Service was horrible 🚮 This is clearly a sales driven dispensary and if you’re not coming in spending $100+ you’re not worth any respect or good customer service. I came in for a specific product and the girl who was helping me kept trying to upsell and pressure me products that were way too expensive. She even rolled her eyes at me when I declined her recommendations. I miss the old Velvet, back in 2022. The workers back then were super knowledgeable and down to earth. This dispensary has definitely gone downhill over the last few years. Won’t be returning anymore and taking my money else where!! ✌️

Always feel welcomed with a warm greeting and smiles from security and the person checking you in. As soon as you walk into the clean air conditioned place you are welcomed by more friendly people who are so generous to help you out and have great recommendations! Today I had the absolute lovely please of having Maddi help me at the counter! She was absolutely the best ever, she has such a welcoming and warming presence about her! We were laughing so much and talking about not only weed products but also things we had in common! Her energy was just so blissful and overall awesome!!! I really hope to go back and have the pleasure of seeing her there, she has rock star recommendations and is very knowledgeable about all products! She really made my day! Also really enjoy the abundance of various products they always have fully stocked!!

So tired of most of their employees attitudes. A few are very nice. but the higher prices compared to most other shops combined with terrible customer service, I’m done with this place for good. Been coming since day 1 too

I had a problem with them. They charged my card for more than the cost of the merchandise I bought. It also appears with another address. Pay attention to everyone who buys here. They could be stealing from you with every purchase.

Top-notch dispensary in the area! Always maintain a wide variety of products. The staff is unbelievably awesome! That is, once you get inside...first you have to deal with the security guards, most are awesome guys, but there are a couple of the security guards whom are ridiculously power driven in their approach to the job ruining the experience each time, which led me to explore the other dispensaries in the area. Suggestion: ownership should seriously consider replacing the one sore spot in their operation.

Super disappointed. Try to place an online order like normal, it didn’t work. Took a screenshot to claim the discount offered. Show up to pick up the order an hour later, not only are they out of the product I was attempting to order, also did not honor the 15% discount that I clearly had a picture of. I’ve been a customer since the month you guys opened. 2024 has clearly been different around velvet. It’s sad to see.

I have been a customer of velvet since they opened. I love their creams and potions not to mention their delicious chocolate blueberries. But that gets off-topic. There was a small discrepancy on the bill this evening and Alisa went out of her way to resolve it. I love this store. High quality products and service is spot on.
