I have been coming here for a few years, but after today's visit I'm thinking I'm going to have to start going elsewhere. Every time I place an order, I double triple check that all of my information is correct. For whatever reason, their computer system changes the information to my husband's name. I explain every time I go in and usually people just give me my order, since it's a system issue, not a me issue. I ask how it can be fixed every visit but no one ever has an answer for me. I was helped by the tall blonde wearing a mask today and she couldn't care less about my problem. She acted like I was bothering her by trying to have the issue fixed. She told me l'd have to have my husband pick up my orders, despite the fact that I place them under MY name. I placed the order. I paid for it. My husband has absolutely nothing to do with MY orders. She refused to look at my phone for proof and brushed me off, acting like she was doing me a favor for letting me have my prepaid product today. I gave up trying to have any resolution for next time and left. I don't understand why I'm being treated like I'm an idiot who doesn't know how to properly place an order online, all because of a computer system error that doesn't have anything to do with me. I come here for help with my anxiety, and the customer service makes me feel horrible. This wasn't the first time someone talked down to me about my order, but today sure was the breaking point. So unfortunately unless this issue can be fixed and your employees learn how to actually help customers, I will have to start spending elsewhere.
I went in to pick up an online order and was told there wasn't any under my name. I asked if it may have been put under my boyfriends name, but was told that there wasnt an order under his name either. I had proof that the order was placed online and confirmed through Leafly, but I still ended up going to the counter to order, which is fine as the person at the counter was helpful. However, shortly after I left the establishment I received a notification that my order was canceled. So they did have it, but they either couldn't find it themselves (they never asked another employee for assistance or to double check) or they didn't know how to find it. Either way, the person working the online order counter was short with me and not very helpful.Edit: wow ok so I guess I can't even order here anymore after one negative review. They immediately canceled my order after I placed it online, no explanation or anything. F tier management.
I went to Sunday Goods as a first time customer, because I had been ripped off by another dispensary that I had been going to for awhile. I knew, already, that like every other dispensary out there Sunday Goods was probably Not going to honor the ongoing special that they were advertising. I expected it to take a few visits before finding out if they were worth my business or not, but Sunday Goods doesn't waste time letting you know from your very first transaction with them that they have No problem STEALING from their customers. They were having a buy 2 get one free on select items, since I had never been there before I asked the cashier which items were included, after he put the various types of flower out, I chose two, but didn't care for the others, I decided to get 2 of 1 of them for my free one. Of course, you can't check your purchase at the counter, so later I discovered my "free" one wasn't in the bag...checking my receipt it never got rung up and deducted, which they Have to do for inventory...so I had proof I never got it. Going back the next morning the "manager for the day" first tried telling me, since she wasn't there yesterday there was nothing she could do, when I pointed out all she need do is look at my receipt it would make her excuse meaningless, she then tried to say I didn't buy the right ones. I told her the cashier picked them out as Included strains for the "deal"...then another cashier jumped in to say they were and she quickly silenced him. Her "solution" to me not getting my "free" 1/8 was that I could buy ANOTHER one and she would give me a "discount"...?...why would I want to pay a discounted price for my "free" 1/8? I won't be going back, and anyone reading this should pick a dispensary that doesn't rip you off on your Very First Purchase from them.
This dispo was super solid! The aesthetic is only the beginning. The bud tenders were awesome and knowledge. They also had great deals on everything I was shopping for. Thank you Sunday Goods, for making my Sunday GOOD. 💚
Always getting great deals and products from this location. However, last night left a very bitter taste in my mouth when the lady with bangs decided to be very rude to me at the drive through. Maybe she just needs a vacation, idk but definitely not a great look for the business.
I can’t come here any more. There’s always something going wrong from my drive through orders never going through to major price discrepancies with deals. Can you guys believe the ATM fee here is $4? That’s just unacceptable and says a lot about what drives this dispensary. I had an easy deal to use. Buy 4 pre rolls for $25. the discount didn’t go through automatically (poor discount accuracy as usual) so it was done manually. But the math was wrong. The price for the pre rolls after the discount was $30. And this just happens way way too often. I used to stop people from going to other dispensaries to come here but I’m genuinely done coming here.

This is the first dispensary I’ve been to in Phoenix and my experience was great. The setup is a little different than other dispensaries I’ve been to in the country but the customer service was great. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products. I walked away with some good deals, will definitely be back.
Today they’re celebrating the second anniversary at Sunday Goods, at both Tempe and Phoenix locations! This event is going on until 7pm, but any day is a good day to visit Sunday Goods!
It was a little busy, and despite having to wait a few extra minutes due a technical issue, so they had to rescan my ID, I had a very positive experience & will be sure to go again soonI decided to get a pack of 6 .5 prerolls (Motorhead & banana jealousy cake) & I was Informed it they were having a bogo! Fantastic! They had a great selection of wax to choose from (Scotti's Strawberries), and I also ended up trying the wyld gummies (pomegranate & pear). Overall great selection and prices, I definitely recommend!
What an impressive experience! This place is incredibly inviting, beautifully designed experience, large open space, you are not cramped, with everything on display. Visually stimulating! The staff are incredibly helpful, you tell them what your looking for, experience wise, and they will direct you to great recommendations. I got exactly what I was looking for! Prices are reasonable, first 5 visits they offer 25-35% off, plan to make use of those discounts! After that, try to catch their happy hour or daily specials, always rotating and always reasonable!
