I just had the best experience at theTempe HOC location. I asked Anthony (employee) for a product that was not inventoried yet. He went out of his way to go to the back, get it inventoried for me, and then made the sale. This is the ONLY place I will go to for my Cannabis/Marijuana. Love this place. Has online ordering, which makes things easy. Sometimes, the online is down due to high activity, which can make a line when showing up in person. There is always someone to answer your questions/concerns. There are discounts every day of the week, which makes it affordable for recreational users. Medical users get an automatic 30% off
Solid spot for some great smoke. The staff was friendly and they also hooked me up with a goodie bag for my first time there. Worth checking out if you’re looking for quality in the area.

Check your order VERY carefully before checking out. I love getting home only to realize they short changed me on the BOGO. Was supposed to get two of the 1g cartridges, but instead he swapped in a 500mg as my free one instead. Just sucks getting home and realizing you didn’t get the “deal” you thought.
Friendly staff, when putting an online order in, one of the four concentrates was unavailable and I did appreciate the staff member letting me know and asking if I would like to double up on another one or pick something else. Another bonus was the Sunday BOGO deal. I look forward to trying the product and coming back in.
The staff is always helpful and informative. I usually order online and pick up my purchase but on occasion I go in and ask questions about different things and always leave with answers about the different products.
I absolutely love this dispensary and will keep coming back every time!! Everyone is nice and friendly. They have Amazing deals and very helpful with what strains/brands work best for what you need. You guys at Harvest are awesome!!!!
As a medical patient, I feel the industry has chosen profits over customer care. They never have any brand of edibles available for medical patients (300mg vs 100mg), let alone a variety to choose from. This just started after recreational Marijuana became legal. Now, they have a plethora of choices available in recreational strength (100mg), but none in medical. Obviously, they have put profits over the care of medical patients. This has been an issue for months. Their own staff see the problem but are unable to help. Calling corporate doesn't work because you can't get through. Now, if I want a medical dose, I have to spend twice as much.If you're a medical patient, don't waste your time here. Sad, it used to be a great store.

I was recommended a hash blunt “Garlic Breath” and some drinkable nano edibles! You guys are the best.I recommend this location for sure because high vibes and sushi next door baby!
Been going to this dispo for over 6 months. Costumer service is consistently on point and very pleasant. They staff gave me a great exchange experience when I came back with the cart I had recently purchased that end up not working.
Cris and Chanel were great! Customer service all around was great, great deals and clean but me and my husband were in there for a very short amount of time and we were LITERALLY sweating just standing there.
I am seriously considering never using any harvest ever again, the dispensary a mile down the road now has better customer service and better prices on top quality products with incredible prices, had no idea how expensive harvest was till they stopped offering points, now I spend half the amount of my product and get more. This store has no interest in customer satisfaction past the point you walk out of their store, even though the owner seems to message complaints I can’t believe it’s anything other than a bot answering for them just to make them look better for responding yet doing nothing for the customers in the end. Save time go somewhere else why chance it happening to you? You’re more important we are paying for their reaction and we spend a lot!
No longer offers points for purchases, didn’t find out till I was checking my points to see if I could use some…. Since the 25th last month points no longer accrue. Since I’m a deal shopper and I feel a bit slighted by not being informed during any visit while purchasing their products believing I was accruing points.customer service here has always been great a real shame. I emailed the email you’ve sent me after writing this review been about 2 days now and no response from the email as the owner provided.*I recommend that you drive the extra mile for the store close by they have better deals now and more potent cheaper products. This place doesn’t care for its customers.
Mike is always helpful and super awesome. He truly authentically connects with the patients. One of my faves out of all the harvest I have been too (at least 4)

Only place I ever go. Unfortunately the past few times I have online ordered, I am receiving different strains than I ordered. With something very similar in place of what I wanted. Usually due to availability, I'm guessing? Though I still would appreciate the notification if that is ever the issue. Other hand, poor attention to detail on what is being bagged? And was totally avoidable ? Anywho! Overall, this spot is friendly and welcoming! ✨️✌️
I like this place a lot & have gone a couple times, however, this purchase I feel like I got ripped off by some plug or street dealer. I don't feel like walking back to resolve the issue there because it's too hot, but this kind of sucks.
I have been a medical marijuana card holder from the beginning. I’ve been coming to harvest of Tempe for many years. They are for sure my go to place. Bobby, Juno and Carlee, they know what I like when I don’t know what I would like and I have them select something for me me. There are kind, generous, knowledgeable, and just cool people.😎👍🌵
Absolute TERRIBLE experience on a customer service level. The “bud tender” was non responsive and rude. He couldn’t have cared less about checking my order or even giving me the time of day. It is very telling the the over saturation of dispensaries in Az, is greatly affecting the customer service. Harvest is not unique in their lack of attention to customer service but there are many other dispensaries with far better pricing and service.Very disappointed in this and other experiences at this dispensary and I do not plan on returning. It would be nice to have a manager reach out to discuss this further.- A Very Unhappy CustomerUPDATE: I emailed the dispensary as soon as they asked me to do so on here and still have not gotten a response.
JUST GO TO CURALEAF! I stopped coming here because the prices always glitching makes me feel like fraud is going on. I was overcharged and after driving 15mins back after the manager (white girl purple hair) asked me to prove it in a sassy manner. Once I got here she did not greet me or even apologized for my inconvenience. The deals aren't worth the lack of customer service.
This place is my go to. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the overall vibe there is just great. Bobby and Melissa are always happy to make suggestions and are so incredibly helpful. The atmosphere is clean and the wait is never long. If you haven’t checked it out yet you really should!
Disappointed went to this store for a deal I saw online ask the man for that specific strain and how much I wanted. I showed him the sale online. Guy comes back with the product tells me it doesn't ring up for that price, worker next to him says it's supposed to be the sales price so have the manager override it which he did. I get home and it is not the strain I asked for it had a lot less THC then the one I wanted I was so upset. I call up there and of course you can't return these things and I was told we are out of the one you wanted so he replaced it with another strain without asking me if that's what I wanted. I am furious because I would have chosen something different then what was sold to me so here I was stuck with a strain that was only 11% THC I was very upset will not be going back.
We stopped by and picked up some Atomic Apple, it's off the top shelf menu from Alien Labs.The medicine has a definite Indica look and smell, a bit harsh but no cough. Never got that super Dank taste with no fruit.The head is good followed by nice body feel with a bit of energy and creativity followed by a nice comfortable couch feel.The $60 price was a bit more than one will usually give for any flower but the %30 off price with a medical card was $43... and you have to pay the taxes too.
When your medical card expires, it can be a little rough navigating the different prices and inventory. Michael the DA took the time to go “in the back” multiple times to make sure they had the exact products I was looking for. When I found out that I was a couple dollars short, Manager Bobby made sure to check my loyalty points and ensured me that everything would be taken care of! Mr. Bobby, Mr. Vince and Mr. Diamond we’re running a very smooth shift and they seem to always be very helpful in ensuring a smooth guest experience whenever I visit (my apologies if I missed any other managers on duty!)
It does help to expedite your purchase from ordering online; the window is almost never open and consistently told to go in to rec line when the order pick up is down: I always come in around the afternoon on Sundays through Tuesdays. The past 4 visits went like this. Usually wait times are less than 5 minutes with order pickup- it has been 15 minutes plus.
I do not go anywhere else but Tempe Harvest. The quality of the product and the amazing staff are why. I was there 2 weeks ago and Jakub M. saw my online order and instead suggested a higher quality product at a cheaper price. I highly suggest going to Tempe Harvest, you won't be disappointed.
They just used to be more medical patient based, thier selection of product has gone down unless you buy a 65$ eight for name brand that is still just okay. Seems they are more recreational based sales now. I get it you need to make money your a corporation, but it was my favorite trip to go to Harvest Dispo for the best medicine as a medical patient, now not so much. However Staff is always on point with everything and super helpful always.
Harvest has so many good deals every week that I rarely go anywhere else. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they are very professional. Also, only 1.5 miles from my home.
Always a great experience. Will continue to come back against my pocketbooks advice! 🤘🏼
