Love this place! My only gripe are the awful lids on the 1 ounce Jackpot jars on multiple occasions. The lids don’t thread right and are nearly impossible to remove. I’ve had to break one open with a screwdriver before. If they would fix that top-of-the-lid problem - 5 starts for sure!

Always friendly and helpful today I was having an issue with MY debit card and he figured it out, and wasn’t a grump about it! I work retail so I completely get it. Customer service is hard to come by and today his service was excellent so give him a raise.

Ms. GIANNA was very professional on the ph which encourage me to come into the store. She listened to mind questions and my concerns.And Assured me that she would do everything in her power to find the correct product in which would help me. I came in cocoa farms, and she Wasn't pushy and trying to get me out of the store. She talked to me, ask me my concerns.I told her what my concerns were and asked her what she thinks would be the best for me. She went forward and gave me some products and told me to try certain ones That she felt would be best for me. Cocoa farms has a real gem of an employee working for them!🤗 Thank you Gianna👍🏼

Altogether great shopping excursion. Knowledgeable and genial budtender and the prices are so much more reasonable than in the East Bay Area (where the added taxes are exorbitant). CoCo Farms is the BEST!👍🏼😵💫🥳

Claudia, my ‘Budtender,’ was extremely knowledgeable and friendly… have to add PATIENT as well as it was my first time at this particular establishment & was in rush to get back & drop off everything, turn around and make my flight back home 2. She was awesome, no doubt.Only things I could say that kept the 5th star was their cartridge battery selection, for me in particular, could have included the PAX brand, and the pen battery available had a floral design on it (see picture)…. other dispensaries offer a military discount, not this one. Only a $5 first time discount and a point system based on loyalty.

I went to Coco Farms Dispensary in Antioch on Tuesday, June 25th, around 5 PM, and it was a terrible experience. I recently lost my driver's license and have a temporary one. Despite being able to fly into California with the temporary license and a front and back picture of my lost driver's license, the security guard immediately denied me entry.I explained that he could scan the barcode on the temporary license, which would show the same information as my driver's license. He refused and was very dismissive, even though it wasn't my first time there. When I asked for a supervisor, he kept arguing that the supervisor wouldn't do anything. After repeatedly insisting to speak to the supervisor, he finally went inside, talked to some workers at the counter for a few minutes while laughing with them, then came out alone, still saying it wasn't possible.The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I felt completely disrespected and discriminated against. Customer services is the worst. I will never go back there and would advise others to avoid this place.

Excellent selection and prices. It's a bit out of the way but worth it. Always busy when I've gone there so there's usually a line. If you order online you can just go to the pick up window. Saves time .They also give rewards points on purchases which you can use later to save some money.
