Let me preface with the fact that I spend hundreds of dollars at this particular dispensary every week and am very well known by almost all employees.I ride a 1000$ electric scooter to and from the dispensary almost daily. Today like every other day, I went in and was met with attitude about my scooter. I was told that I need to lock my scooter to a bike rack, (first time this has ever happened, i order online usually i am in and out within a minute) and to put my own property at risk in order to secure a preroll because and i quote "it makes the floors dirty and its crowded", when there was nobody in the store and the floors were filthy when I got there.So why the change?There are no signs posted about locking up electric scooters and am wondering when are you going to get a proper scooter rack so that people can feel safe and secure at your business?

Rosevelt Row is my favorite location not just because it is close, but because the Manager Maurice is AWESOME and becasue they seem to hire the same time of people... AWESOME. So appreciated.

Nice staff but the tenders lie about inventory in order to sell more expensive product...Also depending on when you come in and how busy the line will be non-existent and the staff will just let you figure it out.Check in used to be at the front desk now it's in the way back in a little corridor.... so ppl have to be stacked on top of each other with no way out.... they need to tighten up on logistics to get ppl in and out without out being a fire hazard.They need to do a better job about being transparent on what's in stock.

The staff are still great but this place doesn't operate smoothly anymore. Unfortunately they've taken up a Texas business model and are running the store on skeleton crews, the front desk sits empty and ID checks are done by the online orders clerk who is also filling those orders. This leads to an unacceptable amount of time in line that I would rather avoid by visiting another vender.

I was having a really rough morning and the last couple weeks and felt like I was at a breaking point. I was helped by the manager Ashley, that firstly made sure the order of the line was correct and was helped first. There was a deal for pre rolls that I was a dollar short and was perfectly okay just paying for what I could, but she brought so much kindness that I barley see in the world and offered to cover the dollar difference so I could get another pre roll. I know that doesn’t seem like a lot but I am entirely grateful to have a dispensary so close to me that has such good energy and will now continue to go to this one just because of this experience. It’s not often you see someone help out for a random person they do not know. I’m glad Ashley is the manager at this location because I know she absolutely deserves that position and provides the best services for her customers and her employees. Thank you Ashley. I'm so glad I stopped here because man they had some great deals for me, being first visit, birthday.. I was very satisfied and the people were all friendly. My debit card was used as an atm transaction . The cash return to round out the transaction was suspicious. I thought it was hacked after coming here. But after further investigation with my bank it appears it was probably done at this location. It incurred multiple charges to the point my bank is investigating the fraud. I will also be reporting this issue to the Fed. I would not recommend using anything other than cash at this location. Or go somewhere else. Not worth the security risk. My account was cleaned out through an Apple Pay using my bank account after it was last used at this location. And y’all got a tip to add insult to injury. I doubt I’ll get any response that shares any level of apology and accountability for this monster problem!

Have been going to this location since they opened and one of my favorite parts is the service! If you have been to this location you probably have met Courtney & it is never a miss with her. Always knowledgeable, always greeting me with a smile. Most recently when i went in it was extremely business and only Courtney & her manager Maurice were handling the sales floor. When I came to this particular location a young lady helped me and I was bummed out when I came in because I realized when they purchased Harvest I became a patient of trulieve and didn't get to take part in the first three BOGO offers! I felt really disappointed because I had been a harvest customer but never truelieve before. I mentioned that I had traveled all the way from Mesa AZ on the bus which took a good 2 and a half hours just to get a BOGO on the Mac v2 they have by sublime ( which is top 3 strains of all time imo)So I was able by the grace of the manager on duty to get the bogo on the sublime eighth and ended up leaving with about 7 grams for 46$ roughly, and it was some of the most amazing flower I've had to date 📅👏💙 🌼

Had a wonderful experience here today. We're from out of state, and was a little unsure what to do in a dispensary. Maurice, the store manager, was so informative and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining things and giving honest opinions. Lex, the girl who checked us out, was also informative and helpful, and super pleasant to do business with. I made a mistake.Came in Thursday after a very hard trip to Phoenix for my daughter's autism evaluation, hoping for something good at a decent price, because I medically need cannabis to be hungry enough to eat and i hadn't eaten anything with 4 hours to go before home. Checked the online menu and saw area 41 for about $55 an eighth, which seemed nice and is what I could spare comfortably. Place was clean and the lady was nice enough, and I let her go through a few strains before she got to the one I wanted, but the price jumped 3 times and before I knew it I was charged $74. My mistake was not leaving when the price started going up. Cannabis was decent enough, definitely helped me eat. But it's almost gone and I never really felt like I got $74 worth. Should've walked away, my fault, but so everyone else is aware, the prices go up all of a sudden and for no reason, medical patient or rec. At least it did with me and I'm medical. No price breaks, no points, no freebie for the first time. Nothing.Heard this company bought out one of the local dispensaries in my city. Now I know not to go to that one. I don't make mistakes twice.

My debit card was used as an atm transaction . The cash return to round out the transaction was suspicious. I thought it was hacked after coming here. But after further investigation with my bank it appears it was probably done at this location. It incurred multiple charges to the point my bank is investigating the fraud. I will also be reporting this issue to the Fed. I would not recommend using anything other than cash at this location. Or go somewhere else. Not worth the security risk. My account was cleaned out through an Apple Pay using my bank account after it was last used at this location. And y’all got a tip to add insult to injury. I doubt I’ll get any response that shares any level of apology and accountability for this monster problem!

Have been going to this location since they opened and one of my favorite parts is the service! If you have been to this location you probably have met Courtney & it is never a miss with her. When I came to this particular location a young lady helped me and I was bummed out when I came in because I realized when they purchased Harvest I became a patient of trulieve and didn't get to take part in the first three BOGO offers! I felt really disappointed because I had been a harvest customer but never truelieve before. I mentioned that I had traveled all the way from Mesa AZ on the bus which took a good 2 and a half hours just to get a BOGO on the Mac v2 they have by sublime ( which is top 3 strains of all time imo)So I was able by the grace of the manager on duty to get the bogo on the sublime eighth and ended up leaving with about 7 grams for 46$ roughly, and it was some of the most amazing flower I've had to date 📅👏💙 🌼

He spent a lot of time explaining things and giving honest opinions. Lex, the girl who checked us out, was also informative and helpful, and super pleasant to do business with. I made a mistake.Came in Thursday after a very hard trip to Phoenix for my daughter's autism evaluation, hoping for something good at a decent price, because I medically need cannabis to be hungry enough to eat and i hadn't eaten anything with 4 hours to go before home. Checked the online menu and saw area 41 for about $55 an eighth, which seemed nice and is what I could spare comfortably. Place was clean and the lady was nice enough, and I let her go through a few strains before she got to the one I wanted, but the price jumped 3 times and before I knew it I was charged $74. My mistake was not leaving when the price started going up. Cannabis was decent enough, definitely helped me eat. But it's almost gone and I never really felt like I got $74 worth. Should've walked away, my fault, but so everyone else is aware, the prices go up all of a sudden and for no reason, medical patient or rec. At least it did with me and I'm medical. No price breaks, no points, no freebie for the first time. Nothing.Heard this company bought out one of the local dispensaries in my city. Now I know not to go to that one. I don't make mistakes twice.
