The options they do have are pretty good, but only about 2 or 3 strains for each type of product you’re getting. still nice and easy to, quick in n out and their pre order & pick up is really fast!! Looks like Trulieve is my new "go to" for Flower and Edibles! I feel like I struck gold twice! I found a Trulieve in Tucson just as good as the one I visited today in Mesa. Great Customer service Product Knowledge and most of all BOGOs! They carry my Favorite Brands and put those brands on sale weekly sometimes daily. Make sure sign up and get 5$ back for ever 100$ spent. My Budtender was patient and treated with respect and kindness. I give you guys 5 Stars

This review has nothing to do with the people that work at this dispensary. Whatever company bought this dispensary did it without any care to the current customers. This was my favorite dispensary. Now I can't even find out ahead of time when a deal is coming up. Because this is not a recreational drug. This is a medication that people need. And now you're messing around with people's medication whether they have a medical card or not. Even If I call in and ask the employees when a product will next to be on sale they don't know. Fix this or you're gonna lose many customers.

Falcon(front desk rep) was helpful and relatable. Came in with some free collectible coupons and had a few questions about redemption. Falcon got me the correct info and I was able to transition to the next step without issue. Skateboarders always have a laid back vibe and that’s what Falcon provided today.Once in the back, Curtis(sales rep) was a solid help!. Understood I didn’t favor sativas and didn’t push any of the selections on me. Got what I was looking for and with ease when it came to redeeming the coupon collectibles. Overall 5/5 rating of a visit and recommended to medical and non-med patients.

I went in on 4/20. I asked for product suggestions that were uplifting and helpful with creativity. I asked the budtender what the main differences were in the strains they placed in front of me and they only mentioned the taste. One of them just makes me sleepy though and says indica on the container. I thought they would’ve pointed that out at least.Everyone was really nice though and the other product I got was on point. The indica dominant was part of a BOGO which is nice but I still wish they had shown me more accurate things so I could’ve picked differently.

Fantastic customer service from the employees on site bit the customer support for the points system have officially turned me away from any further purchases from a trulieve owned facility....they offer points for purchases that randomly disappear or not show at all then they will take your points away for mentioning it to them toxic customer relations on the trulieve points.....I will never make another purchase to support they're company

They have had several different occasions of people who come in the establishment and act violent towards staff. There is no Security. The protection of customer and employees should be expected during all hours of operation! this behavior happens during days and evenings FYI. I'm in the top ten percent of Google reviewers, and I hope to bring attention and awareness to your establishment for the lack of security for all in your building. Maybe you should be on the news? Watched a fight almost break out due to staff not paying attention and doing thier job properly. Been to quite a few in the state. Not going back there again. I'll go without! Let me preface my review by stating that I'm a Military Veteran who uses these products for pain and am very disappointed in how Harvest HOC handled my online order.At 6:08 PM on 4/20/23 I placed two online orders (#17537768 and #530944971) for the "50% off the entire store" offer which was valid for 4/20. At 6:11 PM, I received an order confirmation email stating the order was being prepared, but I never received any communication that my order was ready for pickup. I suppose I could have called the store, but I thought surely they were backlogged and that they would honor my pickup order the next day since I had proof that I placed my order on 4/20.On the morning of April 21st, I stopped by the store to inquire about my order, only to be told by the Manager that orders not picked up by close of business are returned to stock. I told the Manager I never received notification that my order was ready for pickup, but he only offered excuses as to why they failed to notify me. Even so, the Manager refused to honor the special online pricing under which I placed my order.Now I get that they were probably swamped since it was 4/20, but this store clearly failed to communicate effectively. Moreover, to not honor the online order price was simply not right.

Worst one yet! Staff has zero clues about anything, let alone Cannabis. The guy letting patrons into the back and accepting your ID, clueless. More interested in his music selection and drawing. Watched a fight almost break out due to staff not paying attention and doing thier job properly. Been to quite a few in the state. Not going back there again. I'll go without! Customers at this dispensary are VERY rude. Lady talked smack to me for walking out the door to leave and didn't hold the door for her and her man! 😂 this place is purely laughable!

I consider Harvest Mesa my personal dispensary 🙃.They are consistently friendly and speedy at service!Love the online ordering service which is almost exclusively how I shop here.I’ve tried a couple of other dispos nearby but none have quite the selection or pricing that I can find at Harvest Mesa (great deals, regular specials, somehow better bang for my buck than other spots) And I haven’t found one that’s as convenient for ordering or pick up. I love this dispo and have been going here for well over a year. They have the best product and the best budtenders in the world, they remember me and make my visits wonderful and speedy. Megan helped me out today and picked out some great products, they all SMACK and I left with a smile.I left this review awhile ago and still shop here. The product continues to grow and maintain quality and the tenders remain knowledgeable and helpful. I was sad to see so many bad reviews for this Harvest because I know for a fact that these employees always exceed all expectations in going above and beyond to help their clients. Let me preface my review by stating that I'm a Military Veteran who uses these products for pain and am very disappointed in how Harvest HOC handled my online order.At 6:08 PM on 4/20/23 I placed two online orders (#17537768 and #530944971) for the "50% off the entire store" offer which was valid for 4/20. At 6:11 PM, I received an order confirmation email stating the order was being prepared, but I never received any communication that my order was ready for pickup. I suppose I could have called the store, but I thought surely they were backlogged and that they would honor my pickup order the next day since I had proof that I placed my order on 4/20.On the morning of April 21st, I stopped by the store to inquire about my order, only to be told by the Manager that orders not picked up by close of business are returned to stock. I told the Manager I never received notification that my order was ready for pickup, but he only offered excuses as to why they failed to notify me. Even so, the Manager refused to honor the special online pricing under which I placed my order.Now I get that they were probably swamped since it was 4/20, but this store clearly failed to communicate effectively. Moreover, to not honor the online order price was simply not right.

THEY DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!!!This is a great store with wonderful workers and a variety of options to choose from.My complaints are that they don’t usually have someone to answer the phone, the online inventory doesn’t always show everything they have in stock, and that I had previously signed up for points and in all my transactions I’ve only received 25 over all.When I asked about my points I was told I never signed up.It’s little inconveniences, but they add up sometimes to an unsatisfactory result.Make sure you’re the one that asks your tender if you’ll be getting points for your sale.Always be kind.

All I can say is WOW! The staff here is always friendly and ready to make recommendations. My favs are the house brand gummies, Lovely. Dare I say they are lovely? They are delicious! Today was the best visit. Red was our budtender and he was awesome. Customer service is tantamount and he nailed it. Harvest took over a smaller dispensary so they don't have as much stock here as some of the other locations. The staff here is super nice very knowledgeable and helpful. Location is hidden back in the industrial parking kind of hard to find.
