Not sure if we just came on a bad day but when we got there the guy who greeted us was extremely standoffish and would not help us. We asked him what he recommended for edibles/flower and he told us to just check the screens or use the website to order. When we went to use the screens in the store they wouldn’t load so we tried our phones which also would not load. The guy just watched us struggle to order and then just said “be right back” walked into the back leaving us there by ourselves. We sat there for another 5-10 min waiting for the screen to load. Eventually the guy never came back out so we left and went to sweetflower down the street and it was a much better experience. This place is cool aesthetically but honestly had the worst experience.
First time here, we live about 2 hours away and we would still recommend coming here.Sabrina was so helpful and patient as we had a lot of questions. I love that this is woman-owned and they want to educate us with what’s best for different reasons.
Stopped by to visit. I have been following their IG post! I love supporting women owned businesses. Sarah was awesome showing me the terpenes and very knowledgeable! I learned a lot from her. She knows her stuff! The terpenes smell wonderful. Thomas, the security guard was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended to visit!
If you're hesitating, GO! We came from 3 hours away, and this is what you call a welcoming customer service. It was our first time, and the lil tour was the best part. Our host was very detailed and helpful in all ways. Their own brand flowers, which they harvest themselves within 50 days, are reasonable and worth trying! The look and taste were on point! 500% recommend, you won't regret the experience with such great products and its beautiful building. And if it's your first time, you receive a turbine bracelet, which is very memorable. Def going back!! Thank you!
This place is great. It’s one of the few (only?) woman/bi-culturally owned dispensaries in LA. They’ve put a lot of intentionality behind their process. It’s a beautiful and welcoming space for newbies or more seasoned participants. David helped us up front and was so sweet and helpful! Will definitely be back.
I’ve visited Wyllow a few times since I moved to the neighborhood and have been blown away by the exceptional service and product knowledge provided by their staff. The small but beautifully designed shop has a great selection of products. Wyllow has become my favorite dispensary in Los Angeles. Delaney and Josh are two staff members who go above and beyond to provide a positive experience. Highly recommend!
This dispensary is my favorite weed buying experience. The shop is really small but it is the coolest looking place- a ton of mirrors and difference color lights. The vibes are immaculate. Definitely picture worthy. Every worker I’ve met so far has been kind, helpful, and patient. They have a good selection of products that range in price so there’s something for all budgets. They always have promotions going on too. I get way more bang for my buck here vs delivery services or other dispensaries in the area.also Taco Bell is right next door soooo.
