Make sure you pay attention to their “online sales” I selected 1/2 oz in filters so I thought I was getting a half OZ, get to the counter and pay, it’s already bagged up get home open it and it’s only a quarter! I suggest not ordering online so you know for sure what you’re getting. It’s not the store or customer service I gave a bad review for it’s the website. I now know better than to trust the website or internet it also froze on me so I couldn’t pay online.
The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star.. is because the online orders.. I still have to come in and wait just like ppl who didn't order online.. the thing is.. it was WAY better before the sudden changes.. it seems it slowed everything down.. but everything else is absolutely great

I absolutely love this dispensary! The staff are exemplary!!!! Serina is so helpful in helping me find what works for my spine and knee pain. I have never had a bad experience here. The place is chill and relaxing and you are never ignored. April the security is so helpful and always makes sure I get to my car ok. I am disabled and at times very hard to walk, and for that they have me sit in lobby and staff always comes to me to take my order so I won't have to be in pain walking or standing. That means everything to me! This place is AWESOME just like it's people!

Adding info cause I can’t stop thinking about the rude and unprofessional encounter on (or around) 5/22/24.The woman who attended me said “Why are you still talking?” She said it almost like taking to herself but I could clearly hear her. She was in front of me but didn’t make eye contact when she said it. I couldn’t really process that it was rude at the moment because I was super tired but it felt very uncomfortable. To top things off she handed me AN EMPTY BAG with a separate receipt. She had my products there next to her. I only noticed it in the car. I went back in and the staff rectified that.I understand that people make mistakes when tired. I mean I walked out of the store with an empty bag at first because I got distracted by the whole ordeal they had to go through to verify my credits (which were meant to makeup for a less than stellar situation at another location that was further away from me).What’s not acceptable is having entitled bud-tenders that think it’s okay to speak to people however they wish like they’re not even in front of them. That was ridiculous and I couldn’t even believe she said that at first. I didn’t wanna continue any association with this brand after that and wanted to just drop it but I’m glad I can get this off my chest now.
Constantly changing their process. Walked in and the host was busy chatting with the security guard. Waited around without being told that NOW you wait until your name is called. Cashier didn't listen to me when I said what I wanted. Said have a good day with no response.
I really like this place. The deals are great,and a good rotation of products with high testing potency.The staff here is amazing,friendly,professional, and informative. I need to give a shout out to some staff members who assisted me: John who greeted me with happiness,asked how I was doing? Jeff the Budtender was so nice and patient with me with my purchase. Melissa was also awesome. Disappointed. One of my favorite dispensaries to go to, but I no longer feel comfortable going. I placed an order online and when I went in today, the vibe in the store was already off and there was a long wait with no people inside. The man who tried to check me out, had a different price than what my online order had. I showed it to him and he refused to understand what I was trying to show him. He accused me of raising my voice which I didn’t. Another employee then came over and also treated me poorly. Neither of them wanted to admit that the issue was on the company and not my problem. I ended up leaving without buying anything because I’d rather take my business somewhere else. I don’t like being told that something cost something and then that price changes when I arrive to pickup.
We were visiting from out of town (FL) where we are medical patients. The staff here made us feel so welcome, treated us like we were regulars, and even gave us some pointers as locals. We didn't catch their names but wholeheartedly appreciate our visit and how awesome they were at this dispensary. If we are back in the area we will definitely be back! 🙂 12/10!
They were great but have stopped doing abundant organic half Oz deals. Used to be every Friday. Now it's been 2 weeks with no deal. It was great while it lasted. Off to a new dispo.

Make sure you check what they give you, you will get the wrong flower that tests about half the percentage of what you ordered. It’s not a substitute because they don’t ask what you would want to substitute for. This is literally the third time it’s happened to me in the last month and once you walk out of the door they won’t correct it. 100000% recommend Story on McDowell or Nirvana on 35th over this place
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Serena who truly made my experience incredible. Serena is amazing at what she does. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to check if my preferred products were in stock, flagged her manager down, and got access to the vault’s goodies. The customer service and employees working there behind the counter, are so helpful and so polite. Everyone in there is professional and is very knowledgeable about all of the products. They will help you get the best deal possible and they have reasonable prices and good quality products. The first time you go there is 40% off your order and the second time you go is buy one get one free. I recommend this place over all the others.
Came in today and my budtender was Jocelyn. She was very attentive and listened to my specific wants. I’m very particular about package dates, and she happily looked for things that were within 1-3 months of the package date. I know it can be frustrating when a customer is being particular and she was professional and friendly. Highly recommend her help.

First thing is…please bring back the menus in the shop! I miss it before Truleaf took over. Not only is the menu now gone, but so were all my points. But, I digress. Today’s visit started with noticing no menu. I use the menu to research the strains and your online menu does not match the actual inventory. Anyway..so I get to the register and encountered one of THE most impatient reps. She clearly doesn’t want to help me with strain questions or anything that would have her do more than check me out. She looses her patience and walks away. Another team member stepped up and was absolutely amazing! I think her name was Ari. I feel bad for forgetting so quickly. She helped me research strains and got me what I needed. That fist rep needs to go. How you gonna work around weed and NOT have patience? The only reason I gave 4 stars is for Ari’s service. The lack of one is for the company decisions and that first rep.

I used to come here all the time before I moved, everyone is so nice and helpful. I recently moved back into the area and stopped in and it's cool to see that nothing has changed. I've honestly never had a bad experience.
There was one person there who was my skin (black)and he had a beard (long)and it was grey,, the most disgusting attitude I have ever experienced. He didn't tell me prices unless I asked and never told me anything about it.unless I asked and was rushing me to read when I don't read fast. Worst ever. ⚠️But everyone else there is an absolute delight sweet hearts who remember theyre regulars.and I do not hold it against. Everyone else. ⚠️But look out for that I guess.
Harvest is a cool place to go just left this location an hour ago. The only problem I had is when I asked one of the ladies behind the counter for a certain vape pen she had no clue what I was talking about. She kept offering me different a cartridge i never asked for. The more I tried to explain & give a specific example the more confusion it became so I left went to Jars instead hopefully next time I come it would be a better experience.
I've had various experiences in this dispensary but generally they are adequately sufficiently and attentively attuned to the needs of those of us that partake of the weeds.

I've decided all dispensaries get a 3 only because of prices. We need to do something about access should cover medicine, doctor appointments etc, that's why we have insurance! Prices I believe are still out rageous.
Great Prices and something whatever you have going on. 1st time Bogo deal was insane💥 We bought a half and got a half free and we're able to mix and match them all. The flower was helpful and really good. There wasn't any endocannabinoid or terpene profile or information but taste and smoked good. 8 out of ten actually helped with our physical injuries.
I don’t understand what the problem is. I spend a lot of money here. I have a stack of receipts. Where’s all my points. I’ve had this problem forever. I’ve brought it up to the bud tenders everytime I go in. Everytime it’s said that they fixed the issue. Looks like this is how it goes here. I would love to see harvest make it rite with me, do something to make me feel like I’m appreciated. I will be sure to update this post when and if harvest does anything
I like this location because it's hidden back behind buildings at the 17 in Indian School. With it being hidden they usually have things in stock that sometimes the busier locations don't. Staff here comes and goes so it's hard to say anything other than they're your normal tellers. They've definitely got away from the pharmacist aspect of helping with medical needs and it seems like they're just trying to get rid of as much product as possible now. Also the venom x cartridges although they are the cheapest I have had the most problems with them. One cartridge was left with some kind of fuzzy almost mold looking substance and other cartridges I've had by them all of the wax doesn't go to the bottom of the cart at the end and ends up wasting your money anyway.
BEWARE this dispensary at ALL cost! Placed an order for a promotion being advertised on their own website for Medical Patient First Time Discounts - Buy One Get One and the employee wouldn’t honor it even though I showed them the promotion online. Asked for the manager, Carla, and she was extremely dismissive and disingenuous. Was told that because I visited the dispensary on a day where they had a BOGO for recreational customers that I forfeited my Medical Patient Promotion. When I told them that wasn’t right, another employee started getting hostile and aggressive with me, telling me to, “take my negativity elsewhere!” Will not be returning back to this establishment as their customer service is complete trash.
This dispensary has plunged downward for me, someone and or groups that works at this dispensary that is supposed to be a trusted place, has stolen my medical card information, BEWARE of ALL the employees that work for this place. This dispensary is always and I believe will always have some foul play going on at it. The location may have a lot to do with it. I’m not sure. But I would advise if you DO NOT want your medical card information stolen and your allotment to be stolen with it, by one or many of the employees and their undercover operatives at this dispensary, I would advise to going to another dispensary location instead of this one, ESPECIALLY. Harvest is going downhill and is supposedly ranked one of the top dispensaries. I can’t tell. They have really been the worst experience and place I have ever experienced.🤬
If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my first and last time here. I called ahead of time to confirm a special for 22 Red prerolls - and the lady Amy confirmed they had them in stock. Their phone system even brags how their online inventory is sooo accurate. Well when I got there, they were out of prerolls for this brand UNLESS you bought an 1/8th - the only way you can get one. Being a first-time customer, I should've gotten the BOGO special. Not only thanks to a fair amount of pressure to select something, but I left with nothing I actually came for and no discount at all. Paid full price and drove to this particular store for nothing (I was looking specifically for 22 Red, hence why I called ahead to confirm their availability.)If you want to be lied to, just so they get you through the doors and get you to buy something without too much thought (and keep you distracted), then this is the place for you!! Be sure to be ready full price! They have honored nothing.
Overall this place is great, I’ve been shopping here for 3 years. I love all the staff there, I got a lot of help picking out my eighths today from Jojo as well, wanted to give a shout out. He had great recommendations and good energy.
The Bud Tenders are usually very helpful. The law is simple people and you cannot expect the Bud Tenders to break the law. Check their website and whomever is buying needs to have all the money needed. I hate having customers in front of me who want the Bud Tender to break the law so they can get more money from the person they came with. This is a good pharmacy not your drug dealer.
Staff is always super nice, professional and smart. Managers were great on solving a product problem. And replacing the product with a new one. Great service. Thank you so much!!

Sold expired product-- cartridge over 18 months old, doesn't work at all. They couldn't give me a refund because I had noticed it a week after my purchase, which is past the window (I'm used to seeing the policies printed on the receipt, they had no information, so I called)-- couldn't do anything, recomended I leave a 5 star review to get $5 off my next order.First and officially last time here.Check your products, cause they definitely do not.
Dr. Wiener is the most amazing person to come see here. I did not really pay attention to the different strains or types of products, but when I tell you he changed my views on everything, it was a life changing experience. I always get in his line when I see him. I just tell him my budget and he always hooks me up!!! I would always come and get the same exact strain and brand for months until I got in his line!
Honestly, the staff was super chill and polite. When it came to being served, they helped me out and hooked me up with some awesome product that served my IBS very well. Pretty cool experience. Overall chill atmosphere. The location is sadly surrounded by homeless and questionable persons and stuff but hey as long as you're in and out, you forget they're there hahahaha.
