but nevermind. Back to Cake House it is.
