This used to be the best dispensary, not anymore. After making an order online, they try to pressure you pay more than the price on the website. They will find a reason. Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering from here.

Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Waited for 20 minutes just to place an order, and then was lied to and told they don’t have what I was looking for.. the company who supplies this store told me to come here, and now the lazy rude and impolite workers at Erba don’t want to do the work to sell it. I’m sure it was in their back room but the girl couldn’t even take a minute to look. Don’t waste your time at this horrible dispensary. There was 6-7 employees stocking shelves and standing or sitting around. There was two cashiers helping someone. When one of the cashiers was done he proceeded to take a seat and put his finger up at me to tell me to hold.. couldn’t even say anything. I hope this place goes out of business

Everyone at this Erba location is super chill. At the front desk, Gia was so polite and took the time to explain everything to an out-of-towner like me. I’ve never stepped into such a “fancy” spot, but she made it feel easy.Our tech/handler (lol) was Sonja (sp?/sorry very rude to not know the proper spelling) —most of her time was spent helping my partner with the selection, but I really appreciated her warmth and her willingness to walk us through the details. Truly a lovely human. There was also a young blonde woman working whose name I didn’t catch, but she was incredibly kind as well.Shout-out to the female customer who helped a gentleman find his lost earbud—just another sign of how good the energy is here.P.S. Afterward I wandered into a super cool birthday party around the block, and even the locals were kind. Culver City definitely has good vibes—now all it needs is a community garden!

Love the in store pick up and delivery service. The staff and products as well as the deals are the best in the area. Delivery or In-Store Pick Up is quickly processed from their Online Store. The drivers are friendly and the front desk staff as well as security.Never actually been inside shopping, but the selection appears vast. I usually order prerolls like Jeeters or Stiizy. Fruity or sweet. I'll switch from Satvia, Hybrid, and Indica, depending on the need. However, there are a lot of options of quality brand prerolls and edibles.Once had ordered a great edible that was a milk and cereal type of gummie. Strong and delicious. Good for the need to sleep or heal. It wasn't a Camino. Sorry don't recollect the name.Do hope one has the time to explore the store fully someday. Thank you kindly for your services and kindness. As long as I'm in the area, and they are still open and in business, then I'm a loyal client. Appreciate you, Moon.

Never bought weed here. I don’t even smoke. Simply giving this review for the guy holding the sign on the street with great energy and spinning that Erba sign around like crazy. If I did smoke, he’d definitely make me want to buy here. Give my boy a raise! 🤣

First time visiting since the New Amsterdam. Lovely selection, however, customer service was awful. The tender working the middle didn’t greet us at all and was glaring at us pretty bad. I was an avid NEW Amsterdam member and was expecting the same great service. When our number finally came to be called next… she went to the front desk to chat avoiding us. Just felt uncomfortable with the unfriendly glares. Maybe I’ll try them again in the future.

can not stress enough as a 10 year loyal customer. The employees have changed their attitude, it’s super corporate, and very unfriendly place. I loved new Amsterdam. Ever since erba bought them out it is super corporate, prices have nearly double, customer service sucks. Please find another dispensary because this place is complete corporate trash that only hired employees on a pay rate and not on customer service skills. Rude and disrespectful is an under statement. Again, go somewhere else.

Top tier dispensary. From the quantity of selection to the inviting atmosphere the staff provides ERBA Culver City is easily a gem and is definitely my go to from now on. Fair prices and great quality products. This is definitely my go to spot from now on. I definitely recommend Joaquin very knowledgeable.

Sad to say I won't be ordering from here anymore. Bad quality, tase, and overall not the greatest options. I've spent a good amount of money here; hoping the quality is good, but I'm always disappointed- especially for the prices being asked😞. I only give a two star because the service is great, and staff are very friendly. However, that doesn't compensate for bad quality products! I'm hoping y'all can take the reviews into consideration.
