I put in a request to see Robert and took about 15 minutes because he was helping somebody else, which I had no problem waiting my turn because I specifically asked for Robert!! He’s the only one who takes he’s time with me and doesn’t rush me so I give respect when he gives the same quality care to other customers as well.I love when he gives me new products to try to get me out of my comfort zone. He knows how I am so I trust his honesty and judgement when he’s helping me pick out my product. I tried the Super Frog cart and The Green Dot cart. Sad my arthritic swollen fingers dropped the Green Dot and shattered it. I tried to tape it but it tasted like shards of glass hitting my lungs. 😢 I did enjoy the Super Frog though.

I come in because they have decent 1 oz specials for a great deal! I've only had one 1 oz special that I got from them and I didn't like. Reason for the three stars is either the customer service is there or it's not. Most of the time I walk in and the workers are just sitting there chilling and then I'm standing for a minute while no one's helping me... Then someone will give me some I contact or wave me towards them without using any words as if that's the best way to communicate with your customer?!? I've even had bartenders argue with me saying that what I was looking for isn't exactly what I needed. I am the patient here, I know what works for my body not you. Literally the only reason I come here is cuz I live walking distance to the store and they have a few decent specials on bud. If you're looking to be treated well every single time you walk through the door or feel like you are welcome this is not the place.

Josue was amazing. Honesty he changed my mood. I ordered online for pickup at 2 and got a text by 2:35 that it was ready. I picked up at about 4:30 and was told to have a seat after advising I have a mobile order. I guess they don’t get those in and out at that same window like they used to. When Josue called me up we chatted about that and he was THE sweetest. Keep him!

You must stop and pick your self up an anthology bag…. Or just stop and get something, prices are great, quality is the best in the state. Oh and if your there ask for the fella that goes by Mike, he is truly one of the most down to earth guys, he’ll tell you all about what they have and what exactly they do, he’s just a great bud-tender, anytime my fiancé or I go in we make sure to ask for him. 10/10 but he makes it 100/10 stay awesome Mike. 🙂

I went to this location in Apache junction yesterday first time customer and I bought something for $35 I was told that they were going to build my credit card $45 for the taxes for the ATM fee of $3.50 and they gave me back $2 of out of the 45 in cash so that balanced everything out but what they build my card for was $48.50 then they don't answer their phone so I need to get this corrected but no one answers the phone down there never will I return to this place again I'll take the the $5 loss but I'm not ever coming back to this customer no way they're thieves.

Came in here today at about 5:55pm.I’ve never had a problem finding parking on the surface lot.Today was full.I wasn’t aware there was additional parking on the dirt lot on the side. (There is no clear signage of additional parking.)Someone who seemed to work for the place was trying to get to the dirt parking but I was in the way.Basically, the girl grew impatient and rushed burning tire trying get around me to the parking.Some sighs would be nice.

I really like going here to get all medicine, even though it is further from my house .The employee's and Managers are always so pleasant and welcoming when I first moved to the valley I had a bad experience here 1 time, asks for the manager and the issue was resolved right then. I love how everyone cares about the patients unlike some of the other dispensary in the surrounding area. The employees make you feel like family. I recommend this banch of the company anytime someone asks where I go ...Keep up the Great work guys your amazing. Had bought a Select cartridge. Got home and it was on the cusp of being short.Instead of telling it's OK and normal the kind budtenders went and compensated for the original cartridge being short.Bonus was all this took place about 10-15min before close.Very professional and understanding. Best prices in town! Always a great selection on everything from flower to vapes, and literally sell the same brands (Connected, Potent Planet) for 10$ less than everyone else, while also offering BOGO on them sometimes, which I personally have not seen elsewhere. 👍🏻👍🏻
