So I am agoraphobic and I have seizures real bad. I don't go anywhere without my husband. They would not allow him to come in, but I decided to try, anyway, this one time. The guy that had to deal with me was awesome. Forgive me for forgetting your name. He was very nice and walked me through everything step by step. He kept my attention on him so I didn't panic about all the people that were in there. Which was good because if I had noticed it would have been over for me. So thank you so much for making that as painless for me as possible.With that said it is not easy for someone in a wheelchair to get in and out of. Especially if they are alone. My Husband helped his Mom and she got banged up pretty good before they got help for someone to hold the heavy door open so he could get her out. The parking is handicap accessible but not the entrance.I still go here just because they make it easier for me to handle being in a public place alone.

I have to drive 45 minutes to get to this place, they don't do returns (obviously), I just think that people should know what they are selling...

The prices can be a little high but the quality always exceeds my expectations, (compared to OK shops anyways). The Greenery does have weekly deals and specials though so I can always find a way to save money which is great! The staff are wonderful and they help me find what I’m looking for. A bunch of little changes starting right before they moved buildings has eventually culminated into this place being the better of the two dispensaries in the region. Prices are comparable to the rest of the state, but their weekly deals are very good and have brought me back in week after week for a while. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff as well. My only gripe is I wish they sold a slightly bigger selection of concentrates in the half gram sizes, if they did I likely wouldn't shop anywhere else.

(Cookies and Chem Smalls - Bold Cultivation) get home and the "BUDS" are the size of an eraser on a pencil. so yeah it says smalls on the order page but it didn't say TINY! guarantee if i ever go back, i will ask to see what i am buying. popcorn buds are cool, but these are smaller than that. otherwise the staff here is awesome and i don't hold anything against them i know it's not their fault! check your purchases!

I feel rather discriminated against for my age.Plus doesn't law state to be 18 or older (or if a minor has a card, they need a caregiver to get medical) to qualify for medical marijuana?

Fort Cannibus has always had great prices, FRIENDLY faces, and great customer service. To me, that's important. Some dispensaries in this area are running them more like head shops. And very rude. Will not be returning due to lack of choice and inventory and the OUTRAGEOUS PRICES. The employees here do not accept the role of a true bud tender. It seems as if the only objective of this business is to make as much money off of sick and struggling patients as possible. The prices are outrageous. 10 miles into Oklahoma and you get 10 times what you would for the price of one gram. It's simple and easy, apply for an adult temporary out of state medical cannabis license in Oklahoma! It's only temporary but it's only a hundred bucks! If I were you I would not contribute a single dime to this establishment. This is the worst strategy when combating illegal street sales! People still will forfeit 10 miles worth of gas to go to Oklahoma to buy 10 times what they would in Arkansas in comparison, sell it at cheaper prices and still make a profit! The Arkansas cannabis program is unfortunately motivating more and more people to sell illegally. If you want a good dispensary that's still in Arkansas go to enlightened in Clarksville. They always have specials on their new products and they are a whole lot less expensive than fort cannabis company!!! Skol!!!!

I’ll sum this up in one phrase, price gouging. This business is taking advantage of patients who are sick and in need. Get a guest pass for Oklahoma dispensaries and go across the border. The $113 you pay for a single 1gm cartridge at Fort Cannabis, can buy you 28 cartridges just over the state line (yes I’m serious). Those of you that use flower, it’s $75 an ounce over the state line instead of $80+ a quarter at Fort Cannabis. Literally highway robbery. And don’t believe their nonsense about having better quality product(they don’t). Testing for product standards is essentially the same in Oklahoma as it is in Arkansas. Stop wasting your money supporting this unscrupulous business, until they stop taking advantage of the sick and needy in our community. They should be ashamed.

Man it's crazy the prices Arkansas has. Good job continuing to ensure the black market thrives. Syringes for $80? You can get them for $10 in oklahoma. $40 an eighth? You can get ounces for $100 all day long in Oklahoma. One gram carts for $60? Comparable in Oklahoma would be 9 1 g carts for $50.. the high-end ones are 40 bucks. It's hilarious guys I don't know why anybody would pay the prices I guess they just don't know better

I don't like that all stains cost 40 per 8 th because most others price according to the strength . From 30 the middle goes up and stronger more. Etc. Here it is all high !!! The price that is !! . And it's EXPENSIVE. ... I DO love going here but I wish they would have a larger variety of flower and I'm more bulk cost because it's hard times. Please bring back the sale !!! Thanks. I would give five stars if it were not for the price.... it's up there unfortunately. You walk out paying $16 for a gram, and dang near 50 an eighth, whereas in Bentonville you pay $10.50 for a gram of their lower tier.

Doors opened right on time. It was my first visit here, the intake process was quick and easy. Place is dog friendly (make sure your dog is animal and people friendly) The live menu in the lobby makes it possible to decide what you want while waiting. Atmosphere of the lobby and the check out room was chill. (Most dispensaries I feel on display because of glass dividers and a hospital vibe, go to Fayettevilleto see what I mean) Check out was easy. Pretty good selection of bud. I only really smoke ???? but their selection of edibles looked wide. The location is not the most convenient but I don't know a lot about targeting audiences. I've been coming here and several other dispensaries all over Arkansas since they opened the doors. I don't much care for this particular dispensary. The They are over priced and Under- stocked and they have a very small selection. The workers seem to be overly worried about what "tips" they are getting in their tip jars and under worried about the customer standing in front of them. There are only two workers there that don't rush me in and rush me out. I rarely have time to compare THC levels, specials on the on the menu board, etc... Too bad it's the only one in Sebastian county.

Arkansas has it going on. Yes it might be $40. Plus tax for a 8th but the quality is A+. I’ve been medical patients since 2009 and lived in COLORADO AND CALIFORNIA. I have to say the quality coming out of Arkansas competes with Colorado top growers. Oklahoma does have some great deals but the quality is far and few between. The top shelf in ROLAND is no we’re close to the products that Fort Cannabis sells. Natural State Chisel is capable of being award winning. BOLD, OSAGE CREEK. Revolution, and Natural State all have great products you can tell they care about and all want to be best. I really think ARKANSAS is a medical cannabis state to model off of. Yes there could be more Cultivators in dispensaries but I think limiting the cultivators has made it where there is more pride in products. ARKANSAS TRULLY SELL MEDICAL GRADE WEED NOT MIDGRADE trash like across the border.Now as for FORT CANNABIS I LOVE THE STAFF and how helpful they all our. I truly can’t complain. Only thing I truly wish the had was some products like shirts and stickers to put on my car. I’m going to miss Arkansas and Fort Cannabis once I’m Transferred later this year.Thank you for helping me state medicated.

This dispensary is amazing. The people here are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and are LGBT+ friendly. The showroom has plenty in it without being overwhelming, especially if you're new to everything.Another thing I appreciate about them is that they actually follow the COVID-19 precautions, so I don't feel at risk of getting sick when I go.You do have to bring cash however, as with virtually any other dispensary to my knowledge, due to marijuana's current federally illegal status (as of Jan. 2021).The prices are a little bit high, but that's with almost any dispensary in Arkansas (due to very limited cultivation licenses within the state, there's very little competition at the growers level, meaning they can get away charging the dispensaries more, raising the price of the final product)

First off, I have been buying from here since Mar, and am updating my review from the past 8 or so months. The staff is great, and I really appreciate their commitment. Everyone I have interacted with, has been very friendly and professional. That being said, I have changed my rating, but I'm not sure if my first few complaints are more about the dispensary, or the cultivators.First, the prices on flower are fairly reasonable, but there are hardly ever any amounts besides 1/8s anymore. Seems like we're not being given more options, just so we have to pay more. The cartridges and wax are definitely overpriced. And it seems the THC % is really low in flower and wax, more often than not. Cartridge % are fair, in my opinion. Also, it really seems like very little product is being sent, because they run out, way too fast.Now, being at the dispensary... my biggest complaint really, is the people in line. Rarely does anyone give you space in line. For some reason, they want to stand shoulder to shoulder. This is more of a personal problem (even before covid, I did not like standing that close to any stranger,) but to give those people a break, there really is no good place to stand in line, and when they repainted the parking lot, they put handicap parking, where the line is... And, for some reason, people like taking the line through those parking spaces, and down the parking lot to the road, instead of on the sidewalk. Either way, there's a good chance you'll have to dodge vehicles in the parking lot, when you're standing in line. There were markers for spacing, but those have disappeared.Overall, right now at least, there are very few options for quantity, which leaves the customer paying more, low THC % more often than not (yes, this is a factor for me because my pain is more bearable with higher THC, and it helps a lot with pain management,) and the overcrowding in a line that you have to watch out for traffic in, is all a bit much. I have to state again, though, the staff has been great.

I went to go into side door and the girl was VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!! She told me to put on my mask. I went to reach for it in my purse and she kept repeating you need to step back through the door, step back, step out of the door and put your mask on. There's no one in the closed space between the two doors.No big deal about the mask but her tone was RUDE and controlling. He kept my attention on him so I didn't panic about all the people that were in there. Which was good because if I had noticed it would have been over for me. So thank you so much for making that as painless for me as possible.With that said it is not easy for someone in a wheelchair to get in and out of. Especially if they are alone. My Husband helped his Mom and she got banged up pretty good before they got help for someone to hold the heavy door open so he could get her out. The parking is handicap accessible but not the entrance.I still go here just because they make it easier for me to handle being in a public place alone.

A bunch of little changes starting right before they moved buildings has eventually culminated into this place being the better of the two dispensaries in the region. Prices are comparable to the rest of the state, but their weekly deals are very good and have brought me back in week after week for a while. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff as well. My only gripe is I wish they sold a slightly bigger selection of concentrates in the half gram sizes, if they did I likely wouldn't shop anywhere else.

It seems as if the only objective of this business is to make as much money off of sick and struggling patients as possible. It's simple and easy, apply for an adult temporary out of state medical cannabis license in Oklahoma! It's only temporary but it's only a hundred bucks! People still will forfeit 10 miles worth of gas to go to Oklahoma to buy 10 times what they would in Arkansas in comparison, sell it at cheaper prices and still make a profit! The $113 you pay for a single 1gm cartridge at Fort Cannabis, can buy you 28 cartridges just over the state line (yes I’m serious). Place is dog friendly (make sure your dog is animal and people friendly) The live menu in the lobby makes it possible to decide what you want while waiting. Atmosphere of the lobby and the check out room was chill. (Most dispensaries I feel on display because of glass dividers and a hospital vibe, go to Fayettevilleto see what I mean) Check out was easy. Pretty good selection of bud. I only really smoke ???? but their selection of edibles looked wide. The location is not the most convenient but I don't know a lot about targeting audiences. Love this place .. the staff is so welcoming and helpful. It's so quick to get in and out.. don't think I've ever been there more than 10 minutes... I make weekly trips and enjoy going.

I've been coming here and several other dispensaries all over Arkansas since they opened the doors. I don't much care for this particular dispensary. The They are over priced and Under- stocked and they have a very small selection. The workers seem to be overly worried about what "tips" they are getting in their tip jars and under worried about the customer standing in front of them. There are only two workers there that don't rush me in and rush me out. I rarely have time to compare THC levels, specials on the on the menu board, etc... Too bad it's the only one in Sebastian county.

Fcc has good prices but they need to do mental health checks on the tenders before hiring them. One of them is a goth karen wack job intials H.H she'll think you go there to see her rather than going to get their mmj. Dresses like she stole her clothes from grandma's closet and has weird looking eyes. Which if you look at accidentally she have all other tenders think you're a stalker or something she's very strange.She'll have other tenders take her place to avoid interaction. I'm there for my mmj weirdo not to see you goodness what a crazy individual. But no matter I let my card expire I'll never go there again.

Only place in Ft Smith. Bud tenders are mostly always awesome and can usually assist in the right bud for the aliments that are specific to you. Small quantities unless your lucky to catch an Oz. Have allot to shop for, not everything but an ok selection. Must have a mask but don't worry they have some at front desk. HAPPY SHOPPING

Arkansas has it going on. Yes it might be $40. Plus tax for a 8th but the quality is A+. I’ve been medical patients since 2009 and lived in COLORADO AND CALIFORNIA. I have to say the quality coming out of Arkansas competes with Colorado top growers. Oklahoma does have some great deals but the quality is far and few between. The top shelf in ROLAND is no we’re close to the products that Fort Cannabis sells. Natural State Chisel is capable of being award winning. BOLD, OSAGE CREEK. Revolution, and Natural State all have great products you can tell they care about and all want to be best. I really think ARKANSAS is a medical cannabis state to model off of. Yes there could be more Cultivators in dispensaries but I think limiting the cultivators has made it where there is more pride in products. ARKANSAS TRULLY SELL MEDICAL GRADE WEED NOT MIDGRADE trash like across the border.Now as for FORT CANNABIS I LOVE THE STAFF and how helpful they all our. I truly can’t complain. Only thing I truly wish the had was some products like shirts and stickers to put on my car. I’m going to miss Arkansas and Fort Cannabis once I’m Transferred later this year.Thank you for helping me state medicated.

Also the fact that if there is only 1 gram bags available, they WILL NOT give you 7 Gs for quarter price you have to pay the 14 to 15 a gram.They also have 0 deals available and they do have compassionate Care for veterans which is great but do not offer compassionate Care for anybody else ????

Can not call in orders anymore. Cant get the app to work right so have to drive in and hope they have what you want. Have looked online then driven the hour drive to get there only to be told they sold out of th he product that was online an hour earlier. This dispensary is amazing. The people here are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and are LGBT+ friendly. The showroom has plenty in it without being overwhelming, especially if you're new to everything.Another thing I appreciate about them is that they actually follow the COVID-19 precautions, so I don't feel at risk of getting sick when I go.You do have to bring cash however, as with virtually any other dispensary to my knowledge, due to marijuana's current federally illegal status (as of Jan. 2021).The prices are a little bit high, but that's with almost any dispensary in Arkansas (due to very limited cultivation licenses within the state, there's very little competition at the growers level, meaning they can get away charging the dispensaries more, raising the price of the final product)

First off, I have been buying from here since Mar, and am updating my review from the past 8 or so months. The staff is great, and I really appreciate their commitment. Everyone I have interacted with, has been very friendly and professional. That being said, I have changed my rating, but I'm not sure if my first few complaints are more about the dispensary, or the cultivators.First, the prices on flower are fairly reasonable, but there are hardly ever any amounts besides 1/8s anymore. Seems like we're not being given more options, just so we have to pay more. The cartridges and wax are definitely overpriced. And it seems the THC % is really low in flower and wax, more often than not. Cartridge % are fair, in my opinion. Also, it really seems like very little product is being sent, because they run out, way too fast.Now, being at the dispensary... my biggest complaint really, is the people in line. Rarely does anyone give you space in line. For some reason, they want to stand shoulder to shoulder. This is more of a personal problem (even before covid, I did not like standing that close to any stranger,) but to give those people a break, there really is no good place to stand in line, and when they repainted the parking lot, they put handicap parking, where the line is... And, for some reason, people like taking the line through those parking spaces, and down the parking lot to the road, instead of on the sidewalk. Either way, there's a good chance you'll have to dodge vehicles in the parking lot, when you're standing in line. There were markers for spacing, but those have disappeared.Overall, right now at least, there are very few options for quantity, which leaves the customer paying more, low THC % more often than not (yes, this is a factor for me because my pain is more bearable with higher THC, and it helps a lot with pain management,) and the overcrowding in a line that you have to watch out for traffic in, is all a bit much. I have to state again, though, the staff has been great.

I went to go into side door and the girl was VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!! She told me to put on my mask. I went to reach for it in my purse and she kept repeating you need to step back through the door, step back, step out of the door and put your mask on. There's no one in the closed space between the two doors.No big deal about the mask but her tone was RUDE and controlling. I told her I would just go somewhere else if she's going to be like that about it.I then I heard her laughing and telling her co-workers about it as I waited for my product!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!! Once there are more dispensaries I WILL NOT USE THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....I will gladly drive somewhere else. TOO OVERPRICED FOR THE PRODUCT AND SELECTION!!!!!!
